Memorial Regional is definitely #1 . From the ER staff to the employers on the 7th floor where i was a patient. I want to specially thank the ER Dr Tommy and my Nurse Daisy, Resheena, Natalie and my very Compassionate and very competent PCA's Sydoney not sure if it's the correct spelling,Casheem and just about everyone. I am very grateful for New Life Recovery Centers for giving me all the support, care,love and treatment I very well needed. I am very well on my way to a very prosporous and sober future. I didn’t them a five because they don’t offer virtual therapy options. Other than that, they offer great care and really helped me in my recovery. The staff was super supportive and used evidence based methods, which helped with the combo of addiction and mental health stuff I’ve been dealing with. Their women’s groups felt safe and afirming, which made a huge difference for me. I’m grateful for the help I got

At first I was nervous and scared. I felt rehab was like a hospital ward. Once I arrived from the intake coordinator Janet was so caring, helpful and compassionate. Gregg who drove us to center and Dr Calloway office eased my nerves. Both had a lot of good conversations. Once I got to the center. I was welcomed by my sober mate which I still keep in contact and others. My counselor Jake was amazing very informative, compassionate. All of the counselors including Cdtechs as well. I literally cried when I left I felt it was my second home. Chef Shilpa always made amazing meals that I ever had. I felt very spoiled. My time there was very structured, educational and informative. Provided the tools for me to stay on my sobriety journey. There is so much more I could express about my experience. All I can say I was very blessed, grateful for New Recovery 🙏🏼💖🙏🏼

Great staff. Fully supported me in my recovery and ongoing care. They offer amazing therapists and knowledgeable case managers. Lakeside truly helped me get my life back on track. Update : I am now a year sober and could not have gotten here without the education, connections, and resources provided my Lakeside Milam.

I really enjoyed my time here. I felt like my case manager Shauna really truly and helped me improve myself. I would highly recommend milam if you are trying to get sober.

Attending Lakeside has been one of the best decisions of my life. Their inpatient facility in Kirkland has a very welcoming atmosphere, the grounds are wooded and beautiful you get lots of free time to enjoy yourself mixed in with some very informative lectures and groups. I spent some time at the outpatient facility and I would again suggest going there for inpatient, outpatient, or continuing care. I had a wonderful case worker for most of my time there who helped me navigate some challenging life experiences, and the groups I had there were invaluable to my recovery. They are a 12 step focused treatment facility, but they also promote exploration of other programs and won't alienate you if you don't vibe with AA as your chosen method of recovery. Counselor nodded out on me 😆 I like to believe he was on methadone or Suboxone but he literally asked me how long he was out when he came to. All while talking about super personal information... I've been there three times... Not since the 90s old location .. thank you Lord above.. Another time the guy had the exact same line "don't you want to go to the ocean and throw your girlfriend in it type of shit 😂" same guy ten years apart it was beyond memorable. But this place plants seeds that lead to a life of substance free Bliss!! The acupuncture in the AM and evening AA/NA Meetings meant everything to me.

I've personally been detoxed at Hooper at least a dozen times, once even overdosing in their lobby & waking up in the ER. In sobriety, I've gone in with H&I to talk to the patients that want to hear it. It's not forced or mandatory, but strongly suggested. Hell, I even remember getting thrown into the old Hooper drunk tank after being a passenger in a DUI car accident. I should've played injured instead of trying to leave the scene. Anyway reading through the negative & single star comments, it's very clear for me to see the repeating theme & same old BS excuses people love to try riding. It's very apparent to me that each "concerned loved one" or "missing son/daughter/Mom"... wasn't ready to hold themselves accountable for the decisions & consequences of their actions. Even back when they only had a payphone & a roll of quarters made you the man inside. It's long since been changed to free 24/7 phone access for outgoing calls. With or without the confirmation HIPPA protection LAW... the front desk employees have NO CHOICE but to adhere by & follow! They'll take a kite note & fly it where it needs to be. If your loved one hasn't AMA'd themselves, which they can do ANYTIME since only adults can be there & it's not a jail. I've left at 3am throwing a damn fit thinking my girlfriend on the female side had left cuz they wouldn't tell me if she was still there! She was & I ended up the dumbass in relapse, alone. NOTHING on the recovery path at all will EVER succeed without that first required desire & commitment from within. To then accept a plethora of positive suggestions & encouragement that'll only fall on deaf ears unless YOU LISTEN for it! Shit even right now in my full addiction, a criminally corrupt career criddler... I can see the writing on these comment walls! Hoopers without a doubt... Saved my life more than once. Maybe they'll do it again ... If I decide to let them help me help myself! Our options are few & the end game for everyone is the same. Why speed up reaching death & spending the gifted time of life in misery. Forcing loved ones to be miserable. Let go of your guilt, blaming yourself is obviously a step towards acceptance. Quit punishing yourself though, because your punishing everyone else that loves you too! You are the most important person in your life & ain't nothing selfish about living like it! Good Luck🍀😘

