I've been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There's a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don't agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn't make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

I love my counselor here at Pinnacle treatment center FCCR Radford. I feely counselor Lauren is amazing she's does everything she can possibly do for. Shes supplies me with wonderful advice, wonderful resources and everything else a counselor should do. My panic attacks got to such a bad point that she gave me her cell phone number in case I need to message or call when I need her. FCCR RADFORD SAVED MY LIFE!!!

This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I've had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that's so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I've had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. "It works if you work it"

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been welcomed with an open mind and enthusiasm to help keep my sobriety journey pushing. From Sheba the BAH to her counter part Ms. Paula starting our mornings off with laughter and enthusiasm to encourage us to keep going and keep pushing. To Ms. D and Ms. Ebony on second shift to help center and reflect on ourselves. When you have an enthusiastic discharge coordinator like Keisha who encourages you each day to push past my mental barriers. To therapists like Jessica and Mrs. White who help break things down there’s no room for failures. I am my biggest critic. So I just needed some sustenance from the cooks to keep me going and that’s the best part. They worked day in and day out to keep us all fed. All in all it was a great time, I couldn’t have asked for a greater support system from Jay who would always pause and take the time to talk and listen to any of our grievances to the nurses like charnel and heather who are always down to give advice and support. It was just a very supportive and helpful supportive environment. I can’t reiterate it enough and I recommend this to anyone looking for a recovery program for substance abuse. It’s been a life saver for me

Absolute gem of a detox center. The staff are caring and knowledgeable, the treatment plans are effective, and they provide awesome post-care plans. Shout out Trip, Kevin, Wade, Audrey, Mrs Jackson and all of the other amazing people.

My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best. I urge anyone who is in need of help to call. I am very grateful to them. Addiction is fatal when untreated. The good news is early recovery is temporary as well as painful. Thank you

I was supposed to detox here and then go to a 30 day treatment in North Carolina. After I detoxed, I loved the community so much that I chose to stay. The staff is amazing, the opportunities for growth are incredible, I can’t say enough good things about Farley. I just finished my 30 day treatment program and I wish I got sober years ago. I’m so grateful for Farley. I urge anyone seeking treatment to come here. You will not regret it!

Very pleased with my experience!

Today was my first visit and it was a pleasant one. Autumn and Christine were very polite and helpful. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while filling out my paperwork. Then talked with Autumn and Christine so they could give me a urine screen and then check my vitals before visiting with the computer screen for a few minutes waiting for Dr. Sheri to get to me. The computer freezing up while talking with the doctor was the only thing that didn't run smoothly as far as I could tell. That in itself is pretty amazing considering they were not using their normal offices and reception area due to busted pipes in the rooms above them. I really appreciate that they remained patient, polite and funny while obviously working in a busy stressful situation. Thanks again Autumn, Christine and Dr. Sheri.

Mount Regis was the best. Staff was great. It was a journey of course. However I made it through now on to the next step of my recovery.

Mt. Regis is professionally run by caring individuals who wanted to help me be successful! One thing that meant much to me: I felt like I could heal in a safe and secure environment! I had to go to this hospital to conduct a notarization for one of their patients. The parking was easy to get in and out and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I observed my client being well taken care of during the notary appointment.

This review is for the VHC Imaging Center at 1760 Old Meadow Road, 4th Floor, Mclean VA. I had a great experience with all the staff, especially the technologists Jade and Nadine.

My fiancé was in labor at 6 in the morning and we immediately came here and I can’t say enough how great Laura was as our nurse she stayed with us the entire time and how she helped deliver our daughter. Literally sweetest and she was also so helpful with anything and everything from advice to her about how to breathe things to do to make it go faster and feel better all the way to hospitality showing me all the things they had to make us feel comfortable we love her so much I believe she works in the delivery area in “C”

Amazing staff, Councilors, Nurses, And Dr Benita, they allow me to live the best life I can

I have been coming to Brightview for about 4 yrs or so. Pretty much since the research Dr location opened. Have been there thru all the B's in the beginning, have outlasted all the original workers there. Even though the staff seems to constantly change it is changing for the better. Only issue I have is the counselors, they come and go.. I'm not going to open up and spill my everything to only have to repeat it again a month or two later. I wish Dr. Orr would come back!! He was my favorite. Anyways I would and have definitely recommended Brightview to people!!

I moved into the Avalon house about 8 months ago. It has really become a home to me. There is a lot of women in one home but we all manage to get along rather well. The Avalon house has been a safe , supportive, clean environment. We operate similar to the Oxford model in that we hold one another accountable. Anastasia is a hands on housing manager but she gives you the room you need to be an adult and make the decisions for your recovery that you feel are right. If you follow the rules, and prove to her that you’re trustworthy then she affords you that trust and she is understanding. I truly believe that Avalon is one of the main reasons that I’ve been successful in my recovery thus far. It’s imperative in early recovery to surround one’s self with like minded people and Avalon is absolutely a home that you will find the resources you need to grow and thrive into the person you want to be. I absolutely suggest this home to anyone that is willing to put in the work to live a sober life. It’s all about what we put into it that determines what we get out of it.

Been living at one of Anastasia's houses for over a year, I came to this place via a treatment center and have stayed since. The structure and supportive environment of the house, its owners and its other tenants have helped me to achieve the longest amount of sober time I've had since I first picked up a bottle.

I have been a patient here since September 2025 and on November 13th 2025 I was transported by The Life Center to a court hearing when I was unfortunately incarcerated on that day! My service animal was left behind and all the people at The Life Center came together and found her a home until I could get back! They sure went above and beyond to help with my little ESA! Thank you all very much and I would definitely recommend The Life Center !

Staff are genuine, kind, respectful, and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. If you want recovery this is the place to go. But you have to be willing to put the work in to change.

The front receptionist was very nice and helpful with directions. Radiology, specifically mammography staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.
