Our Physical Therapists and PT Assistants work with patients in a variety of environments to prevent, identify, alleviate, or compensate for neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions that impact functional independence.
Our Occupational Therapists and OT Assistants use occupation-based practice, task adaptations, and environmental modifications to enhance each patient's ability to function optimally in the least-restrictive environment. 
Clinical Specialist Clinical Specialists serve as clinical experts in their respective disciplines. They also support and promote a cross-disciplinary approach to the provision of quality care. Our Clinical Specialists provide staff education, monitor clinical service delivery, implement programs and initiatives, and provide ongoing development of clinical processes in all sites of service within their assigned geographies. Director - Clinical Operations Directors - Clinical Operations are responsible for overseeing the implementation of corporate clinical initiatives throughout a specified geographic territory, and for serving as Clinical Practice liaisons to a territory's operations team. They provide clinical operational analysis and develop regional action plans to support the development, implementation, and education efforts related to corporate clinical initiatives. Director - Clinical Services Directors - Clinical Services promote quality care and insure best practice through the company-wide development, supervision and support of clinical programs and initiatives for their respective disciplines. They serve as Genesis liaisons to the National Professional Associations and are involved in a number of national professional initiatives. Vice President, Clinical Operations This position is a member of the company's executive leadership team and serves as the company's senior clinician.
