Of course you have a few are ill at the world and hate their job. The facility is a 10 out of 5 lol. It's absolutely a postcard. The food is cafeteria style and excellent. The only complaint is during detox the decision for patients to go to the cabins is up to a nurse. Detox is terrible and after days of no sleep or eating is the absolute worst time to move a patient. But that's what happens. You physically can't lift your head off the pillow and you have someone yelling get up. Doctor's are there daily so I don't think you should move until the doctor okays it. Besides that it's doesn't get any better. NashVGuitarist 1 month ago I was fortunate enough to find Cumberland Heights in Tennessee even though I live in Ohio and it was the best thing I could have done, I was a patient there in 2011 and 15 years later as of this review I am still sober, CH is an amazing treatment facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who can relate to your situation, they have art therapy, music therapy, outside meetings, speakers and powerful activities to help you overcome past traumas and behaviors, it is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the food was amazing too. They have a great support system (alumni) and resources to continue in your sobriety journey once you are out of inpatient, I donate yearly to CH so that someone else can hopefully find their way there. They actually help you understand why you drink/use and get to the root of the problem. The classes work magic, the staff are top tier., the therapy is extremely helpful. They had faith in me when i didn't have faith in myself. Over the course of 13 months in treatment I learned how to live life on life's terms without using, I learned how to be a productive member of society and they gave me the tools to recover. My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. I attended this program after many failed attempts at other secular AA NA rehabs. S2L showed me who God is, His love, and who God says I am. It was through the programs staff and the many people that surround them that I got to know Jesus Christ. John 8:36 reads “So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free”.. I wasn’t just looking for sobriety, I was looking for freedom in Christ and S2L showed me that. Today I am a new creation 2 Corinthians 5:17. I arrived at Focus in May and had no idea what I was about to walk into. I was primarily on the ED unit during my stay, and all I can say is it was tough, hard, vulnerable work, yet worth it despite the challenges. Wonderful people who really care. Of course you have a few are ill at the world and hate their job. The facility is a 10 out of 5 lol. It's absolutely a postcard. The food is cafeteria style and excellent. The only complaint is during detox the decision for patients to go to the cabins is up to a nurse. Detox is terrible and after days of no sleep or eating is the absolute worst time to move a patient. But that's what happens. You physically can't lift your head off the pillow and you have someone yelling get up. Doctor's are there daily so I don't think you should move until the doctor okays it. Besides that it's doesn't get any better.

I was fortunate enough to find Cumberland Heights in Tennessee even though I live in Ohio and it was the best thing I could have done, I was a patient there in 2011 and 15 years later as of this review I am still sober, CH is an amazing treatment facility with knowledgeable and compassionate staff who can relate to your situation, they have art therapy, music therapy, outside meetings, speakers and powerful activities to help you overcome past traumas and behaviors, it is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the food was amazing too. They have a great support system (alumni) and resources to continue in your sobriety journey once you are out of inpatient, I donate yearly to CH so that someone else can hopefully find their way there.

