I think this is a wonderful rehab, the facilities are beautiful, the food is amazing (I have never even had food this good at a restaurant), and above all they have really helped my husband. Obviously anyone that first goes to rehab isn’t happy with their situation but in just two short months he was a changed person. The work they have them do on themselves got him to finally see why drugs and alcohol are no way of life. He’s finally sober and actually enjoying it! This rehab helped him so much he actually chose to stay LONGER, and I am for once excited for what the future can bring.

My experience here throughout my last few months has completely changed my whole outlook on life. Before I got here I thought my life was going towards the end. My body was failing and mental state was terrible. Every part of the program touches on every aspect of the addicts life. Now that I have finished the program and started living daily life with all of the gains I got throughout the program, failure isn’t an option. I know I can truly be happy sober now. I finally gained back the love and support from my life partner and best friend I always knew was still there. My mom also believes in me again which is so important to me. One of the best rehabs available. Everyone was very personable, respectful, kind, and patient. Just over 365 days sober thanks to Rise. Allison saved me, and I cannot thank her enough. If you’re in deep and hopeless, take her word, do what she recommends, let her guide the process. She is a godsend. Trust her. Ron, Sharie, Dr. Mark, Nam, Cat, Dr. Raskin (who is very kind, don’t let other reviews fool you) and everyone else, thank you as well. My daughter has her dad back thanks to y'all. The first phone call i had was an intake with Allison. She is the one who convinced me to come to Rise. She is amazing. She is there from the beginning to the end if you need anything. The first person I met at rise was Nam. He is the man he’s there for you all the time he works 20 hours a day. The man is amazing. Next, I met Zac the nurse he’s such a cool dude and listens to you and takes whatever concerns you have and it gets it fixed for you. As far as nurses Daisy, David and Nina were great. If you have real medical issues, I would not go there Dr.Raskin is a first class clown. The first time I met him, he spoke to me in the kitchen for 30 seconds and ran away. The next time I saw him was on Zoom for about 60 seconds and he got off. I had a lot of medical issues and he was not there for me. I was very disappointed in that. I refuse to see him after that that’s one of the few bad things about Rise is the doctor. If he was my employee he’d be fired. I complained about him a lot. The counselor Michael, Josh And Beth were great they listen to you and make you feel like they are helping you out. A special shout out to Cat My hippie dippy friend she is the one who does yoga and meditation. I never did that in my life before I’m an older man and she was amazing. I’m from the East Coast. The food was not that great. I was disappointed in that they have a private chef. James was the best chef That’s the only thing I could say about the food. Very disappointing. That being said, I would definitely go to Rise. They save my marriage and they save my life. Thank you to the team if I left anybody out, I’m sorry.

There are very few people in life who truly believe in you when you’ve completely lost belief in yourself. For me, one of those people has always been Ron and the entire team at Rise in Malibu. I’ve known Ron for a while , and through every chapter, he has remained someone who genuinely cares, shows up, and sees the person beneath the struggle. That kind of authenticity is rare. His leadership and heart are reflected throughout the entire program and staff. Dr. Mark, Sheri, and everyone at Rise create an environment that is compassionate, professional, supportive, and deeply human. They don’t treat people like problems to fix they treat them like people worth fighting for. That distinction matters more than words can explain. What makes Rise special is that it never felt transactional to me. It felt personal. Real care, real connection, real support, and people who continue to stay connected long after treatment ends. That says everything. And for me personally, recovery wasn’t something that necessarily “landed” the very first time. Sometimes the spiritual experience happens when it’s truly ready to happen. What I can say today, sitting here over 16 months sober, is that Rise helped give me the tools, foundation, support, and perspective that allowed that change to finally take root in a real way. When the moment came, I knew how to move forward because of what I had learned there. That’s something I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life! I can honestly say I would recommend Rise in Malibu to anyone looking for genuine help, guidance, and people who truly care about recovery and human beings as a whole. Five stars isn’t enough for the impact they’ve had on my life. Thank you, Ron, and thank you to the entire Rise family!

