The Master Clinician program provides GRS with a way to recognize staff for their clinical achievements, both within the company and in the industry as a whole.

Genesis Rehabilitation Services recognizes Master Clinicians as educators and as clinical leaders whose accomplishments serve to advance excellence in Clinical Practice. Master Clinicians demonstrate advanced competency and experience in a specialty area, as evidenced by their portfolios.

A Master Clinician can focus on a specialty area, for example, wound care, seating and positioning and dysphagia management; and may seek continuing education and serve as a resource to other staff in this specialty area. In addition, the Master Clinician helps GRS to maintain a knowledge base through research, education, presentations and publications
