    I’ve been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There’s a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don’t agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn’t make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

    I love my counselor here at Pinnacle treatment center FCCR Radford. I feely counselor Lauren is amazing she’s does everything she can possibly do for. Shes supplies me with wonderful advice, wonderful resources and everything else a counselor should do. My panic attacks got to such a bad point that she gave me her cell phone number in case I need to message or call when I need her. FCCR RADFORD SAVED MY LIFE!!!

    This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I’ve had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that’s so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I’ve had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. “It works if you work it”

The doctor she is so personalabel and nice and understanding keeps uplifted and always wants to know how your recoveryis going and what exactlycan she do to help and , the counselor Kenny is helpful and nice and listens to you. Katrina and receptionist are so nice and we have the best directors Kensley ever. Plus we have one nurse that’s sweet funny and they all talk to you and it’s like a family in there.     I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve been welcomed with an open mind and enthusiasm to help keep my sobriety journey pushing. From Sheba the BAH to her counter part Ms. Paula starting our mornings off with laughter and enthusiasm to encourage us to keep going and keep pushing. To Ms. D and Ms. Ebony on second shift to help center and reflect on ourselves. When you have an enthusiastic discharge coordinator like Keisha who encourages you each day to push past my mental barriers. To therapists like Jessica and Mrs. White who help break things down there’s no room for failures. I am my biggest critic. So I just needed some sustenance from the cooks to keep me going and that’s the best part. They worked day in and day out to keep us all fed. All in all it was a great time, I couldn’t have asked for a greater support system from Jay who would always pause and take the time to talk and listen to any of our grievances to the nurses like charnel and heather who are always down to give advice and support. It was just a very supportive and helpful supportive environment. I can’t reiterate it enough and I recommend this to anyone looking for a recovery program for substance abuse. It’s been a life saver for me

    My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best.     About Alcohol Rehab Programs

    Alcohol treatment is a multi-phased treatment approach to help individuals living in Virginia overcome alcohol use disorder (AUD) and rebuild healthy lives. It begins with a thorough assessment to determine the severity of the symptoms and identify co-occurring mental or physical health issues. If physical dependence is present, the first step is medically supervised detoxification to safely manage withdrawal symptoms and physically stabilize the individual.
