My experience at Steps to Recovery has been great for the most part, the people and the environment are very welcoming and comforting. I have had some issues that have come up, but they usually get resolved. My only main gripe is with some of the other clients at the community living house fail to clean up after themselves, and some do not know self control. But, the staff here is very professional and easy to talk to. I find that the opportunities here for my recovery journey are pretty good, although I'd like access to more holistic therapy resources. I've actually personally facilitated a Dharma meeting and will facilitate more in the future. I appreciate my time here at STR and am excited for the future with them.

Never been to rehab before but Clearbrook has been nothing but helpful. The staff & techs were always attentive and my counselor Bernadette helped so much.

Clearbrook is a wonderful place to do the rehabilitation off of drugs and alcohol. They give you the hope and possibly of a great recovery. If you decide to go just take it one day at a time and one step at a time.

Simply an awesome caring facility. The staff gives 100 percent and then some! They display a true genuine concern for those in their care. Communication is exceptional! My son has been in many facilities over the years and Provive Welles is the best place that he has been in and made the most progress. Everyone that I’ve communicated with was phenomenal. However, the majority of my communications were with Megan, Emily and David. I must give them special recognition for my sincerest appreciation. I’ve been with Provive for about a month or so now. I was having urges to drink myself into a blackout state. Been this way for about a week….I mentioned it in front of the house manager and nothing happened. Today was the worst of my urges. Megan had reached out to check on me and she was able to help me through without relapsing…. Thank you, Megan for all your help!!

Very friendly, both peer ran and counselors, in beautiful nature area, trails are gorgeous so is the chapel!! I give thanks to the staff here! All the RAs and counselors oh and don’t forget the nurses! They are all super friendly and supportive

St. Joes is an absolute paradise! Such a beautiful place to go and work on yourself. The staff are amazing and the treatment is so productive. They're pulling strings you may not realize to help you!! Thanks to St. Joes I've found me again. He was lost for a long time in the fog of a deep depression, masking that with substance use, I thought he was gone forever. Thank you guys so much for an opportunity to live again, not just exist. If you are struggling and need help, give them a call. They will pick you up and mark will call you everyday until they do to ask how you are doing! Absolutely amazing place if you are in jeed of recovery from substance abuse. Amazing staff. Great place to go to get yourself back on the right track. I would recommend this to anyone who is in need of help. They also offer an iop for those that could benefit from it as well

Going to RCA was the best decision I made. I am so grateful for this place. What makes this place so special is the people who work here. I see them show up everyday. They are selfless and continuously check up on you. Whether you are inpatient, or alumni, they are always there for you. It really is a beautiful thing. I’ve developed strong relationships in sobriety because of RCA. I will be forever grateful carrying the message the gift of sobriety brings.

RCA Devon has been unbelievable for my recovery. The staff truly cares, the support is real, and the community feels like family. Alumni meetings with Joey are a huge highlight — he brings energy, honesty, and guidance every time. I’m grateful for everything this place has done for me.

Today I helped a Vietnam era veteran. Remember as a veteran sometimes we struggle. When you see a service person in need of help, do what the Lord installed in your heart love of one another. The gentleman was in need. I would encourage anyone whether you're a veteran or not. Help the elderly. My suggestion would be to take an index card and put the person's first name only, last four if you're a veteran and POC. Place this in a plastic bag and safety pin it to the person in some form or fashion. This would eliminate hours of wasted time helping people to connect with loved ones. Let them know the Lord brought you to them out of love because he first loved us. One other advice if you're helping someone and you have to walk away give them something of yours to assure them you will return. A small act of kindness goes a long way. The Lord sees all and never forgets. Lose the attitude of someone not being your race. When you served you should NEVER see race. Remember that. You don't know who may be near you to save your life. 1st. Time to enter as a patient. The nurse i met and dealt with was so gracious and kind, easy to talk to and professional,even when she had to do a procedure on me. The Doctor was absolutely above what I expected. I can't say more for my experience.

Silver Pines was the best experience I have ever had. The staff was amazing…caring, experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. They gave me the tools to use to keep me sober and motivated. I living my best life now thanks to Silver Pines!!!

