The people @ Recovery unplugged are saving life's everyday. If you know anyone struggling with addiction., Austin,Teagan, Becca, Ian, Patrick, Andy, Jessica, Camille, Jason , the entire nursing staff are all phenomenal and great at what they do. I can't forget the chef Dillon, Ricky, Kyle in the kitchen are the best.

Absolutely hands down the most caring staff you will find from the techs, to the nurses, to the providers. If you or a loved one is looking for help this is the place. You aren't a number at any point of the process. Full size beds and TV's in every room. Focus is a dedicated, wonderful, and passionate facility that always puts their patients first. I am so grateful that a competent facility offering drugs & alcohol and eating disorder treatment exists in our community.

I came into this facility in bad shape with no hope as an alcoholic. After being there for 28 days I came out a new man. A different person. A better person. The staff there is unbelievable and have lots of knowledge to share! I could not have done it on my own. The food there is amazing also. I would recommend Focus Treatment Center to anyone that I can reach out to that needs help.

I have been on Suboxone for five years. My previous provider was no longer accepting my insurance, and I was already five days without my medication. I had called 30 something places with no luck of anyone taking my insurance. Including all of the places my insurance stated was accepted. Cumberland Heights did not accepted my insurance either. However, Todd went above and beyond to help me find a place that did take my insurance; even sending a referral to this place for a person he had only spoken to once. I was in and out of that place the same day. Todd, I can never express my gratitude and tell you how thankful I am that you went out of your way to help me! It doesn’t mean much to some but when you are taking medications to live a normal life; it means the world. Thank you again, Todd! ☺️

Only place in this part of the country that could help me. Had to come from over 200mi away because everywhere else had "doctors" in their early 20s that shouldn't even be allowed to practice at a rinky-dink medicine wagon show. If you're an especially stupid kind of addict like me, that uses substances too new for street names then you need to be aware that CH is one of maybe 3 places in the country that does actual research on addiction & novel substances of abuse. So they can and will do everything that is medically legal - regardless of bulls*** protocols - to properly detox YOU & save your life. In addition to the medical staff, the counselors, CAs, therapists and other staff were all wonderful. Special shout-outs to Natalie ❤️, Ed, Eddy, big John, Amanda, Deana, Jack (happy retirement!), Dr. Z, Dr. Sledge, so many others. Patient-staff ratio felt like 4:1 though it's probably not quite that high. Small-group or 1-on-1 therapy sessions almost every day. You can call family every day once detoxed, and might be able to have a visitation. You also get an hour with your mobile phone every 2-3 days. They hand you a tablet for appts/notes that also allows access to YT, being able to play music on headphones was a big deal for me. It's an expensive place, especially if your insurance is trash but it's worth every penny. First time I was here I stayed clean 11 years, second time they helped me pinpoint exactly where I screwed up and now I know how to stay clean the rest of my life.

This has been a completely different experience this time around because I've seen and heard others peoples problems and realized that my life is not the worst one in the world. It has helped me want to be more helpful to and for others. I want to thank all of the staff for their patience and support throughout this time.

I am 9 months sober. I went through English mountain November last year. I was homeless with no shoes. It was cold on the mountain. Shea used her personal money to get me a thick jacket. Now, I have 10 life-long friends that i see on a daily basis i met there. I was what you call a garbage-pale IV junkie with a huge taste for vodak. I, with the help of others, Carry my message to help others like me.

This is my second review. It will be just wonderful as my first. My husband was here last year and they were wonderful. Unfortunately at no fault of anyone there he is now back. This second time they were just as wonderful. They got him a bed the first day he called them. When he arrived they all welcomed him again. No one ever wants to have their family member to have to go through addiction but thank God for people like Freeman who truly care and want nothing but the best. I look forward to watching my husband’s progress and being there every step of the way. Thank you Freeman for caring and not ever giving up.

But West Tennessee Detox was truly the best place I could have chosen. From day one, the staff was incredibly polite, supportive, and attentive. They constantly checked on me, asking how I was feeling and if I needed anything. When I was too sick to get up, they even brought drinks directly to my bed – their level of care was remarkable. The center is well-stocked with food, and they have a full-time cook who prepares fresh meals daily. The Smoking Lounge was also a great spot to relax during a tough process. West Tennessee Detox helped me detox in the best possible way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a safe, compassionate place to begin recovery.

