True Self Recovery is the best! I’ve been to several rehabs but not one like this. The people that work there truly care. Tiffany was such a blessing, she went out of her way to help me and was always just a phone call away! My house managers Amy and Carson were absolutely amazing and have became like family to me! Ella and Jody and Gena go out of there way to connect with everyone on personal levels. If you truly want help and want to learn a better way of life, this is the place to go. It’s not like any other rehab I’ve ever been too. I will stay connected with them forever. They all have a special place in my heart and I’m truly grateful!

i HAVE BEEN IN THE VA SYSTEM FOR 40 YEARS. I have had the benefit of using several of the facilities across the Country. Fayetteville VA is one of the most efficient and well run facilities I've had the pleasure to be treated . I have had Doctors call me after hrs, medication expedited, and people go out of their way to help you while you're there. I saw an employee yesterday stop an elderly gentleman because his shoe had come untied and she was afraid he was going to trip. Not only did she warn him she bent down and tied it before he went on his way. There is nothing adverse I have yo say about this facility. I appreciate the care I get here and I know I'm well taken care of. I had an appt on the 8th and by the 9th all of my referrals had been made for appts before the end of the month. I don't know what more we could want, do you? I feel the care and concern from all the staff when I am there.

I was there back in the start of 2024, this placed helped me discover parts of my past that were hidden away with years of not wanting to be anyone's problem. My therapist was really good to me and I would suggest anyone to go here if given the chance; I still talk to the guys that were in my cluster even though a couple of them passed away since we graduated. I still reminisce about spending time there and making memories even though some of them were difficult.

I went there personally for three months. This place has had such a positive impact on me. The staff there are absolutely amazing and care for you so deeply. They do their best to understand where you are at. This program has helped me get into healthy routines like working out daily, taking care of my puppy, And having a healthy schedule in general! I have zero bad things to say about this place. I highly recommend. I don’t know where I would be without capstone. The treatment was very intensive, but has helped my family and I out in so many ways!

I love Natural State Recovery Centers and the people working there. They are so compassionate and the classes are taught by Masters Level Clinicians which is one of the only facilities in Arkansas that does that. The food is great, oh and they have a track and basketball gym...plus goats!

I went here for a few months for help with tapering off of benzos that I had been prescribed for anxiety. I was having a lot of trouble or with withdrawal symptoms and wanted to make sure I was tapering the correct way. I met with Brian a couple times and he was very nice. The only negative I have is he did a drug test on me without disclosing that I would get a bill. Now I have a $180 bill to test for drugs that I was prescribed. It would have been nice if the fact that I would have to pay so much for a drug test was disclosed before taking it, and if I had been given an option to opt out.

I would just like to share my experience about Natural State and the guy Michael who manages the sober living houses. If it was not for him my son would be dead. He told me from the beginning that if my son was willing to go to any lengths to change his life then he would have a chance. I almost enabled my son to his grave by not listening to Michael and taking his suggestions. Today my son has a little over a year sober and is a new person. He also suggested that I go to Alanon meetings which I have been for a year and the relief that I get from these meetings are priceless. My son was making every excuse in the world to me and I was believing him instead of someone who has walked in his shoes. Again thank you Michael and Natural State Recovery.

I was scheduled for a procedure, went in through the ER, the desk clerk was very nice, she had nearly all my paperwork ready. All I had to do was give a copy of my meds and insurance cards for her to copy. I was called back within minutes the nurse was extremely nice. Was put in a room where they took my vitals and explained everything, everyone was knowledgeable and explained every detail of what would take place . I could not have been more pleased with my experience and want to say that everything was very clean, very impressive, I hope if I ever have to go there in the future that I will be as pleased as I was with this visit.

The doctors were very efficient most of the staff was very helpful. The front desk staff in the ER however was very rude and made fun of my inquiries.... I was without a ride and a very nice staff member helped cover a taxi ride back home for me.

I just came home from here 2 weeks ago. This place is AMAZING!! I didn't want to go at first, I read the reviews here, on day 3 I was finally settled in and knew I couldn't have been at a better place. The staff is exceptional!! It is a very intense program, but it's wonderful. Classes are 7 days a week, 8am-7pm, lots of breaks in between, plus lunch and dinner breaks. The food was exceptional! You definitely will not go hungry here!! When it was my day to go, part of me didn't want to leave, I had made great friends there and this place had become my safe place. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help. This place will save your life if you let them!! **Edit to add, 6 months post treatment, still sober (237 days). My brother is now a resident there, he's on day 4 today. This place is amazing!!** Update: 09/09/25, still sober!! 802 days!! Still recommending this place to people!!!

so far ive been so blessed with them in where im at in life. I haven't made it to them yet bc of prescription problems but they helped make it happen with a grant when I told them what I was going through and what I planned with my life but I truly needed help and Paige has been more than helping and understanding before I have even got there. I will know more when I get there tomorrow but so far they have been more than understanding and helpful when im at a very tough time in my life.