This place has been a lifesaver to a dear friend of mine. I’ve known her for 20+ years and life wasn’t very kind to her. I would recommend the ranch to anyone that is seeking help with addiction and/or mental health. I sought treatment in April of this year and it has changed my life. I finally was able to get sober from alcohol after 12+ years of misery. This place is different than other rehabs. They actually help you understand why you drink/use and get to the root of the problem. The classes work magic, the staff are top tier., the therapy is extremely helpful. This isn’t some monotonous place, they incorporate fun and make learning fun all while addressing your needs. Previously I hated being alone and now I can sit with myself and feel completely comfortable, thanks to the ranch! The trajectory of my life has been changed because of yall! I spent 3 months at Freeman Recovery and I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is kind, caring and so helpful. They are very knowledgeable about addiction and treatment, as most of the staff have been there themselves at one point. Comfortable houses, a loving community and counseling is all top tier. When I got to Freeman Recovery Center in 2022 I was addicted, hopeless and at rock bottom. I had never been to treatment before so I had no idea what to expect, I was just trying to get clean. my Counselor Paul Cruz and Shelby Miller showed me love, compassion and what recovery looked like. They had faith in me when i didn't have faith in myself. Over the course of 13 months in treatment I learned how to live life on life's terms without using, I learned how to be a productive member of society and they gave me the tools to recover. I now work in the recovery field that's Christ centered, i owe alot of my success to Freeman. If you are struggling with addiction and need help I would strongly suggest reaching out to Freeman. The team at the center have the clients best interest at heart and will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and can heal. 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Freeman Recovery Center truly saved my life. Honestly, I don’t even want to think about where I would be without them.I went through both the PHP and IOP programs from Sept 2025-Nov 2025 and I’m so grateful that I did. The counselors and staff there aren’t just doing a job for a paycheck—they genuinely care. You can feel it in the way they talk to you, the way they listen, and the way they push you to become better. They want you to succeed, to stay sober, and to live the life you deserve—the life that’s actually possible once you choose recovery. Every single person there, no matter their role, showed up with kindness and care and made a difference in my life especially house tecs Ashley and Victoria, in php Ryan, Christopher, Savannah, and Brandy were also a huge part of my journey and helped me more than they probably even realize.In IOP, Spring, Billy, Maddie, and Ryan continued that support and helped me keep building on everything I had learned. Even the drivers, like Earl, played a role in my recovery. They don’t just help you while you’re there—they give you the tools you need to carry your recovery with you long after you leave. I have met some amazing people also who have became my best friends and very important in my life even after I have left and so thankful to have them apart of my life as well. I was in the PHP and IOP program from June to August and the program was pretty helpful. The therapists there are very nice, compassionate individuals who genuinely care about you getting better and improving. This program is great for people struggling with addiction. I was there for mental health related issues that do not include addiction and I felt like the program is more suited for addiction than mental health specifically. It was a “take what resonates and leave what doesn’t” kind of situation for me.

I have just graduated from this program today. And what I have to say is, I am so grateful for Provive wellness, they have been apart of the programs that have saved my life. The staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely organized and apart of the journey with you. If it wasn’t for me talking to Tracy and getting information, idk that I would have choose the program. Coming out of residential treatment I was scared to start all over again. But she walked me through all of the steps and her kindness settled my fear. And on day one clients were so welcoming and Cameron, the group facilitar and therapist, was so warm and welcoming. The way he thinks and the way he puts perspective out there was so impactful. My therapist Elisha, was so gentle with me and lead groups as well. She was so insightful and I’m so grateful that I got her. This place was life changing for me. Those who are struggling with their mental health, should consider coming to a Provive. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. Embark was a true blessing to my family. My son struggles with ADHD, Anxiety and depression as a teen! I came to Willow Ridge at the lowest point in my life. I was scared and didn't know where to turn. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel safe and supported. The counselors are compassionate and truly understand addiction. The therapy sessions were incredibly helpful, and I learned so much about myself and the underlying causes of my addiction. What sets Willow Ridge apart is the sense of community. I connected with other patients who were going through similar struggles, and we supported each other every step of the way. The staff here at KRC are magnificent. The BHT's have the care of the clients at heart. Especially Kayley, Josh, Mama, Jimmy , Jessica, John, Cliff, and Tay. If there is one thing I know from my years in sobriety it’s that a lot of women in active addiction also have trauma and struggle with being codependent just as I did. The Next Door gives women and expecting mothers a SAFE place to heal and recover. While there you will begin to find those lost parts of yourself you have forgotten and grow to love them again. You will gain tools , knowledge and a support system to help you become successful sober and healthy. Since going to the Next Door my life has completely transformed. I am successful and thriving with multiple years of sobriety under my belt. All the things I had lost in addiction I have gained back and most importantly I truly love myself and who I have become. I no longer seek the escape we chase in addiction. I love myself life! I’m able to give myself and my family a life I never thought possible! Fawn is AMAZING. She genuinely cares and I can guarantee doesn’t forget a woman who walks through those doors. The staff is genuine and only wants to see more people overcome the grips of addiction. And let me just say it is truly beautiful on the other side! I was scared and near death but I kept going back to try for recovery each time. I hope a woman sees this and realizes it’s possible and takes the step and calls!!! I highly recommend an ALL women’s facility and also recommend continuing to stay focused on yourself once you leave. I could go on and on about the love I have for this program! I highly recommend!!!!!

