Lou Ann Soika Vice President, Customer Relations & Strategic Development 
Lou Ann Soika has served as Vice President of Customer Relations & Strategic Development since October 2002. In this role, she is responsible for customer satisfaction, operations management, product development and sales generation for the company's therapy management and consulting practice. Lou Ann has more than 24 years of operations, business development and management experience. For the past eleven years, she has been providing therapy management, business development and consulting services to the long term-care industry, and has consistently achieved a 97% client retention rate. Prior to joining Genesis in 2000, Lou Ann served as President of a national health care consulting group. She has been the recipient of numerous awards and has served on many strategic planning task forces and committees throughout her career. Lou Ann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Leadership from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. |
