If you want a way out of that hell hole called addiction this is the place to go. This place has literally saved my life. The staff here are so caring and understanding of addiction because most of them are in recovery as well. I gotta say Nay is my favorite though. Will is pretty awesome as well but i could go on and on with how much each and every one one of them have had a positive impact on my recovery!!! Edit update 1-8-2024I just received a bill for $577.06 from Bicycle Health for a visit I had on February 16, 2023 almost a year later. I have been on phone with insurance company and Bicycle Health and insurance company is saying denied because they must of coded it wrong. I can't get anyone else to help with this. The visit clearly states $199 a month so I have no idea why they are even charging me $577.06 for a visit. I have good credit . I owe nothing to anyone. Credit is spotless so if I don't pay they will put this on my credit. I will remove this review if someone from Bicycle Health will call me and bill me correctly which is $199 . This has just causedunnecessary stress. I will pay the $199 if you will help straighten this up please. My insurance has paid all year no problems with a $20 copay. I can't believe I'm slapped with a $577 bill almost a year later.Probably like everyone else I thought this may be a scam but I was willing to give it a shot to keep my life. It definitely is NOT a scam. I have been seeing doctor just for a few weeks now and so far I am impressed. The nurse is the nicest person I think I have ever met in the medical field. I don't talk about my past and everything I have gone through ever but she made me feel so comfortable sharing with her. I have been on pain pills since 2008 due to several injuries and surgeries. This year alone I have had two surgeries and although I stopped pills for a few years I had to restart this year because of surgeries that I had and need. I knew where this was headed. Back to the circle of draining account buying pain pills. Losing my life again. I am so grateful for Bicycle Health. Just a few short weeks and I already know my life will stay on track. If you are hesitant about calling and making appointment, don't be. This is 100 legit. I live in Texas so they take my health insurance. Even if they don't take insurance it is $199 affordable. Best thing I have done this year. Get out of that terrible circle. Take the chance and call them. You got this. You are worth it. The app is super easy to use and they also have support groups.

Starting this review by saying this is one the best places I've been to. I have never felt loved and cared for by any other place except this one. Manal and maddie are incredible people and have helped me so much they will help you. Ali gage and Elizabeth are amazing directors and therapists too. Although I hated this place in the beginning , I learned its not as bad as I thought. Its so much better compared to erc or children's , if you need help with an eating disorder definitely come here.

There are plenty of veterans who complain about their Healthcare. There are plenty that complain about this facility, but I won't. For the past 6 years I've finally gotten the mental health and physical health care I've needed since I my service. There's plenty of construction going on and it's located in an impoverished area (like most Federal Govt buildings), but why would I complain about improvements being made? I give this clinic a 5 The only thing that bothers me is when the front desk lady has a brotha up at the desk talking a talking away the clients that are in line waiting have had to wait for more than 20 minutes to ask a question.????? i needed help BAD and i called the crisis after hours line and a lady answered the phone and when i was telling her my thoughts, she hung up in my face. i took a deep breath and called again and Clint answered the phone in a sweet loving voice and was able to calm me down. he listened, set me up an early appointment for the next day and even picked me up. i wish i could give this location more than 5 stars. my special thanks goes to Clint. he doesnt know how much he saved my life.

I was very impressed with all the pro grams that nexus offered. I felt that all the staff members sincerely cared about me personally. As well as all the other clients. I felt like I was a part of one big family. The medical staff were more than helpful with anything you needed. The counselors and case workers would help in any way they could. They took time to talk with me on a daily basis. The kitchen staff were always friendly and the meals were well planned and delicious. I look forward to being part of the nexus family forever. I had a delivery at Zale Lipshy pavilion and had a hard time backing up to the dock not a lot of room for a semi truck. Came here for hip replacement surgery and the experience was fantastic. Valet parking, helpful folks checking you in, excellent nurses and technicians all along the way. I cannot express how thankful I am for these people who made me feel at ease and in control of my own care. At no time did I feel pressured and rushed into anything. Past experience at the VA hospitalwas quite different. Everything went well, and I will return to UTSW for my medical needs from this point on.
