Our son is currently enrolled at Capstone. It's difficult to put into words how amazing this place is. The level of excellence, from the therapists to the support staff, is second to none. Be advised, they do not mess around. The commitment level they require from the family is high, and for good reason. I've never experienced "tough love" like they put forth. This is a blessed place and we are grateful God led us to Capstone.

If you ever find yourself in a place of hopelessness with your son, look no further than Capstone. I cannot emphasize enough the dedication and true love each member of the Capstone community has for these boys. We came to Capstone at our very worst as a family and we left as the best version of ourselves yet! The level of expertise and attention applied to each boy is truly transformative. The relationships formed at Capstone are invaluable and lifelong. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my son from himself, thank you for saving us as a family from ourselves. Generational patterns break, walls crumble, and restoration begins at Capstone.

Amazing, healing place for the boys and the whole family. Could not recommend them enough for someone looking for hope for their boys. We tried several programs and this one just impressed us more and more each day. The therapists are so well-trained and extremely qualified. Thank you so much to Adrian and our family's therapist. Trueself absolutely was the best decision I’ve made in along time. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve bn to this one has turned out to be the best of all and I’ve been to several luxury rehabs. This place is ran by people that has been in the exact same shoes as us they understand where we’ve been and r not teaching things they know nothing about like a lot of other rehabs. They help u to be a better person and to make better choices along with giving you the tools to stay clean! I absolutely love it thanx so much Trueself!

5 Star treatment at the Endoscopy Unit. Former Endoscopy nurse here from NY and this unit blew me away. Sharp, knowledgable, and caring staff at every level! From the Receptionist to the doctors, nurses, techs and other staff, everyone here is impressive. Kudos to everyone here who make it all possible.

My veteran friend went in with a terrible stomach ache. He had a ruptured appendix and complications. The staff at the VA Hospital was very kind to his family and has taken the best care of him they can. Grateful that we have a VA here! No matter what's going on outside the doors, patient care is priority inside. Thank you to the ICU staff.

Updated review: Previously I had attempted to make an appointment around July, 2024, I was given an appointment for November, 2024, it was cancelled and rescheduled in Nov for March of 2025. In March I was called and it was cancelled and they asked to reschedule it. I hung up and got a call later saying I needed an appointment. I called the patient advocate and was given an appointment for April 2025. I was seen by an extremely corteous and kind LPN and eventually seen by Dr. Freberg. I can safely say my faith in this institution is restored due to team 5 and Dr. Freberg. Originally, due to my previous experiences, I honestly expected sub-par medical treatment, but was blown away by how amazing he was. I'm relieved my initial bad experience seems to be a random occurrence and very hopeful. Initial review: ACCESS TO CARE IS A JOKE. I'VE BEEN RESCHEDULED TWICE FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN NOVEMBER AND AS OF MARCH 5TH I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SEEN. YOU WONDER WHY VETERANS ARE KILLING THEMSELVES EVERY DAY? THIS IS WHY, GARBAGE FACILITIES LIKE THIS ONE. Got a call a couple days after they cancelled and tried to reschedule my appointment the second time saying I needed to schedule an appointment. OH, REALLY??? I have half a mind to make a bunch of appointments and just not show up for them to send them a message. You wanna waste my time and not care, you get that same mentality back. Despicable.

If you sincerely want to change your life ,this place is for you , they will help you get closer to God and give you the tools to work out your recovery journey This is not a cakewalk you do have to apply yourself and want to get clean. This is a great program and they have helped me so much

This is a christian based drug rehabilitation facility. They do accept insurance, or out of pocket payments. The program lasts ninety days and is well worth the time if you need help with your recovery. I went through the program and am very satisfied with the results.

Best place for recovery

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

This is the BEST 30 day facility I have EVER been to. They came and picked me up and showed me nothing but love the whole time I was there. The councilors and peer support are TOP NOTCH there is nothing better than learning about recovery from people who have been through recovery. The H&I meetings are truly amazing, the AA & NA come to the facility and tell their stories. All the story’s were good and helped me in my recovery giving me hope. The food is AMAZING… There are two awesome chefs that KNOW HOW TO COOK. YOU WILL EAT LIKE A KING/QUEEN. They also help you get into sober living and give you plenty of recourses you can use upon discharge. They have a heart for recovery and they deserve 5 STARS

My experience with Oasis renewal was professionalism, compassion,education, and I left with the clear understanding about my addiction. I struggle with addiction my whole life and I've been to many treatment centers throughout my life but I left Oasis from you or something I can't explain that was different than any other treatment center and I was ever at. I love working here. It is a beautiful place for adults to take a small break and take in the beautiful nature of Oasis Renewal Center. The staff are good caring people who want to help others find their way in recovery. My name is Cindy, and I am in housekeeping. I am also in recovery.

This rehab is the only thing that saved me!!

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work . At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!

I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. Period. The counselors, the food, the staff, the cabins, the care, the VIBE—all five star. I had to go back a second time-thought I only needed detox. They were right, I was wrong. Do the 30 days please! Truly can’t recommend enough—and I don’t live locally. Worth the travel to get to this place.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is struggling and wants first class help. My experience was absolutely life changing and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity. It's amazing. They saved my life and marriage. I was broken when I got there . I didn't care if I lived or died. The counselors care so much about us. I graduated June 10 it was such a blessing being there.

Arisa Health Recovery at Mills helped me to change my life. The staff, classes, atmosphere, food, and every other detail contributed to an amazing experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who is committed to achieving recovery!

You won’t find a better, more dedicated place to recover from a life destroyed by addiction. The love, understanding, and compassion they pour into each individual is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. Combine that with the knowledge and experience of the entire staff and you have something truly special. From the night managers to the director, each staff member is genuine, caring, and there to help make recovery from addiction achievable. They have created something remarkable.

Sozo is the absolute best recovery center, I should know cause I’ve been to 7 different rehabs. Difference between Sozo and the rest is that the staff there really does care about clients, they will go out of their way to help, 5 stars

Love hate relationship most of the kids were amazing but the staff were rude and MESSYYYYYY, it was unclean and nasty in a lot of ways. But I had a overall good experience because of the other people there, the food was also good.

Thank you Bridgeway, for providing the valuable tools I needed to stay away from opiates. It is my choice to use these tools or not. The out-patient staff are professionals and know how to foster some very positive and comfortable group sessions. Carolyn, Angela, Docs Patterson and Jarvas are to be commended. I cannot recall the new young lady's name who also counceled some fantastic i.o.p sessions but I can tell she is gifted in this area as well. If you respond to my post, please mention her name. My recovery has been miraculous.
