Health Solutions Emergency Crisis Services provides care for developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, behavioral health concerns, and substance use disorders. Services are provided in person, through an outpatient program.
The outpatient program is suitable for youth, adults, and families. This is a solution-focused program that provides trauma treatment, case management services, evaluations, DUI programming, developmental disability treatment, and suicide prevention education. Holistic therapies such as art therapy and yoga are also available. During treatment, staff apply evidence-based treatment interventions designed to help treat individuals on both mind and body levels. If needed, staff can also provide referrals to detox centers.

With residential addiction treatment, you live in a rehab facility while receiving mental health services. Rehabs offer 24/7 care provided by clinical and mental health staff. A typical inpatient program lasts 28-30 days, but some last for several months. Levels of Care
Outpatient
Outpatient rehabs offer a wide variety of services and levels of care to align with clients’ unique and evolving needs. Outpatient care is best suited for clients who are stable and for those who wish to remain at home while receiving treatment. Clients typically receive addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training, including participating in evening, night, and weekend sessions to accommodate clients’ schedules. Clients at an increased relapse risk may receive more frequent and intensive treatment.

Experiential Therapy
Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.
Individual Therapy
In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.
Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition therapy, aka medical nutrition therapy (MNT), is a way of treating physical, emotional, and medical conditions through diet. Specific dietary plans are designed by professional nutritionists or registered dietitians, and patients follow them in order to positively affect their physical and mental health.
