I've been struggling with addiction for over 30 years and have managed to be free from active addiction for 5 years.I have gone from taking 24mg per day of Suboxone daily down to the equivalent of 8mg per day! This place is amazing! The 28 days out of my normal people, places and things was EXACTLY what I needed. JNC slams 40 meetings and 80 hours of self empowering information into 4 weeks. The meetings exposed me to the recovery community I needed to connect with to maintain my sobriety after I got out of the house. The 80 hours of information was some of the best help I ve ever gotten. Being able to be rigorously honest about my self in front of 8-13 strangers without judgement is a type of freedom that s hard to explain. The bond I made in the house helped me feel connected to the sober world. The intense schedule gave me practice to keep a routine even when I got out. Every morning I got to practice meditation for just 20 minutes and that made all the difference. The counselors there help so much. I got many different opinions on many of my deepest problems and you can easily tell they just want what s best for everyone who comes in! I am still in IOP now and it s unbelievably helpful since I got to go out into the world and make hard decisions. I get 9 hours a week to make sure I m making the right ones or to learn how to make better ones next time. This place is still changing my life and constantly bettering me as a person! I would recommend this place to ANYONE needing help. This place works miracles if you allow it to!

I say EVERYONE needs a "Mike" in their corner. He is able to understand my frustrations and then translate those into actionable, broken-down, steps for us to take with my son. He has been an encouragement to us when we felt like giving up, and I don't know where we'd be without his help, wisdom, and support. He genuinely cares and is an excellent role model for my son as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.Lastly, we've worked with Glenda for psychiatric services. She's been overall very good to work with. I'm guessing that she has A LOT of patients, though, as she often appears to forget things that I'd expect her to remember. Most of these photos of the clinic on the Google search ain't even the Green Bay building. May be of another location.This clinic saved my life. Plain & simple.There's always gonna be downfalls to every solution - you're never gonna get a perfect remedy...however, the downfalls are worth the outcome. Anything is better than living as a slave to opiates. Addiction doesn't discriminate...it'll get anyone of any age, race, background, etc. Demographics don't matter. So don't judge those who are seeking treatment. Be happy they're getting help. Also, don't assume everyone that attends these clinics are low-life criminals. We have all walks of Life come here for treatment. Nurses, veterans, business men/women, & even grandfathers/grandmothers. People you wouldn't think would be in this situation. We even have patients who were on pain meds for cancer & other severe medical conditions prescribed by their doctor -- only to be left in the dust with a physical addiction to those medications. Addiction isn't always mental or psychological. If you're battling addiction yourself & have failed other typical treatments - Medication Assisted Treatment may be the answer. I do believe it should be used only after failing the other traditional methods.

Some individuals bring their children to the facility due to a lack of access to childcare. even though the environment is not conducive for children, with incidents of swearing and yelling occurring. The primary focus should be on transforming lives, and there is a need for improvement in the process of transitioning out of the program.
