I've been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There's a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don't agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn't make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I've had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that's so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I've had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. "It works if you work it"

Absolute gem of a detox center. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, the treatment plans are effective, and they provide awesome post-care plans. Shout out Trip, Kevin, Wade, Audrey, Mrs Jackson and all of the other amazing people.

My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best.I urge anyone who is in need of help to call. I am very grateful to them. Addiction is fatal when untreated. The good news is early recovery is temporary as well as painful.Thank you

This was my first time in treatment. Honestly, it completely changed my life. The bonds that I ve made in this place, the sober network I ve built, getting my psych meds right, the entire staff and facilitators- have all been such an extraordinary experience for me. I never understood the difference between just being sober/clean versus actually working a program/recovery. RU has helped me to understand that recovery goes beyond clean time- and it s about changing who you are for the better and continuing to progress as a person overall. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest desire to change their life for the better. Gold star all around! AND THANK YOU FOR CHANGING MY LIFE!

Recovery Unplugged was an amazing experience for myself who had tried treatment a bunch of other places and routes, it was truly my last stop. Wonderful staff and very engaging groups! Would recommend to any friends or family looking to get clean or follow up on their sober journey to check them out!!

Great place for professionals and others to get sober

By no means is this place perfect but considering other facilities and how they treat you, this place is a diamond in the rough. The staff and community that you meat and build relationships with will be life long if you put the work in. This place can be life changing if you let it guys, I would highly recommend anyone who needs help to the Farley center, over and over again

We recently had an experience at Virginia Hospital that I feel compelled to share, especially given the circumstances surrounding my 91-year-old father's procedure. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated a level of care and understanding that was truly remarkable.The process started with our ability to check him in the night before the procedure, which eased a lot of our worries. The nurses on the 6th floor, particularly Annabelle and Shoriyah, provided exceptional care on the first day. Their kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference during a stressful time.On the second day, after my father's procedure, we found ourselves in the ICU, where the nurses, doctors, and staff continued to impress us with their professionalism and compassion. Thank you to Shelby and Michael to name a few. They genuinely understood the challenges that come with my father's dementia. Unlike our experiences at Inova Fairfax and Inova Fair Oaks, where we often felt that the medical staff lacked patience and understanding, Virginia Hospital truly gets it. They recognized his agitation and combative behavior as part of his condition and treated him with the dignity and respect he deserves.It's clear that the staff at Virginia Hospital understands that the way you treat a patient is crucial. They provided not just medical care, but emotional support that made us feel relieved and reassured that our father was in good hands.I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care we received. Virginia Hospital has set a standard that we hope other facilities will aspire to. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my father's care!

I have been very happy with the care my 89 year old mother received. We had one small mishap - not serious- but did delay surgery. The hospital made it so right. I can't say enough about the entire staff of Arlington Hospital. Dr. Petersen is a very trusting surgeon. Lucky and blessed to get him. Would highly recommend this health care and hospital.

Lana and Elise;the front desk women are full of smiles and amazing customer service skills! Then, you ve got an amazing Educated doctor; Benita, she is more than helpful and carefully customizes your recovery plan to best fit you and your situation! Erin, the substance abuse consuler comes with absoloutely zero judgment and a compassionate listening ear. I ve been to multiple group sessions that are ran by amy which are very open, fun and informative! This place saved my life! If you re looking to make a change I 100% recommend Brightview at this adress!

I was just discharged yesterday after staying two days for having my gallbladder removed and I just want to express from the nurses to the surgical staff to even the janitorial staff was exceptional! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. This was my first surgery ever and I want to thank the entire surgical staff that helped reassure me everything would be fine and shout out to my surgeon Dr. Basker who worked me into his surgery schedule that day. You guys are awesome!!

Went into the Emergency Room for chest Pain, Was admitted stayed to total of four days. From the emergency to the time i Left the Hospital they did Nothing But Take Great Care of me. My name is Mike Daniels and I am on the 2nd floor and Mitch my Nurse has been beyond exceptional. I've been here for 5 days and he has provided excellent care, kept me well informed and brightens my otherwise miserable mood. Kudos to this young man for his professional and personal care. His dedication and pride for his job is a breath of fresh air in these times where quality service is a rarity.

I'm a veteran from Texasand am in the area visiting family. I forgot some eye drops and went to Salem VAMC. My experience was exceptional. I started out getting added to system. Went to pharmacy and then went to sick call and doctor wrote me a prescription for two eye drops. Then finished back in pharmacy where I left with my 4 eye drop prescriptions. I go to Micheal E. DeBakey in Houston Texas and have to say the experience today at Salem VANC beats my experience in Houston VAMC. I appreciate everyone who helped me today.

Superior VA Care. I've been going to Salem VA Medical Center for over a decade. The Providers and staff set the standard in caring and professionalism. Every modality from radiology to dieticians are optimal. Facility is huge and is always growing. Always clean.

Best ER and Drs & Nurses. To the point and will treat the issue not make you guess like other ERs.

This subject can be one that either rips loved ones apart or brings them closer together. As I hope for everyone and anyone that people open there minds and hearts up to those who ask for help. We are not bad people just as cancer is a disease so is addiction! I was never warned by my doctor that the medication he was given me would turn my life upside down and when it did my doctor cut me loose. Coming from a family with addiction problems I then knew I had to get help. This treatment center is great compared to others! They help you with EVERYTHING from your addiction to your transportation needs. Be prepared for friends and family to turn their back on you because it will happen. Narrow minded people think this isn t getting help it s replacing on addiction with another. If that s the case then almost everyone in the world are addicts. If you get the flu and take medication for it same thing, you get poison ivy you get medicine for it same thing. Yes I know it s not 100% exact but hopefully some of you get my point here! Please stop knocking us down when we are doing everything we can to fix the problem. I promise you if you take treatment seriously and friends and family support you and even get involved in your treatment you will find yourself again. You will be a better, stronger and caring person!!!!

This place is amazing along with the people that work there. Always so nice and not judgmental. My treatment is doing very well thanks to these people. I ve even recommended this place to a few people close to me. Thanks for all you do!

I just want to say how great this center is!!! I came from PA to train for my current job and attended this clinic during that time. This clinic has their duck's in a row and some of the friendliest and most helpful ppl I've ever met in my lifetime. Please let the staff know how much they are valued and that they truly make a difference everyday! I wish everyone the best of luck, especially Jacob he is one of a kind . Very impressed with this local VA medical facility. Friendly and professional staff.

Came to the site to do a tour of the facility. Met the clinical director for the tour, would have given 5 stars but the front desk area was very messy and had a strange odor. This should be addressed soon since it is the first thing you see as you enter.

This is a greatClinic. Very clean, neat and orderly. The staff is very hospitable and welcomes you with open arms. They re easy to talk to and very friendly and make you feel like you re talking to one of your closest friend(s) that you can share anything with. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that has Teenagers that s going through any kind of mental issues and need someone to talk to. If there were some kind of way to give them a 10 star rating I would.
