For Patients

Q: How does Rehab.com help me find care?

A: Rehab.com provides patients with free information and resources. Our goal is to help you make informed and educated decisions, so you can find the best possible care for you or someone you love.

Please note, however, that Rehab.com: (i) is not intended as a substitute for medical, professional or financial advice; (ii) should not be construed as the provision of medical, professional advice or recommendations; and (iii) should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision or action, including without limitation the diagnosis or treatment of any health problem or condition, the eligibility for or appropriateness of any benefit or service, or the making of any financial decision.

Q: How much can I expect to pay for care and will insurance cover it?

A: If you are a patient, concern over costs is understandable. However, the overall cost of care can vary widely based on many factors. These factors include the type of services sought, program setting and timeframe for care.

With a greater number of options becoming available in recent years, care is generally more affordable than it used to be. Please be aware that many providers accept insurance and you may be eligible for partial coverage if you are not covered in full. Some providers may also be willing to offer flexible payment options, including installments or sliding scale payments.

For Providers

Q: How do I create an account for my program?

A: Start by visiting find your facility. Can’t find your facility? Add your program to Rehab.com.

A: Please create an account to update listing information and respond to reviews.

Q: What distinguishes a premium listing from a standard listing?

A: Standard listings are those created by Rehab.com and consist of basic public information (address, contact information, standard description, public YouTube/Vimeo videos, etc.).

Premium listings are managed by providers. If you are a provider, you may create an account to update listing information, respond to reviews and replace third party ads.

Q: How do I remove a listing?

A: We do not remove listings from our website. Under Fair Use laws we maintain the right to reprint accurate, publicly available information. We encourage providers to create an account and update listing information free of charge.

There are a number of policies, regulations, statues, and laws that protect our ability to disclose and distribute information that is publicly available, as well as to publish user-generated reviews and reports. These include trademark law, Anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) statutes and policies, and 47 US Code §230.
