I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

I was just calling around to find a local detox, when I accidently called AIS and someone answered the phone, and immediately tried convincing me to fly to floida the next day... I wasn't having it. Hung up on him. Then my phone started ringing with Florida a number over and over and I finally picked up, and began speaking with someone different, some guy with deep voice named Drew. He promised he just wanted to talk to me- and wouldn't pressure me to commit to anything I wasn't ready for. He said he wanted to hear my story, learn about me and what had me reaching out of help. Before I knew it, it had been about an hour of chit chatting, comparing war stories, when Drew asked if he could send me links to both the Florida and California locations. I got spoked again, and hung up on him, too. I walked away from from phone for about 30 mins and when I came back, I had missed calls and a few texts from Drew, just asking me to call him back, even if I wasn't commmiting to anything. He wasn't pushy or aggressive. He was the fist person I felt I could be honest with in years, and I trusted him more than I trusted myself at that moment. He told me personal things about himself and we shared our experiences as I laughed and cried, realizing he was right, and I needed to go away for a while to help myself. I was an uber, booked by Drew, to the airport for a flight, also booked by Drew, the next day. I can confidently say AIS was life changing for me, but without Drew on the other end of the phone, I wouldn't have gone anywhere. Of all of the staff- the drs, nurses, support staff, etc... I give Drew, the guy on the phone, my hero badge. If you're lucky enough to get this guy on the phone when you call- consider yourself in good hands. AIS is a great place to rediscover how important, strong, and loved you are. It's people like Drew who convince you're worthy of the help.

Overall stay and treatment in this program was amazing. Just a few things housing in west palm beach in S Dixie Hwy. the facility needs some updates with mold growing outside the windows, more activities would be great like bowling, arcades, and museums

Going to Rise was the best decision of my life. Allison was a godsend to me at a dark point in my life and was able to get me into Rise’s treatment program with short notice. The team there is unparalleled. I wish I could name everyone that were members of my treatment team at Rise, but a few shoutouts to Nam for driving my sad sack self to Rise, baking amazing bread, and being an amazing support from Day 1, Shari & Zach from nursing for the care, fun, pep talks, and compassion, Dr Mark for his wisdom and pragmatic approach that I really resonated with, and numerous others (the chefs are next-level good, Tessa, Luke, Saber, Destiny, Cesar, Cat, Michael, Terry, Adrian, etc).
Outside of the fantastic staff, I’ll add that the house is gorgeous, the groups are varied and enriching, there’s a good balance between free time & groups, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and they do a great job of ensuring that you have access to outside appointments - for example, I was able to go to Passover services while at Rise without having to go through a lot of hoops/bureaucracy.
The amenities are fun and obviously appreciated, but the heart of this place is really why I would recommend it to a loved one or friend in a heartbeat.

Rise really means a lot to me. I’ve been to the Malibu location twice, and both times the team made me feel genuinely cared for, supported, and understood during some of the hardest times in my life. Dr. Mark was awesome to work with, and I also want to thank Ron, Sherry, Nam, Tessa, Zack, and Ryan. You all made a bigger impact on me than you probably know. This place is not your ordinary rehab facility. They go beyond your standard rehabilitation and literally "Elevate" your life to a new level you didn't think was ever possible before. I think this is a wonderful rehab, the facilities are beautiful, the food is amazing (I have never even had food this good at a restaurant), and above all they have really helped my husband. Obviously anyone that first goes to rehab isn’t happy with their situation but in just two short months he was a changed person. The work they have them do on themselves got him to finally see why drugs and alcohol are no way of life. He’s finally sober and actually enjoying it! This rehab helped him so much he actually chose to stay LONGER, and I am for once excited for what the future can bring.

My experience here throughout my last few months has completely changed my whole outlook on life. Before I got here I thought my life was going towards the end. My body was failing and mental state was terrible. Every part of the program touches on every aspect of the addicts life. Now that I have finished the program and started living daily life with all of the gains I got throughout the program, failure isn’t an option. I know I can truly be happy sober now. I finally gained back the love and support from my life partner and best friend I always knew was still there. My mom also believes in me again which is so important to me. To say All In Solutions of Cherry Hill, N.J. saved my life would be a GROSS UNDERSTATEMENT. As would be any attempt to express my gratitude to their staff with mere words. After 33 straight years of drug & alcohol abuse, I would have never imagined myself making it through even the 1st few days of a recovery program, much less become a man who swears by the life changing process that comes only by properly working a 12 step program. In fact, I'd have laughed at you if you tried to tell me that it could cure my life long ailment. God Bless the entire staff at A.I.S. for patiently taking taking their time to make sure that I actually not only got it right, but got it right this 1st time. You can usually buy individual and family plans through the health insurance marketplace for your state. They include a range of Health Maintenance Organizations and Preferred Provider Organizations. You can also find High Deductible Health Plans that can be paired with Health Savings Accounts.
Long term plans in the Marketplace must meet the Affordable Care Act regulations for essential health benefits, including covering treatment for mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