AIS is awesome, from the time I got there to the time I left . The staff are amazing , the nurses, counselors, cooks , you name it ! They care about you and they know the feeling of why we are there . Sooo much great stuff to say, they helped me with everything! I was just going to stay few weeks but change my mind and stayed 45 days . You feel good, relaxed , and happy being there . The staff is always there for you if you need to talk, counselors are great with everything even the cook is awesome and funny. It was my first time going into treatment and I was scared to fly to California. I'm happy I made the decision to trust Enlight with my safety and wellbeing. These people really know how to change lives, speaking from experience. I was battling with alcohol, drugs and mental health issues that I was never able to address. I was scared that my job was going to penalize me but the team worked well with my employer so that I can really take my time and focus on my recovery. This was the best decision I have ever made. As I sit here, dead of winter in Upstate New York. I appreciate the time I spent at Enlight Treatment center. This is usually the time I would look for something to lift my mood. Depression gets the best of me and I spiral. I was able to really open up there. I was able to unload and place a lot of my unresolved feelings aside. They really have wonderful people there. If you're serious about getting rid of whatever it is you need to get rid of.. I would absolutely go! The food wasn't too bad either😘

I have struggled with alcohol abuse for the last three years and this was the ONE place out of 23 treatment centers that finally worked. Nobody ever thought they would see me sober, but today I can say I am, thanks to Sober Life. I was a frequent relapser, just barely making it by, and when I decided to seek treatment through Sober Life a whole new world opened for me. The team at Sober Life cares. I felt valued, I felt empowered, understood and heard. After being in and out of so many treatment centers I found myself fatigued, but through my process with Sober Life I actually wanted to continue my program as long as I could. I WANTED to be there and I've learned a life I never knew possible thanks to the team there. I can say that this program likely saved my life, and showed me a new life that I could never have imagined. The support and understanding was beyond belief. I felt so safe there. I've made friendships with a lot of my peers from groups as well. Which I never wanted to do before. Recovery can be difficult to begin, scary to start, but Sober Life feels SAFE. I'm not the type to write reviews, but I know how hard I struggled and for anyone reading this or questioning a start, I highly recommend this team. I am eternally grateful for my experience there.

Sober life has been one of the best experiences in my life! I came in not really sure what I wanted out of treatment and scared to really connect with people and have them see me in my weaker moments. All of the staff at sober life loved me through these issues and helped me get to a place where I felt safe and comfortable enough to communicate what was really going on with me, and gave me the tools I needed to be able to deal with things as they came up on a daily basis. Anytime I was a little off or lost any amount of momentum, they noticed immediately and did whatever they could to make sure I continued my progress and that even though addiction is a lonely disease, it became a lot easier to believe I wasnt alone and recovery is possible. It wasn't complicated at all, they handle the insurance stuff for you so you can focus and prioritize your recovery over anything else. Kimberly, Dan, Ashley, and Kelley have all been huge grounding stones in my recovery, showing up every time and helping me make solutions out of chaos. Having all of these amazing, kind, and extremely dependable people in my life has kept me steady and also taught me what having people around who genuinely love you, want the best for you, and who celebrate your achievements and help you through your downfalls looks like. Like any recovery program, you have to want it and put in your own effort, but they make the weight just lighter enough that it seems much more attainable.

I am very grateful for The Lakes. Everyone on staff was kind, patient and empathetic. We had a family member stay there and The Lakes changed her life and our lives for the better. They treated her like family and from the time she arrived to the time she was ready to come home... it was immediately apparent she was in much better health mentally, emotionally and physically. Not only did they provide her with help she sorely needed but they provide the tools needed to ensure success after as well with a more 'dual diagnostics' approach which I found VERY effective. Now with life after The Lakes, she made friends with other guests there and has established a great support group. The Lakes approach encourages guests to develop friendships that people can carry after they leave. I've seen other treatment centers and this is not your 'typical' treatment center. This one has a much more 'family' oriented approach that will help you on multiple levels. So THANK YOU to all the staff there... I feel like we got a new lease on life and we are super grateful for all your help. (Also... the food was excellent so kudos to the kitchen staff too) You just don't get that 'family vibe' anywhere else for a place like this and that's a key component to The Lakes success. UPDATE: our family member is still doing great over 1/2 year later... In addition she made 2 friends there who have also continued staying sober after leaving. The Lakes established not just a commitment to sobriety for her own sake but inspired her little community after leaving to stay sober together. This place will inspire life long change and has also inspired within me a desire to devote more of time to helping others.

When I was @ Banyan Treatment Center, for the detox and for Therapy, I was actually felt really welcome. From my Therapies and Staff, to the medical staff and the cook's they all make me feel welcome from day one. Banyan has been the absolute pinnacle of my steps towards sobriety. Their staff are kind and attentive. Program and classes are extremely useful and is an overall amazing environment to encourage and support rehabilitation with alcohol and substance abuse. Many thanks to Ebony White my case manager, Katrina Clarke my therapist while in treatment, Jesse who provided guidance for aftercare, and Jan for making the intake process as painless as possible. There are many other staff members like BHT’s ensuring safety, on site RN’s and Providers to provide immediate medical care and insight, staff who provide transportation to and from necessary locations, maintenance staff ensuring a clean and kept up environment, and amazing chefs providing meals to nourish and encourage health. Amazing amenities and activities provided and not to mention the great community of other clients in treatment who also made the right decision in choosing Banyan to get their life back and nurture a new way of coping with an already difficult life.

