Super fast at getting you your dose. They offer a van service to pick you up and drop you off at home. ( There is some limits with the van service it's not like Uber or Lyft ) When the driver can pick you up he will call you. He is always very prompt and when he says he will be there in 15 minutes he will be there in 15 minutes. All the staff is great. I came from CMS and this place is heaven compared to CMS. They are strict about alcohol use. Its not tolerated at this clinic. Its a great place and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff turnover is not bad, at all, practically non existent, many have been there for a very long time. Everyone is super caring, accommodating, and always respectful. Plus, their hours are ideal for anything life throws at you. Sage Owens 6 months ago I have been coming here for over 15 years and would tell anyone struggling with opioid addiction that there is a place where you can find help and never have to suffer from debilitating pains in agony because your body is going thru withdraw and you will never have to suffer in silence trying to hide from your addiction that is always going to catch up with you so if your ready to free yourself from burden of having to chase pills and always wandering if you'll have enough to make it thru another day just hoping you can find someone who has some thing to stop those withdraws this is the place for you to find what your looking for. Methadone treatment saved my life and don't listen to what anyone tells you or what you may have heard about methadone treatment just make the call and come talk to one of the counselors to get the facts and then give it a chance because they don't expect anyone to be cured overnight but they can offer the support and start you on medication and give you more the next day and keep sticking to that plan to show up everyday youll keep getting a little bit more everyday by the end of your first week you will start to feel so much better by end of week 2 you'll be able to get a good night's rest 3rd week you won't worry because the withdraws will subside by week 4 you'll still be raising your dose but withdraws will be gone but you may still have cravings or you may not need to raise your dose any higher but whatever the case they will give you everything you need to get you drug free until you have no more cravings and you will soon wander why you waited so long to start treatment. Whatever excuses you have not to start or keep going back they can help with getting rides , filling application for access if you need help paying or can't pay they have lots of programs that might qualify you for help to get started on treatment so give them a call , you won't regret it and privacy for patience is a top priority so if your worried someone might find out like an employer or family member they do not and will not ever acknowledge if someone is or is not a patient so they can protect every person who walks thru their doors from having to worry about the choice to come there and consequences of someone finding out they make every patient sign a non disclosure agreement so if someone you know happens to show up one Day they are banned from exposing any person or patient or even talking about seeing someone while they are there for treatment so it's very discreet and you need to take a chance make the call and get your life back on track because your never to old to learn something new like how to live your life sober and happy so they will give you the tools you will need to succeed and I hope if I can convince just one person to try then these words will have been worth all it took to get them somewhere to let someone find them and if I save just one person that's enough for me and I hope to see you there one day Forever Lisa99 9 months ago This place doesn’t make you feel worthless because of the reason you are here. They extend more than just help with drugs. They’re sincere and human and my counselor Marne is amazing and a wonderful woman. She has definitely been in my life and has made such a huge difference in my recovery from prescription pain meds to now Suboxone. This is going to be my sixth year in recovery. I was referred here by my mental health providers for counseling. I was referred after a difficult change in my life and relationships. I was mainly looking for someone to talk to as well as work on returning a focus to my needs and how to do that all over again. Though I have only had a few sessions so far, I have been pleased with the services I have received. Being that the focus right now is strictly for me as an individual, I have met with someone that fit with my preferred requirements (female, talk therapy). I have been told that if I need to change the focus of my therapy (couples, CBT) there is a large network with other locations included that can fit those needs. The only thing is that I only see them every 2 weeks so I am unsure if that is due Medicaid limits or their availability. So I feel based on that if you need something more intense, this might not be the best option for you. Though in my situation, I am just glad to have someone that I can talk all this through with. All the staff I had interactions with have always been pleasant. I have been to a couple behavioral health places and this has been the best one for me. If you're considering sending your children anywhere, look here first and second. I grew a lot as a person here, and it will always be a time in my life I look back on fondly. The staff are amazing and how they run this program is absolutely incredible. My time on the trail was everything it should have been. It has an incredible family/ parent program and a ton of literature, workshops and ways to connect for support - and it totally gave my child the opportunity to pause, reflect and refocus. She refers to it as a reset that wouldn’t have been possible without Anasazi. She loved the team working directly with her as I did the team with me. It is a lot to ask of your child to be away from home and its comforts physical and its familiarity. But on the other side of this literal journey your child and family might just get their life back. I have no doubt it saved hers. What I think is the most significant aspects is that this is not a passive program. You have to be willing to accept and work towards mindset change. And its focus is on agency dignity and compassion. For yourself and for others. It is a wilderness program in the truest since but not designed to break someone but to build themselves up and be the best version of themselves. Luckily I was able to get mine under control but as for him who still gets easily tempted.. this place is crowded sometimes during late mornings and people easily make drug deals right in front of recovering addicts. Please switch chairs around how they were facing forward towards the desks at one point and make sure people are not crowding on the walkways ect. Because it is triggering for people still struggling with addiction currently 🙏 especially asking if they have some to go walk anf smoke out in their cars... also maybe no purses in the bathroom if they place hooks on the outside door in front of the nurses to monitor. There are plenty more, I'm sure. But listing every grievance would take up multiple paragraphs. But then I think