I don't even know where to start!! From speaking with Sandy at intake to all the staff at both residential and PHP everyone was amazing!! I was so nervous coming in and not knowing what to expect but if you stick with it and stay you will not regret it!! Everyone who works here is amazing and deserving of 5 stars!! Their kindness, attentiveness, knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm topped the charts!! I found my tribe here and I cant say Thank You enough!!! Makes me cry just typing this out because this place and all the staff, the entire team is phenomenal!! I miss my family here and I am and will forever be grateful for their help and the difference they have made in my life!!! This journey for me is one I am proud of and I hope if you are considering Fountain Hills you take the leap of faith and call them! Do it for YOU!! YOU are worthy of the life you dream about!!

Despite my obstinate reluctance to participate in this type of therapy, the staff has been extremely confident and flexible in finding a way to help me. I am still surprised and very grateful for their commitment and sincerity. They really have helped in a direct and tangible fashion in a very short time. I never would have guessed that I would end up with such gratitude and respect for the people and process I have been gifted with. I offer my best wishes for all those who sacrifice so much to help and serve to foster recovery and wellness for others. Somehow, even I seem to be worth the effort from such generous folk. My inability to fathom anything that could justify the time spent with me by such wonderous people does not diminish my gratitude for the effects of the education, caring and results achieved.

I was a client at Fountain Hills Recovery at the beginning 2025, and I felt compelled to leave a review about my time there. During my stay, I received treatment for Alcohol and actively participated in all components of the residential treatment program, including group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric therapy. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of taking back control of your life, and their care and kindness was well above what I expected to receive. The home I stayed in was always well stocked with food of your choosing, and the meals that were provided were well balanced and hit high marks from the chef that prepared them daily for us. Besides the great accommodations in place, the treatment I received was highly beneficial and had led me to know reach a 6 month milestone of living a sober and clean life. I am thankful for my decision to choose Fountain Hills and would recommend it to anyone who is serious about making decisions that will shape their future for the better.

New Life Recovery changed my life. I started my journey to recovery in their in patient treatment rehab, after I graduated I moved to their day treatment program and am currently enrolled in the intensive out patient program. Having the after rehab programs has been a huge help to me. Thank you New Life for giving me all the tools and support I need to live a life in recovery

This is an amazing place. It absolutely changed my life. I came in broken and left feeling like I was able to get my life back. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and very considerate to the needs of each client. Their residential program provides you with a structured schedule that is suitable for learning and not overbearing so that you can really work on recovery. Their outpatient programs allow you to soldify your foundation in recovery while you adapt to a sober lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs help.

I had a really positive experience working with Kim Westom for my drug and alcohol evaluation. She was kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand my situation instead of just checking boxes. Kim made what could've been a stressful process feel respectful and fair. I truly appreciate her balanced approach and the supportive recommendation she provided. You can tell she cares about people. I'd absolutely recommend her to anyone needing an evaluation - she's compassionate, thorough, and treats you like a human being, not a case file.

Great staff. Fully supported me in my recovery and ongoing care. They offer amazing therapists and knowledgeable case managers. Lakeside truly helped me get my life back on track. Update : I am now a year sober and could not have gotten here without the education, connections, and resources provided my Lakeside Milam.

Counselor nodded out on me 😆 I like to believe he was on methadone or Suboxone but he literally asked me how long he was out when he came to. All while talking about super personal information... I've been there three times... Not since the 90s old location .. thank you Lord above.. Another time the guy had the exact same line "don't you want to go to the ocean and throw your girlfriend in it type of shit 😂" same guy ten years apart it was beyond memorable. But this place plants seeds that lead to a life of substance free Bliss!! The acupuncture in the AM and evening AA/NA Meetings meant everything to me.

This is THE facility to go to if you are looking for a better life and want to get out from under your addiction. After my 28 day program I did not want to leave. I cannot say enough about the entire staff, their expertise, talent, and comforting means of therapy and support. It saved my life!

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. You can feel it — the environment, the staff, the program — it all works together to actually help people heal. This is the best placeto get help!

I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

My experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff and professional therapists treated me with respect, warmth and kindness. Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. My experience at Able 2 Change was amazing! Life changing. It really was first class. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everyone is super nice and friendly. They treat you with respect and kindness. Their integrity is of the highest level. I worked for Trader Joes for 28 years and we were proud of the quality of customer service we provided. I can for sure say that Able 2 Change has the highest level of customer service. Ten stars for sure! It feels so wonderful to be on the receiving end. Brooks is awesome!
