Genesis Rehabilitation Services has developed several innovative opportunities that enable clinical staff to develop their professional portfolios while gaining recognition for their contributions to the company.

Master Clinician

The Master Clinician program provides GRS with a way to recognize staff for their clinical achievements, both within the company and in the industry as a whole.

Mentor

This discipline-specific mentoring program, including our CFY supervision program, enables GRS to clinically orient the new employee to the long-term care environment, and to provide seasoned therapists with clinical and professional opportunities for growth, both as a therapist and as an interdisciplinary team member.

Clinical Instructor

The Clinical Instructor program was established to introduce and educate full-time PT, OT, and ST students to the special needs of the geriatric patient.