What I love about this facility is their exceptional patient-to-therapist ratio, which really helps in the treatment process. Couldn't be more thankful to them.

This place is amazing saved my life staff are great and friendly my case manager brandy was the best case manager I’ve ever had she takes care of business and is such great hearted person your lucky if you get her

It was a difficult and impulsive decision to throw myself into treatment, I honestly went to the first place that said they had a bed, and I was beyond lucky that that place was White Sands Plant City. The staff is incredible, the course selection was diverse and informative. The culinary team works very hard and the food was excellent, especially considering 3 meals a day for that many people. I was scared going in, I had no idea what to expect. It was much less clinical than I thought and that is a good thing! Still with constant medical care, nurses and doctors if you had questions or concerns. The BHT's, Case Workers, and Discharge, all were so personable with every single patient, and it was easy to feel like a part of the community almost instantly. Mostly I want to shout out KeSaundra, she really helped me process my feelings and always was there to listen. Gonna make you proud girl! This was one of the most moving experiences of my life, and I will always be grateful for White Sands. EDIT 08/12/2025 Also want to shout out Ann Marie, I wish I had more time to get to know you more. You made yoga and meditation comfortable and I am furthering my practice in both now. Thank you!

I was at Enterhealth last year — and I’m proud to say I’m one year sober! Thanks to Enterhealth I got my life back. If you’re struggling and need help this is the place to go. Lenny was awesome. Tammy was great. The nurses were awesome, and the techs were just as incredible — everyone always kind, nd there when you needed them. And the food? Top notch. Way better than I expected. Everything about the place showed they they truly care. Mr. Raj has really turned that place around. You can feel it — the environment, the staff, the program — it all works together to actually help people heal. This is the best placeto get help!

I’m writing this review as it has been 6 months and 1 day since a small group of family and indirect supporters led me to Enterhealth after months of isolating with Tito’s was followed by years of binge drinking and drinking throughout the day, to get through the day. Everyone’s journey in sobriety is different and people take away different things from recovery. This is my 2nd time to go to treatment and it has been completely different than my 1st time. I feel like Enterhealth not only “got me sober”, but they helped me battle this by addressing my physical health, my strengths and weaknesses as well as my mental health. I also feel like I was given the freedom to be in charge of my own recovery plan. Physical and mental health were important to me and they allowed me to dive into that. I’m also not religious so I was much more receptive to their curriculum on the disease instead of just praying it into remission with AA. (Although they do offer AA based groups). Other things such as the community, the food, the privacy of your own cabin, the routine and the amenities are all major perks that help you focus on your treatment. I will say, this place is a major investment. I would be wary if your loved one is resistant to change. I feel like Enterhealth is a huge gift. I would recommend this place to anyone who is ready to embrace a better life and is ready to work for it. 💜

My experience exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff and professional therapists treated me with respect, warmth and kindness. Laura Auldridge was especially instrumental in my healing with her knowledge, compassion and humanity. I firmly believe any individual in their care that “puts in the work” will be justly rewarded in their experience. I would highly recommend Enterhealth Ranch.