There is something special about silver pines. It is definitely a facility I would recommend to anyone battling substance abuse or mental health issues

I was on the psych unit for a few days and the staff was always attentive and compassionate with me while I was struggling. The one staff member, Logan, gave a really great group about depression and he helped me feel comforted when I was feeling really bad about certain things. Alex helped me feel understood and I could relate to him, he never made me feel like I was left out or awkward. I didn't get the other two RN's names (horrible memory) but they always came in a pair and whenever I saw them, I instantly felt at home and relaxed. Incredible staff who genuinely care about what you're struggling with and help with accomodations for your needs. (The one RN gave me fidget toys because I needed a distraction and they're still in my pocket everywhere I go) Thank you so much to the amazing staff and doctors who treated me while I was there, every single person on the 5th floor unit was incredible in their own ways, extremely grateful I got to work with such a terrific team!

My father was in the ICU this past February. The staff was great! Our nurse, Dan, was so kind and helpful. He even comforted me when I broke down when we finally made the decision to take dad off life support. It's not often you find a staff member that cares as much as he did. His kindness was much appreciated. The doctor was very informative and explained my father's condition in terms we could understand to help us make decisions about his care. While dad was in the ICU, his wife was also admitted on the 7 tn floor, she has dementia and dad was her care giver. So they took care of her while we tried to figure out where she could go after dad passed. My 95yo grandmother was also admitted at the same time on the 6th floor. Every staff member we dealt with was amazing. From the nurses to doctors to the clergy. When my dad passed they didn't rush us out. Let us take our time to say goodbye and grieve. That was so appreciated. Highly recommend this hospital.

Of course every place has their flaws, however I've never met a staff that truly cared so much for the patients. This isn't a job to them its a way of life. From the techs, to clincial staff, therapist and the higher ups. Nothing during my time there fell on deaf ears. Id advise anyone coming to treatment there to swallow your pride and be open and listen. A brief background of myself, im very opinionated and strong willed so of course I knew everything or at least I thought I did. The staff here really did everything they could to reassure me over and over that I can get better. I just needed to get out of my own way. They were 100% correct. The techs always made me feel like this wasn't a house it was my home. People like Andy, Melanie, Leigh Ann, Amethyst, Jose, Stan and of course my OG Allison have always shown me that mine and my fellow housemates best interest was always top priority. Their stories and generosity is truly inspiring. I never felt judged or unwelcome They really care about each and everyone of us. They may be on the ground floor regarding job titles but they definitely are the foundation that keeps this facitly standing. The clinical staff such as Max, Morgan, Curtis, Michelle, MK, their doors are always open when needed. Whether they're running groups or plugging away in their offices they are always willing to stop and listen in the time of need. They too along with the techs are going to be your biggest cheerleaders towards a better life a sober life. While you will notice vast differences in some of their approaches PLEASE keep your ears open because they all reached me in different ways even though I didn't see the value they offered right away. Collectively, its a excellent group to learn from. While my time with Alex a therapist was limited it was very insightful and gave me a different way to see things that definitely resignated with me. As for my personal therapist Jackie, she was amazing. Her door was always open whether it was to pop in an say hi when I needed to vent or just shoot the breeze. Our sessions together allowed me to open up to a point I never had before. Even during her groups she may come off fun and playful, but there is a method to everything. Last but certainly not least, listen to your peers in those rooms. They come from all different backgrounds, gender, race age etc. They offer true wisdom and real life experiences. I personally never met a sober addict that didn't light up a room. These people will teach you more than you could imagine if youre willing to listen and do the work. Ill leave you with this, all of the above comes from someone who has been to 2 detox, 3 other rehabs, never lasting more than 6 total days. Banyan and their staff and clients made me feel at home while I battled through and not for a second did I ever feel alone while I was there. My goal now is to get my life back and whether it happens or not is upto me and me alone but Banyan gave me the tools I need to have a fighting chance, so thank you. KR

Caron is more than a treatment program if you let it be. Caron saved my mother from the depths of her addiction and our connection to Caron has only grown since she left magic mountain. While at Caron my mom received assessments, therapies, achieved sobriety (which she continues to maintain and sustain for nearly 12 years), and made lasting connections. She is a proud alumni and dedicated to service for Caron. I am a proud alumni of the family education program which I am beyond grateful for. Since 2013 my family has been actively involved in all the wonderful post treatment opportunities do readily available and easily accessible. I cannot recommend Caron enough.