Hello all, I spent 10 days at this facility last week. The place is laid out well. You eat great and Nicky and Hollie allowed me to take care of my business while there. It was important to me and they made time for me. NO place is perfect, but they came really close so would I go back? Hopefully not needed but heck yes. These people have a good thing going! I have just graduated from this program today. And what I have to say is, I am so grateful for Provive wellness, they have been apart of the programs that have saved my life. The staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Extremely organized and apart of the journey with you. If it wasn’t for me talking to Tracy and getting information, idk that I would have choose the program. Coming out of residential treatment I was scared to start all over again. But she walked me through all of the steps and her kindness settled my fear. And on day one clients were so welcoming and Cameron, the group facilitar and therapist, was so warm and welcoming. The way he thinks and the way he puts perspective out there was so impactful. My therapist Elisha, was so gentle with me and lead groups as well. (This account is my husband’s) When I say Willow Ridge saved my life, it’s an understatement. Everyone that works there is devoted to every individual’s needs, comfort, and improvement. I got my life back because of willow and I’m thankful every single day. I will ALWAYS recommend Willow to others looking for help and know they are in great care. Jenny, the director is such a loving and caring woman that really goes above and beyond for her patients and her employees. All of the techs and the therapist got me through the hardest parts of my life and helped to pull me out of a black hole I never thought I could escape. I graduated from the old facility many years ago and everything Mrs.Christy and other staff taught me, goes with me daily and gives me the tools to stay sober 1 more day. I was homeless, hopeless, broken and not a penny to my name. Samaritan sponsored me without question and gave me the tools to have a fighting chance. I had some relapses along the way, but everything the leaders at Samaritan taught me,the 12 steps, to not give up, to get up and try agin still resonates in me today. I have 3 1/2 years sober now. If you want to change, really want change and are willing to do anything to make that happen, Samaritan is a great place to begin your new journey. The food is amazing as well. Mrs. Angelia and cooking staff are top notch. The spread daily is over the top and delicious. The opposite of what I ate on the streets, if I ate at all. Good people, good places, helped save my life.

One of the best experiences I had was at Samaritan. Mr. Tim was director then and the staff was like family and the counselor were understanding and very helpful to your needs. The new building looks like things have improved I just hope they don't take away the lil park and the gazebo. I touched and prayed and sang with and for alot of people in that Peace Park.

I completed the 28 day program offered by Samaritan Recovery Jan 16, 2025. It is my 3rd treatment experience since 2002. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Samaritan but I am going try. First, they accepted me and others without insurance and at no cost to me. That’s a minor miracle in today’s world. I am 55 and Clients ages during my stay ranged in age 19-60. A good mix which created a unique environment. We had 12 step meetings each night on site and coffee each morning. All required to finish steps 1.2.3 before completing program. The staff was excellent!! Low tolerance for unhealthy behaviors and held us accountable without being unnecessarily authoritative. Then intake process was easy and admin staff was polite, knowledgeable and professional. The Samaritan facility/building is new, clean and first class. I does not resemble any nonprofit inpatient treatment center nor operate like any I’ve ever seen. I received Individual counseling, valuable and interesting small group sessions facilitated daily by a designated counselor who cared. In speaking with other clients over 28 days I do not hear any complaint about their counselors either. They all also facilitate large group sessions in afternoon and I can say they were excellent and also showed that they cared about us and our growth and recovery . The food service/chef/cafeteria fed 35-43 clients 3 meals each day. All meals were very good, well balanced and of wide variety which was also a very pleasant surprise. The groups that were facilitated in afternoons were well designed, specific to and for people in early recovery and tooics Related to addiction and co occurring disorders. All facilitators were licensed professionals and 95% of staff is in recovery with long term success, decades of experience. Samaritan also has daily , morning meditation for all clients who wish to engage. It’s proven to help those with addictions and co occurring disorders so I was very happy they facilitate daily meditation. A few minutes each day changed each day for the positive for me . The recovery, behavioral Technical support staff that managed clients needs was 24/7. All of them were actively in recovery themselves so they understood us. I believe all tech, support staff had close to or more than 10 years sobriety. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Very Respectful and cared about the clients needs. That says a lot given fact that 40 people, all of whom were in Early recovery. Me included, Clients can be very hard to manage, and that’s an understatement. Support staff was truly the glue that held us together. Samaritan also has full Time clinical staff on site and Although I didn’t have a lot of clinical needs I will say that clinical director director, medical physician and all nursing staff were very attentive on a daily basis for clients who required medications, check ups or medical requests. Again excellent staff. Very qualified and steady. Personally and without hesitation I can say that I had a great experience ant Samaritan. I came in shattered and broken and I left 28 days later hopeful, renewed and optimistic. I highly recommend this facility and their 28 day program. Lastly, I was also surprised that they have transitional sober living on site and after care programs. And Two things I really took advantage of in my free time was the music / sun room and small library. Amazing and so surprising given that Samaritan is a non profit. My experience and thier program is also clear and strong reflection of great donors and highly qualified executive staff. If your curious how it happened - My story went like this…. I called, did assessment over the phone and 24 hours later I was picked up at a hotel near brick church and trinity lane .I was desperate and ready for a new life after havjng relapsed about 3 months earlier. Samaritan gave me every opportunity and more to build a strong foundation for long term sobriety. Truly grateful and cannot say enough about The programs and support I received at Samaritan Recovery. .