Medicare Part D typically covers medication assisted treatment for Original Medicare. What Types of Inpatient Addiction Treatment Are Covered By Blue Cross Blue Shield?
Most BCBS plans cover the cost of inpatient or residential treatment. During inpatient treatment you’ll be in a clinic or hospital while residential treatment usually takes place in a more home like facility located outside of a hospital. Medical detox may occur in either setting.
In inpatient programs you’ll get around the clock care and support delivered by professional staff. Inpatient care often lasts for several days or weeks while residential care typically lasts 28 to 30 days with some programs running 60 days or 90 days or more.
Insurance plans emphasize medical need as a condition of coverage so you may need a referral and/or preauthorization before you start treatment. Every plan is different so be sure you understand your coverage and out of pocket costs. Also remember that if you go to a facility in your plan’s network you can get maximum benefits for the lowest cost to you.
What Types of Outpatient Rehab Are Covered By Blue Cross Blue Shield?
There are several different outpatient programs that may meet your needs For example apartial hospitalization or day treatment program offers the most intensive care. You may also encounter intensive outpatient programs and general outpatient care.
If you’re in a partial hospitalization program you’ll attend treatment during the day and then return home or to a sober living environment at night. A typical PHP program runs for 4 to 8 hours a day for three to six days a week and lasts 30 to 90 days. You’ll get treatment similar to a residential program including evidence based care and holistic treatment options.
If you attend an intensive outpatient programs you usually get 9 to 20 hours of treatment per week with the hours spread over 3 to 5 days. The program generally lasts for at least 90 days.
In generaloutpatient programs you would visit a clinic or rehab facility one or more times a week. Group counseling and educational sessions on substance misuse and relapse prevention strategies make up the typical program schedule. Individual sessions are often offered as needed and some general outpatient programs include 12 Step peer group meetings.
Does BCBS Cover Suboxone & Methadone (MAT)?
Medication assisted treatment is a common form of treatment used to address alcohol and opioid use disorders with the use of FDA approved medications and counseling. As standard medications for MAT, Suboxone and methadone are often covered under BCBS plans.
Does Blue Cross Blue Shield Cover Mental Health Benefits?
Depending on your policy, you may have access to a range of behavioral health benefits, including those that address mental health and substance use disorders.
Your coverage details including benefits and co-payments along with deductibles and provider networks will vary based on where you live and the plan you purchase. You are encouraged to review your plan’s benefits or work with your addiction treatment center for precise information about your coverage.
Their insurance policies may include inpatient and outpatient mental health counseling and therapy, medications, telehealth services, and case management.
Does Addiction Treatment Need to Be In Network?
Depending on the type of plan you choose you might need to attend an in network rehab in order for the costs to be covered by your insurance.
They offer both preferred provider plans, also called PPO, and health maintenance organization plans. PPO plans let you get treatment from any provider you wish to use and you don’t need a referral. But these plans generally have higher premiums and greater out of pocket expenses than HMO plans.
HMO plans will have a lower monthly premium, but the cost savings come with some tradeoffs. You’ll need to see a provider that’s within the plan’s network and you generally need a doctor’s referral to see a specialist such as an addiction counselor. HMO plans usually do not cover out of network care unless it’s a life threatening emergency.
How Much Does Addiction Treatment Cost Without Insurance?
If you don’t have private insurance you can still find affordable addiction treatment. Most states and many counties have government funded substance abuse treatment programs and you can find information about them on the state or county website. These rehabs might have longer waiting periods for admission and you won’t find luxury amenities but you can get the treatment you need for free or at a very low cost.
Other ways to afford addiction treatment include using scholarships which are sometimes available from treatment centers or advocacy groups such as LGBTQ+ groups. Ask the rehab you are considering whether they have these options. Also find out whether the rehab offers sliding scale reduced fee options. Finally if need be you might consider using a credit card to pay for your addiction treatment or you could borrow money from family or friends.
The most important part is getting the care you need so take the time to be diligent and creative in searching for funding options.