Gary (staff) was extremely nice and helpful. I enjoyed my time there. It’s a great facility with gym cornhole basketball and more. Located between mountain so the air was fresh. Had a good experience with my counsellor Julie. The food is very good.

Best rehab I’ve ever been too….all the techs there are great second and third shift and most of them are in recovery… there were many times I felt like I wasn’t going to make it when I left there and couldn’t sleep at night and tech Michaela on 3rd shift was always super helpful sharing her story with people…. I was able to relate to her so much because we have all been through similar things and I appreciate her talking to me all night and helping me whenever I needed it she really goes out of her way and isn’t there just for the money!! It really helped me stay sober shout out to Michaela!! Best tech on night shift

The staff and place are equally beautiful. The good hearted people always checked on my personal needs multiple times a day. The staff becomes your family. A staff member named Eric one night at 3am talked with me telling me his inspirational story and it helped me to feel better and keep going myself. The food is always good. Friday is all you can eat wings!!! This place helped me to love myself and recover who I am as a man not just from addiction. Living alone is something I will never do again because of going to Huntington creek isolation can’t exist. I have friends and family in the staff and community I was part of. Thank you

Bradford recovery is just amazing. From the counselors. Medical staff. Bhas. The whole staff. The food is amazing. They care. It is clean. Beautiful scenery. I went in not knowing they were gonna change my life.. so glad I gave them that chance. Thanks to them I am 3 years clean and will never forget the kindness and support they gave me. I just wanted to thank Mt laurel for saving my life. I am 47 days and counting sober. As they helped give me the skills and tools I needed to become so er and stay sober. Like all rehab facilities there is a good side and a bad side. I am one more success story. So ty Mt. Laurel for giving me my life back. I am forever grateful.

Where do I begin? Not only was this my first-ever rehabilitation experience, but it was also the most eye-opening experience I have ever had. I was uncertain about what to expect and, ultimately, I made the best decision possible. The staff, whom I refer to as specialists, made me feel immediately at home, and my counselor, Mike, went above and beyond in his duties. The facility offers numerous perks, including exceptional cuisine, impeccable grounds, and a spectacular overall atmosphere. I must note that the nurses are exceedingly polite and attentive to their patients' needs, although I did find it somewhat disappointing that doctor visits were limited to only once. Personally, I did not experience any significant issues during my stay, aside from one supervisor who, I discovered, was not particularly friendly to either patients or staff. One of the highlights of the facility is the presence of Monarch butterflies, which are hatched on-site. Deb, one of the specialists, consistently displayed a warm and welcoming smile that brightened everyone's day. Marworth offers a wide range of activities to keep patients engaged, as well as tailored treatment plans for individuals requiring additional support. I commend the facility on its outstanding work.

I went to Marworth for the first time after relapsing after about 5 years sober. When I went there I was a wildly unpleasant person to be around. I hated the world and myself. I was truly terrible to most of the staff. My behavior was argumentative, smug and mean at best. They still welcomed me back 3 more times. I was eventually given Amy as my primary counselor and, she not only took the time to try and understand why I was like that but, she also challenged me to be better. Over my time there I had the chance to get to know the staff very well. They're good people. Who genuinely want to help people get to the life they're meant to have. The specialists, rec team, cafeteria workers,house keeping,security(the list goes on and on)are wonderful. That's what makes Marworth great. It's not the amenities. It's not the rock climbing wall, gym, cafeteria, or anything else you can think of. It's the people that make this place what it is. Is it perfect? Absolutely not, but nothing is. When I went in there looking for all the things that bothered me, I got nothing out of it. When I allowed them to help me, I got everything out of it.

It was great staff is awesome they truly care and want you to succeed. You get your own room,support from peers, freedom when you phase up,you can pick what clinical hours you participate in. It's a great program and halfway house. I would strongly recommend it in the future.

I am currently a resident here. All this is new to me… I really got lucky. I absolutely love it here. It literally feels like a big family, we are all so close… the employees included. Zoe, Michelle, Kathy, Tammy etc are amazing. I really do love them and know because of everyone in that house, I am where I am. It’s the Power House sorority ❤️

Power, saved my life. I recommend Power to everyone. I have a story to tell about how power saved my life, but there's not enough space here for me to tell my story.