If anyone out there needs help. This is the place to start. They have a house in Novato too where I ended up staying. I've never met a more kind staff, from admission to discharge It is the safest place to be. My experience here was one of comfort and care and getting the help I needed to get back on my feet. They have nurses with real experience, the best chefs to get the nutrients I needed and the management team to get me in the door and the best plan on the way out the door. 24/7 the place is clean, with the best beds and rooms for the rest you need. Aptly named, the Lighthouse Treatment Center serves as a beacon of light and hope for those suffering the afflictions of substance use disorders. I was on a path of self-destruction and was able to right myself towards a path of recovery wholly due to the care, compassion, counseling, therapy, and education imparted by the Lighthouse Leadership Team and Staff. This is a truly an exceptional program focused on a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery. All facets crucial to a healthy and successful launch to recovery are carefully addressed, focused on restoring physical, mental, and emotional states of well-being. Physical health is carefully monitored and medical needs are addressed and met by a competent and compassionate medical team. In addition to 24 hour access to snacks and beverages, nutritional needs are met by an outstanding kitchen staff, where healthy, well-balanced, freshly prepared and delicious meals are provided three times a day. Psychological education essential to the recovery process is imparted by well-trained and empathetic personnel whose compassion and dedication is readily apparent from day one. Both a licensed counselor and therapist are personally assigned to each client for one-on-one weekly meetings, who also have an open door policy to effectively address any needs related to your treatment progress. The facility itself is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing comfortable accommodations and an overall environment conducive to a smooth and successful recovery. It is important to emphasize how critical and effective the Lighthouse Staff and Team were in launching me to an overall state of well-being, where the daily encountered challenges of life we are overcome with understanding, patience and compassion. These are the attributes I encountered from the staff during my treatment at the Lighthouse and I am proud to be an alumnus to carry on this tradition of a program that ultimately saved my life and paved the way for a happy and healthy future.

As a private practice physician with three board certifications working in the fields of psychiatry and addiction medicine, I was always vigilant about getting to know the treatment centers in my community. I took unpaid time off to visit facilities in person, and meet with the owners, medical staff, and counselors. I was so disheartened by the status quo, which seemed to be nothing more than overly priced housing with a few AA meetings thrown in, and nefarious billing practices were commonplace at the time. A colleague brought me to Tree House Recovery, telling me it was different. Again I walked into a room of men, waiting for the pitch I’d heard dozens of times. It never came. In that room I found curiosity, knowledge, conviction, community. Vechi gave his pitch, but it was for an entirely different game. He got it. He preached it. I started sending patients. My patients disappeared. I’d call Tree House concerned about relapse and be told, “X is doing great! He’s still sober. He doesn’t need you anymore.” Music to my ears. Over my years of practice I “lost” many patients to THR. Vechi became my go-to phone call and was always available for my referrals. They kept in touch with me. They taught the patients I sent how to be themselves again—or for the first time! They don’t believe in recovery, they believe in life.

This place is amazing, they were able to accommodate our family immediately and very last minute. Unfortunately this is my husband’s second time in rehab, but even hard moments are a blessing. Because of this I was able to distinguish the level of care and attention to his sobriety journey.. My husband came back a new man, he apologized for his behavior, open to family and couples therapy and a better husband and father ❤️‍🩹. This facility not only dealt with his addiction but also focused on the cause of it. His mental health is better than when I first met him. He has a great sobriety tribe from here as well. Absolutely loved starbridge from the moment I got here , was supposed to do 30 days and volunteered to do 45 , all the workers took really good care of me and the other clients. We did a lot of outdoor activities including disc golf , pickleball and the golf driving range. Also went to see many movies at AMC topanga. I also want to give a special shoutout to Anna , Evan , Adrianna , Zach , pearl and Leslie for just being awesome staff and really making starbridge what it is. I went into FSR Outpatient treatment not knowing what to expect, as I was going because I wanted to quit lying to my husband and be available for my elderly parents sober. What I found was a very caring, kind and empathetic group of people dedicated to my success, teaching me the tools necessary to live life on life's terms sober. Been here twice. Loved both my experiences. Staff is great and I miss them. I unfortunately didn't stay sober the last time I went there because I didn't listen to them. The time I had with them was an integral part of my journey and appreciate everything they did for me. Today I'm 15 months sober and not looking back. Thank you Phoenix Rising.
