I would like to say Bethany with wishope is a life saver. this lady went above an beyond for a stranger... me... she got me the treatment I needed she kept me from going to prison. with that said thank you so much.

started at the residential and moved into there sober living which both have been amazing for my recovery really recommended I'm so thankful for the opportunity it has been great for my recovery.

I appreciate Wishope for waving my first month of treatment and since I been here I've grown more in recovery. The staff is very supportive and has a desire to help people strive for a healthy recovery. I'll recommend anyone to come get help here.

Roots counseling and sober living program have had a tremendous positive impact on my life. I quickly realized that being at roots means I have a whole team of amazing people that are on my side, working to help me grow. Roots laid the foundation for my recovery and guided me on the way to finding peace.

Roots was instrumental in my brother s recovery. They provided him with the tools to help him get to where he is today.

As a recovering alcoholic I have a keen appreciation for the tremendous influence of Roots on my son s sobriety and continuing recovery. It has been a Godsend.

This clinic has saved my life, I have a very bad substance abuse disorder this is 4th clinic I've been on Suboxone and methadone well I've come to realize that I am lifer I am sick of relapsing so I'll be on methadone rest of my life.Clinic is great most all counselors are very sincere and nurses are great follow the rules and eventually u do feel like it living a normal free life from the chase of dope or pills whatever ur demon is..ThanksAms..

I've been going to this facility for a year now and I couldn't be happier with my life and this facility! Every person here is professional and they all treat you like an actual person! The counselors are awesome and always here to help you. Also both ladies at the front desk are very good at there jobs!

Clean Slate has been extremely helpful and supportive in my recovery. I'm blessed to have been pointed to them for medication help

I've been struggling with addiction for over 30 years and have managed to be free from active addiction for 5 years.I have gone from taking 24mg per day of Suboxone daily down to the equivalent of 8mg per day! Clean Slate has helped me to manage my recovery so well and I'm going to be graduating from substance use disorder counseling program which is so exciting knowing that I've come this far and now I can help other people with their recovery! Clean Slate has helped to find myself again and I wouldn't be here without all the great people who work there!

This place is amazing and if you are ready they are there to help you. Everybody on the staff is very nice and very supportive

All of the staff are super friendly and their goal is to help you be successful. The PA listens to you carefully and he will suggest and prescribe medication to aid you to reach your goals. The counselor will work with you to set up a plan for your recovery and listens intently to you to help you reach the goals you have set. She has helped me in numerous ways to overcome anxiety issues that were blocking my path. I believe the whole staff have truly saved my life.

Such super friendly people when you go there. They treat you like family! They make you feel very comfortable..

The staff here is so welcoming and they are super friendly and easy to talk to, I've been seeing a psychiatrist and a talk therapist via tele health and I love being able to get the help I need from the comfort of my home. It added another level of comfort to the entire process and since starting here I have never been in a better mental state.

I've been going to Dr. Jay and Joel for many years. From the time I enter the clinic staff is very nice and check in is usually timely. Appointments are at scheduled time 95% of the time, which is understandable. Both Doctors are friendly and easy to talk to. Even during phone appointments . I really appreciate how comfortable they make me ofeel. I'm very happy to have them as my Psychiatric team.Thank you,Linda Trew

Dr. Winston is down to earth. He has a great sense of humor. I truly enjoy my visits. The staff is friendly and totally professional.

I've been taking my brother to the VA for the past 5 years and I am here to tell you that the Milwaukee VA is excellent! Every employee we have encountered there has been top notch! The valets, front desk, speech therapist, physical therapists, occupational therapists, eye clinic, neurologist and home health care team....ALL of these people gave my brother the best care he has ever received in his entire life! I cannot say enough good things about the home health care team! Heather, Rachel, Natalie, Sadhana- the most caring people I have ever met and they made my brother's life so much better and made sure he always had the best care! They never stopped advocating for him and looking out for his best interest. We are so grateful to everyone at the VA for providing top notch care for my brother during his long illness all the way up until his recent death. Love Meta House they have done so much for me.I would recommend it to any women in need of these type of services. They are especially helpful to women with children but also welcome women with no children as well. They truly changed my life and made me feel very welcomed.

All the staff that I have dealt with have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. It is a clean facility and far better care than Hines clinic in Illinois.

Had to get scene due to being here for TDY. They were fast, friendly and had me in and out, with my medicine in under an hour. If your a veteran and need help, this is the place to go. They got your six.