I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I had a very good experience at JACOA. I really liked the fact that there were only a handful of other women there at all times. It felt like there was a lot less drama to have to worry about in comparison to other rehab centers. All the staff are wonderful people who appear to care about your success in recovery.

My name is Matt I completed the 28 day residential program on December 11th. Of this year (2024) and I must say it has been an amazing impact in my life and my early recovery, the staff there are amazing brandi, Amy,April thad, Donnie Brittany, Angelica ,beth ,terran, ( if im spelling it correctly lol) beth Gary and my counselor Patrick were all amazing, understanding, and above all they actually cared about each and every client. They are all very good people and are in recovery as well , they made my time there very easy and I cannot express my appreciation for all of them .. so long story short ,yes they have rules and structure but it's for your own benefit. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been send to jacoa in Jackson it truly saved my life .so thank you all! They always said that we do more for them than we can ever understand,but I think they are doing more for us as clients that we will never be able to repay them for . Thank you jacoa for all the love , advice , and for caring about each client that comes through the doors. I came in to JACOA in May of 2023. I had been thru SOME SHIT. To say the least. And I needed some help and guidance on how not only to better myself, but HEAL myself. And I tell you what. JACOA did that. Am I a completely healed human? Nope. Do I credit them for everything I've accomplished this far? Yes. Because THEY gave me the tools I needed. Every one of them. From the head honcho, down to the monitors every night taking us for chill breaks. I love them, to the core. Beth was an amazing counselor, and the rest of the counselors were awesome too. Kudos to a really great staff. To elaborate? They taught me how to handle my anxiety and my stress. Without booze. Without weed. Just myself. Learning to live sober, was probably one of the best adventures I've lived so far. Because that, was wild. I read ten books in 28 days. I hadn't picked up a book since my mother died, nearly 9 years prior. And I was an avid reader. I begged for the library keys, and eventually, I didn't have to beg. I was given them, because I proved I was responsible and could handle a door. It takes one door at a time, sometimes. And hey, the food wasn't too bad either!

Great place for rehab as far as an on-campus facility. Being part of a group allows you to look at yourself closer. We were all different but yet still there for the same reason. Staff was great and honest and always fair. I feel like I would have stopped alcohol without rehab, but Cumberland Heights assured it with its teachings and the things I learned. I would highly recommend it for people wanting to make a change or to people who are looking for a place for loved ones.

My stay here was great. Don't get me wrong I had days I wanted to go home. But the staff was so nice and the girls were so nice that they talked me out of it. The groups were very awesome and really make me think about everything. My therapist, Candace, was wonderful. She really helped me understand a lot and helped me open up. They have really helped me with my mental health! Thank you everyone 💓! The tech's are awesome! Specially Rose. She could look at me and tell if I was having a bad day. And Tracy was awesome. They both would always have me laughing in the end. I miss them so much. And everyone was great at the clinical. Specifically Desiree. She is so sweet. Hoping to come back for iop program when my new insurance kicks in. You won't regret going there. I promise!

This is an amazing place!! These people saved my life. I’ve been to a few places before and never have I received treatment like I did at Sanctuary!! My counselor’s name was Sofia. She worked with me several times a week for a little over a month. She’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had. She helped me work past my mother’s death and help me get to the route of my addiction issues. The staff here genuinely cares about you. They will go above and beyond. Sofia fought so hard for me in every situation, she never gave up on me. I’ve never had someone in my corner so much that wanted me to succeed in every way. Tracy my favorite tech still checks on me to this day. The facility is brand new, clean, and very nice. If you truly want to get better, this is the place to go. I’ve been home for months and I’m still doing great thanks to Sanctuary.

This VA center in Knoxville, tn is probably the best one I have ever been too. They are great from schedules, lab work and seeing the providers. All of the providers are excellent. Everyone i have met there seems to care for veterans and always thank us and always say hello , good bye and have a nice day. That makes a difference. The provides will actually listen to you and help you. They generally even go a step further trying to help in any way possible. Thank you all!!
