No program is perfect, but Brett and his team care deeply about helping those with the disease of addiction. They understand for many it takes long term intervention and supervision to give those in most need of help the best chance at a real life. I came to the reprieve in 2019 at age 23, certain I would never see age 30. And I turn 30 this Wednesday and it would not have been possible without A Reprieve for men. -Carson F

Recovery not an easy process.I experience alot of quality growth in my recovery while at reprieve .The staff displayed a true passion for recovery which transmitted while teaching in group .I'm definitely not a religious, an wanted nothing to do with God but through working with Steven and listening to Tobey I've been able to form my own relationship with the God of my understanding! I worried about the next step after reprieve Danni placed me in another great program .In my 47 yrs I've been in an out of treatment The reprieve hands down been the place that I've gotten the most out of.So if your sick an tired an truly want change ur life I would tell you go to The reprieve .

Edit: things are finally getting fixed for me. It took forever but finally things are getting back on track here. //The rules that the clinic it self is now breaking is making it very hard for me to stay on track with my sobriety. Things used to be better here, but the last two years big mistakes are being made by workers and even when they tell you they will fix it and that they are sorry, they’re not. There’s zero accountability..

I’m only 4 days in but let me tell you though it works! I have battled fentanyl addiction for over 3 years and if you are an addict of the same caliber then you know there’s no detoxing without help off that demon! I went to this place as a last resort to impatient with no expectations since nothing else has ever worked and let me tell you I haven’t felt as “normal” if that’s a word I can use to describe it as in years even before the addiction took hold..I have energy and I am clear headed.. you have to give this a try you won’t be sorry! From the front desk, to the counselor, the nurse, the doctor I mean even the clinic director and other counselors these people care! They don’t treat you like someone who doesn’t deserve help or like it’s your own fault your where you are. Idk I guess I just am so surprised yet grateful to be free from the monkey on my back I want everyone to know they can be free to..I hope this finds and helps someone else get on the same track to living again!

A Reprieve for Women offered such an amazing experience for me. Montgomery Metro Treatment Center is an incredible facility with even more incredible staff. Every member of the staff are kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to do everything they can to help you. In a time when recovery is often stigmatized, compassionate staff with lived experience is KEY to connecting on a personal level with people going through substance abuse recovery, and in my opinion, Montgomery Metro Treatment Center and everyone working there, from the receptionist, to the counselors, the nurses, and the doctor, are all godsends. If you are apprehensive about getting help here, please, I urge you to come inside and just ask to speak with any of the counselors, or nurse Tony. You WILL be taken care of here, you will be seen not as an addict but as a person looking to make a change, take the first step.

This place isn't too bad. They have a very high turnover rate as far as counselors and pharmacy techs go. Always new employees rotating in and out. The director is fair and friendly, I like her a lot. There are a few counselors that have been there for a long time though, they are awesome and for the most part always willing to help resolve an issue. I guess the biggest downside to this place is all the drama that goes down in the parking lot before the place even opens, lawd there's some crazy folks that go here!

My favorite location to dose at. The director is super nice and you can tell she cares. The receptionist is very nice and doesn’t ever seem like she’s upset to be at work, really welcoming. The nurses are great too but the nurse Tony is the MVP in my opinion 😂 She’s always on top of things when I guest dose there and always atleast seems like she’s happy to be there and to help. In my experience it’s almost a thankless job and most people expect so much and can be super rude at clinics, but this clinic actually cares and does their best and you can tell.

I didn't believe in God anymore because I thought he put my addiction and my life experiences that most people couldn't live threw and I didn't grow up in Church and couldn't do my work without help from the ladies in there until they taught me how to use the Bible and feel what was in the Bible in my heart now I believe in God and know it was me that did all of that to myself and I learned I had to pay for my mistakes and for the hustles that I did to people to feed my addiction I've been in and out of prison ,jail and rehabs for 25 years paying for the things I did and I still to this day pay for them in my heart and mind but I know now that God has my back to help me threw my life they helped me believe in God again and that was the most precious thing any one could ever do for me

Impact Recovery was a great experience. This disease can make one feel alone and hopeless. In this place I felt welcome and embraced by the staff and other residents that share in this disease. They teach you not only to live a sober life but much more about a different way of life that is fulfilling and free. I can’t say enough about the staff”s authenticity and genuine care and understanding of someone going through and battling this illness. It comes from their own life experiences that are relatable to our own, as they all have battled this disease and live to share and help others achieve the same.

I honestly can’t thank Impact and their entire staff enough! I had no clue what to expect with them being my very first treatment center. I’ve never worked the Steps before and truly believed that I was just meant to live the same miserable life that I’ve been living until my death. They showed me that was far from the truth. I can proudly attest to that with today being 90 days sober! This is the longest I’ve been 100% off anything mind-altering since I was 14 years old. From my very first call with the owner Adams to my last day of the 35 day program, everyone treated me with so much kindness and patience. They teach you everything you need to know in order to live a happy and healthy life without drugs/alcohol, you just have to be willing to not only learn what they teach but also put it all into practice in real life. Wherever below rock bottom is, I was there for sure before Impact. Adams, Chad, Shaun, Colby, Schwartz, Dikis, Taner, Moody, Sam, Kathleen, and Emily, you are all a Godsend and I thank you for honestly saving my life. Keep doing the amazing work that you all have been doing, and if anyone reading this is willing and able to become part of the Impact family I say do it. Don’t hesitate and take that first step towards true recovery <3