to myself, "It sounds like a bunch of ex-residents weren't happy about being told what to do and left, so they're saying anything to deter someone from getting help." I know because I used to be a resident. I first came into contact with TLC when I was homeless and on crystal meth; I was 130 pounds and sucked up. Along with my weight I was losing my sanity, as well. I came to the Mac House in the early 2000's and they accepted me with no money, only a chance to get clean. The pricing was the best I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve worked with over 8 wellness clinics and a couple other doctors over the last 13 years. Everything I could’ve asked for they provided. We went over my labs in detail, made the necessary changes to medications to optimize my health, and then check ins monthly and labs every 60-90 days to make sure I’m in optimal range with all my bloodwork. Absolutely the best wellness clinic I’ve ever been with, and I’ve been with quite a few since I started TRT and other wellness medications. They were so good I had my step dad sign up to optimize his health as well. If you’re on the fence about it, just do it. Best prices, awesome physicians, the owner Phil is super nice and took time out of his day to help me out and the meds are from the same pharmacies everyone else uses but with Vita Bella the pricing is far better than anywhere else. The belleview location in Mesa has a pretty decent staff, I was in the some of the roughest circumstances a person could possibly be in and I still kept a positive outlook and remained respectful towards everyone. If you cannot stay clean then go to salvation army for 6 months because you obviously need it and you will build a foundation of sobriety that will last a lifetime if you allow it to. You are responsible for staying clean, nobody forced you to take drugs. I will agree that the recliners should be replaced with beds or couches, I didn't get the best sleep at CBI. Additionally, they need to change rule that you cannot charge your phone because people need their phones charged so when they get out they aren't stranded without communication - this isn't 1980 when you could go use a payphone or nearby business phone. There is no acceptable reasoning why somebody cannot have their phones charged while they are in detox or otherwise. Also on the "presenting issues" section of my discharge paperwork it says that i declined to meet with PSS for treatment options and that I declined to provide address information which is completely incorrect information and untrue. Now it takes a huge life event for me to cry and express any kind of emotion other than anger…but while I was doing my intake the two ladies had me bawling my eyes out! For a good reason! I was just tired. I was upset with who I’ve been and had become during my addiction. Now again…I said I was gonna be strong and make it through…I mentioned to a staff member who goes by the name “Lisa” about how I’m thinking of checking out just because and she told me “no we’re going to work together on this”!!! Well…I checked out after she left lol. As soon as I left my girlfriend and family talked to me and I spent the night in the car waiting till the next day to check back in…and it’s been over a month since I completed my 30 days there! I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they gave me to succeed at this 2nd chance in life. Sure there’s some things I can complain about but to me I needed that reality check and needed to sit on my hands and listen for a minute. Rehab is rehab. It’s not gonna be sunshine and rainbows. I came in a nervous shy person who just wanted to get my 30 days over with….and by the time I left yeah I was ready to leave and was getting antsy. But I didn’t wanna leave the new friends I made…and again I don’t ever really write reviews but there’s a few people I wanna mention who helped me be a better person and helped me succeed. First is Brian. Heyyyyyyyyyyy briannnnnnn lol. He helped me be able to contact my daughter and overall just was a cool fricken dude! Next is “magic”. Always complimenting my leadership skills for getting the kitchen cleaning dudes together and knocking it out and always sharing his life stories…and letting me be me without a CAP CARD…lmao. Medical staff helped me get sleeping meds within a few days and overall wasn’t too much of a hassle. JOE! The BHT. Dude. Your life story was so damn inspiring and helped me understand how ugly this disease can turn and seeing who you’ve become…was just absolutely amazing and so inspiring to me and everyone! ANINA! I was pretty sure I made her wanna quit in my last week…lmao just being my goofy self and being so random just trying to have a good time at rehab. And this next person I saved for last because she helped me in ways she probably still doesn’t know and I have a lot to say about this special person…Lisa…she was my peer support leader. Lisa…you made me wanna stay. You did so much for me in my recovery journey I don’t know how I can honestly thank you enough. Got my prescriptions without any problem, so no anxiety there. Working with the benefit specialist and vocational rehab representative to start my routine into recovery. You've got workers wearing multiple hats, which is why I give them a little bit of slack. Always advocate for yourself. A worker in this field will understand when a person is advocating and why. Fingures crossed. My nightmare is ending up at a Southwest Behavioral Health, or a Terros clinic. Those clinics caused PTSD of the behavioral health system. Try CPLC first, anywhere first really. Those two clinics are great for babysitting and not working on individual recovery. there are no more monthly board meetings where participants, and the heads of these clinics would come together to discuss matters. Since there is no monthly board meeting, like there was before, it makes it very hard to navigate the mental health system at this time. A huge innovation would be to bring back the once a month meetings, where all of these clinics, organizations, and new programs are introduced. Where participants like myself can voice their opinion. It was also a great place to collect business cards from higher uppers, because there are a lot of speed bumps in the recovery system, and those speed bumps are usually unprofessional people who try to govern your recovery and walk all over your rights. I am the only one that governs my recovery, and I am the only one that says I am recovering. That is called empowerment training. Don't let anybody in this system take that from you. Your voice is just as equal as theirs and make sure that you understand your rights and additional rights if you are SMI. It's ok to say no I do not agree. It is ok to see a new doctor, case manager, or therapist if you want. This is your time, your recovery, your voice that really matters. Not power pushers/control freaks. Recommendation with CPLC is to contact the clinic the day before you have a ride scheduled just to confirm that it has been scheduled by the clinic. It's also ok to leave them a message the night before. That way if it's not scheduled, they have time to do it. Sometimes little things get busy and they forget, and it's my responsibility to make sure that they are reminded. Wish me luck. I wish you luck too.