My name is Matt I completed the 28 day residential program on December 11th. Of this year (2024) and I must say it has been an amazing impact in my life and my early recovery, the staff there are amazing brandi, Amy,April thad, Donnie Brittany, Angelica ,beth ,terran, ( if im spelling it correctly lol) beth Gary and my counselor Patrick were all amazing, understanding, and above all they actually cared about each and every client. They are all very good people and are in recovery as well , they made my time there very easy and I cannot express my appreciation for all of them .. so long story short ,yes they have rules and structure but it's for your own benefit. I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have been send to jacoa in Jackson it truly saved my life .so thank you all! They always said that we do more for them than we can ever understand,but I think they are doing more for us as clients that we will never be able to repay them for . Thank you jacoa for all the love , advice , and for caring about each client that comes through the doors. I came in to JACOA in May of 2023. I had been thru SOME SHIT. To say the least. And I needed some help and guidance on how not only to better myself, but HEAL myself. And I tell you what. JACOA did that. Am I a completely healed human? Nope. Do I credit them for everything I've accomplished this far? Yes. Because THEY gave me the tools I needed. Every one of them. From the head honcho, down to the monitors every night taking us for chill breaks. I love them, to the core. Beth was an amazing counselor, and the rest of the counselors were awesome too. Kudos to a really great staff. To elaborate? They taught me how to handle my anxiety and my stress. Without booze. Without weed. Just myself. Learning to live sober, was probably one of the best adventures I've lived so far. Because that, was wild. I read ten books in 28 days. I hadn't picked up a book since my mother died, nearly 9 years prior. And I was an avid reader. I begged for the library keys, and eventually, I didn't have to beg. I was given them, because I proved I was responsible and could handle a door. It takes one door at a time, sometimes. And hey, the food wasn't too bad either!

JACOA was so amazing I went there twice!! I had been a chronic relapse for 20 years and the last treatment center I ever had Tn go to was JACOA!! That says a lot about who they are as a substance abuse program. The staff met me where I was in my journey with compassion and kindness ,because most of them had their own personal story of recovery. They got me! They really understood me!! They went above and beyond quarterbacking my care all the way to safe housing when I graduated the program. If you or a loved one are suffering with alcohol or substance abuse issues call JACOA! They will take care of you! PS.They have Fish Fry Fridays!! Just saying 😉!! Good food matters!! They have great food and unlimited coffee!!

The female doctor that I had there was amazing

This for people who have been on narcotics too long, rather legally or not. This place is for people who eventually want to quit narcotics, safety, and be reintroduced back into society as a functional, normal way of living.

This place has gone way down hill. I have been a patient for over 6 years. The Dr’s, Counselors and staff are very nice and I thought that they all actually cared about patients until today’s interactions. Oh and the wait times are getting ridiculous. My last appointment took almost 2 hours. Then today I needed to have a Tele-health visit because my radiator in my car needed replacing. I live over an hour away from my clinic. I have called 4 times since yesterday and still no one has returned my calls. I am always on time for appointments, take meds as prescribed. Don’t cause issues. Today has made me feel very uncared about. *** I wanted to do an edit to say that things have gotten so much better the last few months. I really appreciate the changes they have made and wanted people to know.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Iris Wellness. From first contact after hours on a weekend, to accepting my son for treatment even before we had payment worked out, to working with my insurance to get everything covered in-network when they were technically out of network to the fantastic intensive outpatient services. I have seen a dramatic difference in my son from, mood, attitude and overall life goals. He has always enjoyed going and has never once complained. I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done and how they have changed our lives (my son's, mine and our family as a whole). I would recommended Iris to anyone with a struggling teen.