Service 10/10. I came from the San Antonio, VA. The care and speed here is 100x better. No complaints in care or staff in any department. I’m very grateful to have this VA available. Today though, I had an appointment and the hospital was very dirty. I was disappointed. Paper towel all over the floor in the bathroom. Bath floors and hallways very filthy. The elevator doors had a dried liquid spilled all over. Trash cans were full everywhere. The AC vent register was hanging out of the drop ceiling. (Neurology Rest-room) Something beeping in there cause out of product. Mirrors were filthy. Truly disheartening. It’s an old building but generally clean. Today it looked as if it aged 25 years in a matter of a few months. Pray things get turned around. Good Drs and staff. Just needs a field day!

I was able to get the best help I was able to get. Piney ridge helped me throughout the way. They have great staff and administration personnel that are there to truly help kids in the United States. I have read most of the reviews for this place. I know I cannot speak to the other families experiences but I can try to explain ours. We had a child go through this program from July 2023-January 2024. Of course during that time we dearly missed our child. At first, we were extremely skeptical of the staff and the changes in therapists when he started. I know these places have turn-over and it concerned us. But we moved forward with them. Our story has a fantastic finish. He made it through the program and was deemed ready to come back to us. The therapists and nurses there were fantastic, in keeping us informed of his progress. We attended all the visitations, day passes, overnite passes and family sessions throughout the process. What we seen in return was a confused child going in but a changed young man coming out. He changed drastically in his thought process and his coping skills. We could see the changes as he moved through the program. We can't say enough about the results for our family and owe this facility all the credit for helping us get back our young man, no longer confused about his place in our family. I don't know enough of the names of the staff but EVERYONE involved at the facility showed us patience, compassion and caring for our child. At the first day we met with our intake person, the nurses who would care for him and later that week the assigned therapist(s). Everyone showed us understanding with this traumatic transition. They provided resources and responses for our questions. These folks have such a hard job treating these lost kids. We have the upmost respect for everything they do. Give this place a try and follow their steps. I'm sure you will see the results.

I love this place i was a resident at PRTC from 9/29/22-6/30/23 I had a great expierence here and learning new thing the staff is so supportive i appreciate every staff on the girls unit(East) and my therapist(best therapist i have ever had) Thank you Ms.Ryan.C and Ms.Kourtney.H i appreciate you guys so much you both have helped me through the toughest time i had at PRTC you both were there for me when i was self-harming, Trying to end my life, acting out, fighting and when i had panic attacks i still have the notes that you both gave me they stay in my wallet and i read them when i miss you guys i still have the cow stuff animal from Ms.Kourtney i sleep with it because i feel safe when i have it because i know who gave it to me and that the person who gave it to me cares and was a safe person i got comfortable with. I miss you guys and thank you every one for everything you guys did to help me get through treatment. I miss you Ms.Ryan and Ms.Kourtney and i love you guys with boundaries also thank you Ms.Sch'Vannia for helping me and discharging me On june 30th. Very nice. Staff were open, welcoming, and friendly. Waiting room was large, with a nice window wall with a view of a small courtyard with a fountain. Plenty of options of things to do while you wait. Plenty of magazines to look at, and toys for the children to play with. Fliers with information available also. Super clean!

I got at Sober Living in Dec 13 2023 and stayed till April -05-2024 . they lot rules you got no or find the door and i understand that . Your first 30 days you got to remember ,Maintaining abstinence from drugs and alcohol Paying rent and other fees Participating in house chores Attending house meetings Following curfews Respecting other residents and staff Being a team player Agreeing to random drug and alcohol tests. the lot rules to go by . I watched people get kicked out and that might sound bad but it not . Let me explaine . they start shooting crooked , lying , going behind staff back and thinking they are being slick . no cell phone till you go Block House then you got ask to have one . you got work CQ answering phone and other things ,sighn in and out of bathroom . you get 10 minute shower no longer . write up comes with extra duty ,washing dishes ,cleaning bathrooms floors , meeting room ,washing cars . when you leave you be diffrent person but it fresh start for you so never take it hard and think you being punished . I did extra work like pick trash up around building . just work program and you see better person inside you .