Excellent therapists and DBT classes.

Connections Counseling is by far the best place I have ever been to for therapy and treatment. My therapist is insightful, inspiring, relatable and very knowledgeable. She encourages me to look within myself for strength and wisdom while she is there to help me. I now have 1.5 years of sobriety under my belt and have confidence in the futureThe groups are a place of safety and comfort. The staff aswell as the peers are relatable, inspiring and encouraging. Kim is the most uplifting person you will ever come across in recovery. Smart move to have her be the first person you deal with at Connections. My life will never be the same (thank goodness) since I have come to ConnectionsI will continue on my road to recovery with the support of Connections for as long as they will have me.

The eye clinic is exceptional.

I go here for my foot doctor. This department is easy to get seen. I can usually get an appointment in less than a week.

Dr. Bolden was amazing. She listened, and discovered what was wrong with me after being told it was other things that were not a big deal. Even when going to the ER after my visit with her, and there they said they thought it was something minimal, I went to a specialist and it turned out that Dr. Bolden was right in the beginning. She truly listens and tries to get to the bottom of things.

Best place to get better

Inpatient is an absolute joke and needs some serious improvements and that's where the vast majority of these poor reviews come from. But as someone who spent a full 30 days in Herrington (the Addiction Recovery Unit) I can say without a doubt that they saved my life. Not all staff is perfect and the food is rarely good but other than that I'd highly recommend the Addiction and/or Mental Health unit(s). Just stay away from inpatient care.

got discharged yesterday.... it wasn't horrible , some staff are stiff as a brick but my favorites were. MIKE , CHLOE , LYDIA , ADRIANNA AND HEATHER !!!! all very good MHT's and made me feel like had someone in my corner even if i didn't . - sina

They will help you.They will always help you.Just try and get state insurance to avoid paying out of pocket.They can and will save your life if you let them.

I ve been to almost every CMS In Wisconsin due to moving/sober livings etc. started at another methadone clinic but ended up here.CMS is the only facility that I started to take my sobriety seriously and got sober. Never thought I d earn a take home. Couldn t even understand how people didn t use long enough to get one. Finally moved to the pewaukee facility and it clicked.Unfortunately not enough people were told about that clinic and it was so hidden off the road people thought it was either a bank or the church - so it closed and many of us had to go back to other facilities- such as here s(Ctc in Waukesha or CMS in west Allis)- wish they gave it more than a month and asked us patients to help spread the word to keep it open but it is what it is.I find it pretty sad that rather than closing the pewaukee facility and making those of us who got clean (from those I spoke to most of us) because we were no longer in Milwaukee county on top of support from our counselors, and our determinationI wish they would have made it mandatory - like many other facilities in Waukesha, that all the CMS patients at west Allis needed to transfer to pewaukee.I am still super happy especially because most of the staff moved over (I miss you nurse Sarah!! :( ) but it s hard to go back to west Allis, see dope men sitting in their cars, see who s strung out, etc. especially because even if we didn t have many of us at pewaukee, that was the one clinic that I saw the most amount of people with take home boxes. Every other patient I remember seeing and talking to looked so healthy, happy, and again had at least one take home.That means something was working there for us. (To me, it was having the smaller amount of patients, we were more directly worked with and could feel the care and support) I hope the people I spoke to that were worried about being back in west Allis make it through those worries and cravings.Sucks to have to drive 20-25 minutes one way again versus my 15 minute walk to pewaukee/ 4 minute drive but again, being phased and not having to come everyday makes it worth it.I just wanted to say, I love CMS period, but I wish they still had those security guards and the line is much longer than I remember it being. But the nurses and counselors and staff are all amazing I just feel like there are too many of us compared to the few amount of them, But can t win them all.I would always choose CMS over any other clinic, and I love my counselor - even those who aren t my counselors- (I m talking about you Yshonda and Jean!)Counselors like them push us to see the best in us.CMS pewaukee was a 100 out of 10CMS west Allis might not be that high but still 8/10 because of their amazing staff

Thanks to God and the staff at Casa Clare I was given the opportunity to celebrate 5 years this past July.

I wouldn t be alive if it wasn t for this facility. The staff members truly cared and wanted to see me succeed. Karyne is an amazing counselor! This was my first attempt at sobriety I am currently 2 years and 4 months sober and have an amazing life! Thank you Casa Clare