The medical staff was always polite to me as well as any of the other staff members I met. I never felt like I was a problem or a burden or causing them an inconvenience when I asked for something. This VA helped save my life and give me the foundation to lay my new mental health journey upon. My case worker Robin S. was aces! Helped me selected a class schedule-work load that was focused on PTSD. The only issue I had was the food. The food was horrible but the dietician’s did work with me to change up my personal menu. There are rules in place for the resident and the rules will not be violated without repercussions. I kept my head down, minded my own business and walked so much around the campus in my down time. Those 7 weeks flew by. You can have Amazon prime deliver things to you for your stay and your allowed door dash. There are random drug screenings and breathalyzers as part of the stay. These are mandatory not suggested. Be involved in your care and you will have a great experience. Be a problem and you’re gonna get treated as such. Thank you to everyone who helped me to get there, while I was there and the after discharge phone calls to check up on me. I am one appreciative veteran.

Love it. They don’t want to see you everyday, they want you to succeed and get your take homes and they make youstill feel like a human and not just a number with a $. If you have to wait more than 10-20 minutes ever from pull up to leaving lot then suck it up and shut your mouth because it’s a rare occurrence and if you have been to other clinics you know how long the wait time is almost daily 😭 just remember that on those blue moon days 😁 But truly they are phenomenal ;each nurse Dr and counselor deserve praise! I work construction out of town a lot,so I've been to a few dozen clinics from Philadelphia PA to Jacksonville FL. By far this facility is 10 times more professional, quick responses for whatever reasons. Cleanest facility, friendliest, caring staff I've dealt with. If you've ever had to guest dose before,it can be a nightmare!! Maybe you didn't have any problems, but I have with other clinics. Not this one! They'll make sure you get the best help possible. I would never go anywhere else.WARNING! If you're not serious about sobriety then you may prefer the other dumps. Still give them a call! They saved my life!! I would love to see more of your bhg facilities in the Mississippi area and maybe have a federal guideline on amount of your dosage for guest dosing because I have been places where there was no problem but I've been to several states like Tennessee and I was taking more than their maximum level and I had to wait 2 weeks for a state approval. Of course I was working and it being 6 hours from my hometown I had to go home one day a week until they got it straight. I wouldn't have waited for 2 days in the waitroom thinking everything was going to be fine if someone would have told me or like I said every state be on the same thing or ar least respect the other states that aren't at the same dosage levels. We still have problems and are paying patients for treatment and I was furious after working 2 nights without and set there from 6 until 12 and then be told come back in the morning maybe we will be heard back from them. Communication is really what needs to be done between the states and the different companies policies.

This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

I have had such a pleasant experiences here. I was tested and evaluated by Dr. Hirsh in 2021. She was extremely kind and very professional. She cares a lot for her job and her patients. I recently have had to get my youngest daughter tested for autism and adhd and so far our experiences have been pleasant. When we couldn't make it to the office, due to sickness, Dr. Hirsh was kind enough to let us keep our appointment and do our appointment through video call. We will have her testing done here soon and I'm sure that will go just as pleasantly as the rest of our visits here.

Going to treatment for the first time was probably the hardest decision I’ve had to make. I wouldn’t change that choice for the world. Although I wasn’t sure it was where I needed to be, it was exactly where I needed to be and I am so grateful for the opportunity to recover there. The skills I learned there will help carry me through my recovery and I feel prepared to do so. After leaving, I feel so much more like myself! It was amazing to be able to find myself again at Magnolia Creek! I never thought there would be anything I would miss there after my first couple of days, but I stuck it out and trusted the process and left having met some of my favorite people. The connections and experiences I had there are priceless! The staff is great as well. Sometimes it may feel like you’re alone, but the staff truly cares so much about you, your recovery, and your aftercare. They truly do know what they are doing and have a plan, so trust it! Magnolia Creek taught me so many valuable skills and brought me so many connections. I 100% recommend MC!

Magnolia Creek has one the best treatment center for EDs that I have ever been to. The staff care and you aren’t just another number. Making the decision to start treatment is a hard one, but MC makes you feel comfortable from that first phone call. Treatment is hard, but I made memories and connections that will last a lifetime. MC kick started my recovery journey and the start to actually living my life. I will be forever grateful! The staff are amazing; especially RCS Bell & Lauren, Teacher Taylor, Caroline, Dr. Hagood, Sam P., and Morgan. All the therapist and RDs are amazing! My team listened without judgement and met me where I was at. They challenged and believed in me the entire time (thank you Dr. H, Sam, and Morgan). Carrie and Cliff helped me become more comfortable in the kitchen, something I’d never do before MC! My all time favorite group was outdoor (mindfulness) group with Heath! Getting to spend time outside, build crafts, golfing, and fishing was something that made me feel a little more at home. Meal outings were a big part of the program. This gave me a chance to challenge myself and find joy in eating in public again. MC is very knowledgeable on eating disorders and wants to be a part of your journey. I would recommend MC to anyone! It’s a place where healing starts to happen. Time at the creek is hard but so so worth it!

The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. If you are lucky enough to know the direct line for the patient advocate, they may be able to help. If you call the central phone line, be prepared to not be successfully connected to any department. I would love to discuss this matter with any upper level staff of the hospital. Oh wait, you can’t reach their offices.
