This is a great place. The doctors and staff were excellent, they went above and beyond. We had AC, Beautiful scenery and a nice comfy Bed. I was lucky to meet all the wonderful people who were there with me. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE The River Source! I moved here from Arkansas and they have been so amazing helping me along my path of recovery! The people are so welcoming and i love that they encourage us all to be engaged in our community. I went to Vogue in August of last year and was there for ~30 days. The staff really care and show you that sobriety is possible. They stay in touch with their alumni and really care about healing. I've been sober since and they were a huge part of my journey.

PPR played a vital role in my recovery. I was at my rock bottom and would not have survived much longer had I not walked through those doors.. once I did the welcoming and relatable staff shared their stories of their own recoveries. I quickly realized that my life wasn't as over as I thought! Infact I have been given a chance to live a full life with relationships mending and and community of people who understand me and so many new friends that I will keep for life!! I also want to say I learned so much while I was there and recently completed the 90 day program with so many tools and resources and a new love for life and have not felt this happy or greatful for every new day since I was a child!!! The facilitators are top notch and know their stuff and really really care about every clients successful recovery!!!

I’m in long-term recovery from literally every substance and mental health issue known to man. It’s been a very difficult journey and I’m beyond grateful to have found Estil Wallace and Cornerstone. I’m a graduate school student, intern, and entrepreneur. I work in behavioral health and I was having a really hard time finding a safe space to focus on my own recovery. I attended the Tuesday night men’s stag meeting and IMMEDIATELY felt at ease. It’s an AMAZING men’s AA meeting. Very clearly literature-based and solution-oriented. Not only is the building IMMACULATE but I saw men reading Big Books and doing Step Work. I had to work through a lot of trauma and a lot of grief before I felt comfortable enough to go anywhere besides therapy and the gym. As soon as I got to Cornerstone, I felt SAFE. I made that meeting my home group right then and there. Thank you guys for all that you do. You’re amazing people doing amazing things and I’m grateful to have been invited to attend that meeting.

Cornerstone helped save my life! They have a great facility, great staff and a great format for recovery to help build the foundation for long term sobriety. 10/10 I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top notch treatment center.

Obviously, no one comes here (particularly the first time) when everything in his or her life is going perfectly and all of his or her hopes and dreams have just come true. If you find yourself in need of CMS you are probably at or below rock bottom. Furthermore, I would think it would go without saying that to be an employee of CMS or any similar business, one would have to be kind, patient, and understanding but as anyone who has ever been to the Cactus location will undoubtedly confirm, that isn't the case. I was at Cactus for less than one month, but have witnessed first-hand as well as through friends who have been going there for years, that nearly the entire staff at that location seem to hate their jobs only slightly less than they hate their clients. Rude, disrespectful, and in some cases what can only be described as intentionally cruel and bordering on sadistic was what I came to expect from CMS, until moving to this location on the corner of 23rd Avenue and Northern. Here, the opposite is true as I have witnessed all the best qualities humanity has to offer from nearly everyone on staff. This includes the receptionists at the front desk, through the nurses, providers and counselors, not only towards me but generally to all people who are the most in need of such compassion and yet are often the least likely to receive it from a society that has been taught to see people suffering this affliction and instead judge them to be undesirables, criminals, or worse. In particular, Bea at the front desk and Kaleen, my counselor need to be recognized. Even when surrounded by other people demonstrating the correct way to treat those in need of help and support, Bea and Kaleen manage to distinguish themselves with their empathy and warmth. If you should ever find yourself in need of a place like CMS, you will be hard-pressed to discover anywhere more welcoming and less judgemental. Neither will you find a staff more compassionate, nor are you likely to encounter people who more embody the traits we should honestly expect from everyone in a health care field. While it would be nice if services like this were no longer needed, I couldn't be more pleased to have found this CMS location at a point where I couldn't have needed them more. Just one last thing to add. I noticed more 1-star reviews for this location than I would have expected. When I investigated this a little further, I discovered that all but two of the negative reviews were from at least six years ago and one of the two "newer" poor reviews was two years old. If you were swayed by the criticism, I hope you now believe (as I do) that the problems that apparently plagued this location were in the past. It truly does appear that they have taken the past critiques seriously, have addressed those issues, and now run a clinic with nearly perfect ratings. While I was initially distressed to see so many low scores after posting my honest, very flattering opinion of this CMS, especially after making the point that the kindness and compassion I witnessed wasn't only directed at me, I am relieved to learn that the overwhelming majority of those scores were from a time before I started coming here. I also now wonder if several or many employees moved from this location to Cactus five to seven years ago...

CMS is Awsome from Iris at the front desk to my councilor Chaka S. And the dosing window gets me in and out. You really get what you put in. Thanks appreciate you all.

JUSTIN is absolutely amazing he is a man who shows just how it can be done compationship and true honesty. my daughter went through this program and did a 60 day she just was amazed by how they ran this program. Soba saved me. from kind staff, to how komfortable and safe living here felt. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to detox. Shelly makes sure we have everything we need. Laundry is done quikly and new towels are always readily available. Thank you Soba Mesa <3

I came here for several reasons. About 8 hours in, I decided it was not for me and that I was leaving. They encouraged me to not leave. Everyone was great! Very nice, hospitable and friendly. Tony was an absolute great guy. He listened to me and even spoke with my partner. It was a pleasure knowing him. He had total respect for me and my feelings. I so much appreciate him. I was broken and without hope before coming to purpose healing now after not just completing but participating in the 35 day IDT program my life is completely different. I have learned important tools to staying sober and discovered 12 step work is vital to my sobriety! I have also learned a completely different belief system on how to live my life and I just want to thank a few important people that have really helped me along the way. Went to purpose healing.. I was able to address issues with my addiction while here. I gained sobriety, clarity and a plan for after care. I was treated respectfully by staff while having my needs met.
