I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work . At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!

I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. This is your answer to finding the right place to go to!!!!!

I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. Period. The counselors, the food, the staff, the cabins, the care, the VIBE—all five star. I had to go back a second time-thought I only needed detox. They were right, I was wrong. Do the 30 days please! Truly can’t recommend enough—and I don’t live locally. Worth the travel to get to this place.

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. This rehab is very affective in establishing long term sobriety if a person desires it. The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. No one can make an individual stay sober so the staff cannot be blamed especially when they let it be known that the client must put in the effort to rise above their addiction. My experience with Oasis renewal was professionalism, compassion,education, and I left with the clear understanding about my addiction. I struggle with addiction my whole life and I've been to many treatment centers throughout my life but I left Oasis from you or something I can't explain that was different than any other treatment center and I was ever at. I love working here. It is a beautiful place for adults to take a small break and take in the beautiful nature of Oasis Renewal Center. The staff are good caring people who want to help others find their way in recovery. My name is Cindy, and I am in housekeeping. I am also in recovery.

It's amazing. They saved my life and marriage. I was broken when I got there . I didn't care if I lived or died. The counselors care so much about us. I graduated June 10 it was such a blessing being there.

Arisa Health Recovery at Mills helped me to change my life. The staff, classes, atmosphere, food, and every other detail contributed to an amazing experience for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who is committed to achieving recovery!

You won’t find a better, more dedicated place to recover from a life destroyed by addiction. The love, understanding, and compassion they pour into each individual is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. Combine that with the knowledge and experience of the entire staff and you have something truly special. From the night managers to the director, each staff member is genuine, caring, and there to help make recovery from addiction achievable. They have created something remarkable.

Sozo is the absolute best recovery center, I should know cause I’ve been to 7 different rehabs. Difference between Sozo and the rest is that the staff there really does care about clients, they will go out of their way to help, 5 stars

Good and respectful people and staff

Love hate relationship most of the kids were amazing but the staff were rude and MESSYYYYYY, it was unclean and nasty in a lot of ways. But I had a overall good experience because of the other people there, the food was also good.

Thank you Bridgeway, for providing the valuable tools I needed to stay away from opiates. It is my choice to use these tools or not. The out-patient staff are professionals and know how to foster some very positive and comfortable group sessions. Carolyn, Angela, Docs Patterson and Jarvas are to be commended. I cannot recall the new young lady's name who also counceled some fantastic i.o.p sessions but I can tell she is gifted in this area as well. If you respond to my post, please mention her name. My recovery has been miraculous.

May not want to be there, but the staff makes you feel like a person, not a number. Very nice.

Amazing staff , management could use some training.

I had an amazing experience with Conway Behavioral Health. They took really good care of my loved one and helped her tremendously. The Social Worker, Lindsey was extremely kind, empathetic, and provided resources/solutions for me to continue to help my loved one. I never thought the day would come that my loved one would get better, but Conway Behavioral made it possible. I’m so glad my loved one feels better now. I am in disbelief at how great this facility was. This is the only facility that was able to find medication that works, helped my loved one to understand the need for medication, and made her feel safe while going through treatment.

It was great there I miss group therapy with Mr Marcus and Mr Eli I loved and if anyone knows a Jake from there I fell in love not meaning to anyway all the patients were so helpful and great to talk to I love the place
