My 14 year old loved one stayed here for 7 days. Stated that the 'doctors' would ask him the same questions everyday "from a list", with no conversation after answering the questions. Girls and boys mixed and were all in the same room every day. Loved one stated he heard disturbing stories, lots of screaming daily, violence from other patients. Staff sat around in chairs, "looking more depressed than the patients." The first time I visited, my loved one asked me "where are my clothes?" Family inquired to staff. After love one was dismissed, in same clothes they went in with, I made a phone call to the administrator to voice my concerns. I was told that my loved one "refused to change their clothes." We're talking about a kid who will not wear the same pajamas 2 nights in a row. Why would he ask where his clothes? No communication with us while they were there. The only thing my loved one said helped them here, " I learned that I never want to go back there." "It was horrible!"
