Horrible waste of time. Went in for follow up help. I was not intoxicated at the time nor did I have any alcohol for 2 plus weeks, but knew I was headed for a downward spiral. They locked me in a room by myself after they took my military ID (insurance card). They came back after approximately 20 mins and stated they didn't accept Tricare. Seemed rather incredulous as on the way in I walked by a Disabled American Veteran van parked in their parking lot with some Vets sitting close by with info on DAV. Also am pretty sure person that took my military ID knew that my insurance was going to be Tricare when they saw it. Don't know why they then kept me captive If they knew they didn't accept Tricare. Waste of my time and realized it wasn't about help but about the bottom line. Sad when I see people that don't work and get free care but 22 years in MC got me nothing.
