I completed the 28 day program twice and spent over 90 days total. At first I didn't like it. They were strict and it was kinda of a tough love thing, I'm sure of that. But, I appreciated that tough love, structure, and accountability,because that is what I needed at the time. After I finished the 28 they found me a job that I really enjoyed and provided transportation to and from work . At the N.A. , C.A. and alumni meetings , I came to realize that the people here really do care about me, you, and each other.They want nothing more than to see everyone succeed.They are truly one big family!

This is the most amazing rehab facility I’ve ever been to the owner is so understanding and cares about each individual person and the staff are just amazing people and understand addiction I would definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone they have helped me so much on my journey here I’m still here and working on my recovery but they are maken the process as painless as possible I love this place and can’t wait to over come my addiction

I have really enjoyed this rehab facility more than any other place I have ever been too by far. The facility is top-notch. Cabins are so nice and comfortable with only two clients per cabin. The food is made fresh every day that is better than five star restaurants in my opinion. So much food with plenty of left overs. The staff are amazing! They care!!!! They actually care about you and your recovery. They spend the time every day teaching us how to manage our lives and pushing the clients to find themselves. Really find themselves and why they use and how to stay sober mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The outings from the facility are so fun which include things like Top golf, canoeing, trails, rivers, and more. You will find what you need here to make a change to your life. This is your answer to finding the right place to go to!!!!!

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I am forever grateful of Piney Ridge and I would highly recommend other states to look into sending kids to this program if need be.

I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. This rehab is very affective in establishing long term sobriety if a person desires it. The negative reviews here are not accurate and the staff very much care for the clients, with most being former addicts and alcoholics themselves. I participated in residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. A client will be paired with a counselor, therapist, and a psychiatrist. Toward the end of treatment a client can be paired with a sponsor of a 12 step program like AA. There are too many resources to list that Oasis and Recovery Centers of Arkansas have to offer, but a person has to desire to be clean/sober and want to change their lifestyle. No one can make an individual stay sober so the staff cannot be blamed especially when they let it be known that the client must put in the effort to rise above their addiction. My experience with Oasis renewal was professionalism, compassion,education, and I left with the clear understanding about my addiction. I struggle with addiction my whole life and I've been to many treatment centers throughout my life but I left Oasis from you or something I can't explain that was different than any other treatment center and I was ever at. I love working here. It is a beautiful place for adults to take a small break and take in the beautiful nature of Oasis Renewal Center. The staff are good caring people who want to help others find their way in recovery. My name is Cindy, and I am in housekeeping. I am also in recovery.

I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!! **Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!** Update: 09/09/25, still sober!! 802 days!! Still recommending this place to people!!!

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

It's amazing. They saved my life and marriage. I was broken when I got there . I didn't care if I lived or died. The counselors care so much about us. I graduated June 10 it was such a blessing being there.

You won’t find a better, more dedicated place to recover from a life destroyed by addiction. The love, understanding, and compassion they pour into each individual is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. Combine that with the knowledge and experience of the entire staff and you have something truly special. From the night managers to the director, each staff member is genuine, caring, and there to help make recovery from addiction achievable. They have created something remarkable.

Sozo is the absolute best recovery center, I should know cause I’ve been to 7 different rehabs. Difference between Sozo and the rest is that the staff there really does care about clients, they will go out of their way to help, 5 stars

Very nice place I sent my son and I must say bridge way help my child to stay on the right path with life I am very thankful for the bridge way tem members.

I wanted to say thank you for really helping me. as soon as i went in the hospital van it fixed me 90% i used to have outbursts weekly and the patients and staff were nicer than the people in school. I was hated by the entire school in 4th grade and the school staff didnt do anything about it every single time i told them and they still dont. I never had one get in trouble out of every single time i was bullied. They said it had to be physical and one time it was physical. And they called it harassment (the non phsyical bullying). To be honest im thinking about trying to sue the school out of 1 billion dollars to get the owner in jail i really dont think im gonna do it because it requires alot of thinking to do it and after i think about doing something bad for a while i just realize i shouldnt do that. And i think you should get a higher review rating because the food is good too

This place helped me when I was going through a very difficult time. They provided a safe place with a team of staff that were very good at their roles.

Harbor House and Gateway are awesome, Samantha does intake and goes above and beyond. Wonderful staff in both facilities. God Bless Harbor House/Gateway.
