The staff never called me once to inform me on my loved ones treatment . Apon visiting they were cold ,rude ,and very uncompassionate. The staff does not seem to understand that when your loved one is hospitalised for this or any mental condition it is an upsetting experience for not only the individual patient ,but their loved one at home . Their loved ones should be informed ,included in the experience so the patient can heal thouroughly . Not including the family and loved ones in the recovery process is ineffective and incompitant . Staff should acctually sit down with patients and family and disscuss the recovery plans and comfort their loved ones through out the experience because it makes the experience even more stressful then it intially should be. This mau be the reason they have so many reoccurring patients going in and coming back like revolving door. If your loved one is suffering from mental issues ,or has a drug problem . I strongly recommend finding another facility
