My son is 18 and struggling with a fentanyl addiction. To say the very least it’s been hard and traumatic. My son went to the crossroads detox facility. The 12 step program works miracles and the people that work within the facility have first-hand experience often times with their own addiction recovery. Rose and Bridgette were incredibly impressionable on my son and worked very hard to influence him positively. If I could afford to open a dozen more of these places I would. God bless these people and those struggling with addiction.

I have been to this facility 2 times now and I love it! I'm going one. More time and as much as I love this place it WILL be the last time. This place is great tho! They really care about everyone, the food is great! The beds! Like sleeping on a cloud! The comfort meds work so very well and no one bothers you. I am a member of AA with over a decade of sobriety. I am a public speaker at various hospitals and treatment centers in the Phoenix area. I also speak at meetings. The literature at crossroads is excellent and the program is probably the best in the city. Unfortunately many of the clients are there for food and a roof over their head and it gets discouraging at times for people that are truly trying to get sober so please be aware of this if you are seeking help here. You will not find better treatment anywhere. Your recovery is yours to to seek out and grab all the information and opportunities that are so freely given to you by the state and this facility. This program is world class.

It is a great place if you want to break the chains and live a life of sobriety. Intake only takes 2-3hrs but they can only process a hand full of new clients a day, Be early. Also if you don't have insurance... They still will take you in and get you applied for Access. I sent my DOA there and he is definitly turned his whole life into a spiritual one.

I learned a lot going to TLC. I have heard many stories about others and how they don’t work but this one works! The staff are absolutely amazing and help anyone and everyone in anyway possible. It’s a 4 month treatment center but in that 4 months they teach you so much and they help you get back on your feet. You go out and look for jobs so that when your time is done there you should have a job and some money saved up and not just thrown back out in the streets! This place was a god send!

I am a former client that was in the network over 10 years. They're a very good clinic. It's easy to get a hold of staff and the majority are supportive. I really loved going here for the groups. It was nice socializing with other clients. I loved this clinic because there were mall walks,art groups, social support groups. At one point they had a really amazing women's group. I loved them because they always offered services to me for art awakenings,star,and counseling. They are better than most other mental health clinics truthfully. They have you and your goals in mind. If you need help,I highly recommend them.
