This is an excellent residential program where you are not locked onto a unit. There is full access to the absolutely stunning campus. The staff is kind and can relate as most are also in recovery. The food is fantastic with home cooking by Matt, Jon & Eric. I received the best treatment through group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy & case management. The nursing staff is top notch & available 24/7. I highly recommend Spring Hill for the best substance abuse recovery experience out there.
California recovery center literally saved my life. There are very few times In your life when you can say this with absolute conviction, and this is one of them. The Intake process was handled with absolute care and concern for my circumstance. The staff took care of my insurance and was able to get in the day after I made contact. I called other facilities and the first thing that they wanted to talk about was money, which was a huge turn off. CRC Isn t a giant facility with tons of people where you can get lost in the shuffle and that was exactly what I was looking for. All of the counselors at CRC Know what it s like to go through addiction and as a person trying to recover that made all the difference. It wasn t theory to them. Meals were prepared by an on-site chef who actually got me to eat my veggies Which is a miracle in itself. The senior staff were also wonderful In making sure everything ran smoothly. The facilities are comfortable, clean, and maintained Daily. The med staff are all Rockstars!! I could go on and on About what Crc did for me, but it wouldn t do them enough justice. If you need help, and ready to do the work, This is the place for you

After looking into 6-7 different places to take my mother I was getting frustrated. When I contacted California Recovery Center what first caught my attention was how understanding and helpful Rachel was. She was the woman that assisted me with finding help for my mom. It s never easy being In the situation of getting help for yourself or others, so when it feels like a person wholeheartedly wants to help yourself and your family it makes all the difference. That s my experience with CRC. I felt like from the start they wanted to help and my mom felt the same way after talking to them. I highly recommend you give them the chance to help you as well
they are very helpful and compassionate and I had a great experience. however the program is only 2 weeks long when they advertise a 30 day program.

I love this place, you feel like u have a cozy home to work on yourself. It's very comforting and the staff are people that have been thru addiction as well so they can relate to you which makes it so much easier.
I feel very privileged to be able to spend 30 days at maple moon. I can t say enough on how the entire staff made me feel safe and comfortable and supported. The detox was as easy as can be and and I was given the tools and confidence to continue my journey after.

There are few times in life, and even fewer in recovery programs when a glowing review is merited. In this case, we are experts. There is nothing to brag about, but we have decades of experience supporting a family member through substance use dependence and mental health issues. Scottsdale Providence was the best experience we have ever had. There are several reasons this facility stands out.Compassion- Every person I spoke with cared about the day-to-day and the outcome. It was uncanny. One can feign "care," but it is quickly obvious. The staff at SP invested as if they were supporting a member of their own family.Engagement - Out-of-the-box thinking and solutions- rather than the usual fixed and firm plans. Recovery is not one size fits all!A focus on recovery, not money- This was clear, in the staff's words but most significantly in their actions. Repeatedly, I saw actions/recommendations for my family member that offered little or no return for the program.Respect- The staff learns clients and honors "where they are at." Dignity is everything in these circumstances, and my family member felt heard.Impeccable communication- From the first contact through the transition. Outrageously special and valuable.SP is a fantastic program with a healthy house and incredible staff. This was a one-of-a-kind experience for our family. I only wish they offered longer-term housing.Do not hesitate to enlist their support; you will find relief, hope, and a world of possibilities.

Scottsdale Providence Recovery Center truly changed my life. The residential program provided me with a safe, supportive environment to heal, and the PHP program helped me transition back into everyday life with the tools I needed to stay on track. The staff genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to support each person s recovery journey. I m so grateful for my experience here!

it was a great environment! all the staff are wonderful & super supportive. i felt heard & seen & i was provided with whatever i needed.
My 24 year old son completed the entire program at the IAR facility in Houston, twice. I considered both stays very successful; my son's improvement has been remarkable. The staff was great about communicating to me. I would particularly like to commend Cory McCork, who constantly reached out to my son to make sure he was OK during his relapses. Cory answered the phone at some pretty unusual times when I needed help or advice. He has a lot of experience and very good judgement.

Hitting my sobriety year mark so I finally feel comfortable leaving a review. I am so grateful I went to IARC and listened to the program they implemented. Cory as everyone has said is great with following up. The only 2 things negative were the lack of female sponsors available. Although I understand statistically there are less women in recovery, it was still something I did not have. I m glad I went and got my own as soon as I got back home. I know that at the end of the day it is still a for profit center but maaaan do they push sober living. Most of us were adults that had to go back to their kids, so it wasn t an option and we were often made to feel like we would relapse without going into sober living. Ive beaten the odds on that so far. My favorite things were the counselors like Ms D and Richard s morning readings. Ms D if you are still there I want you to know I still quote your little nuggets of wisdom and I miss the sound of your angel voice. Oh I m so grateful I had the option to utilize the gym! The food will get you fat as f&@k so try to stay active. In the end You either want recovery or you don t. I know I couldn t have gotten sober on my own. I believe 1000% that IARC helped show me the way. So if you re looking at reviews debating I am telling you right now don t wait. Let this be the one that makes you pick up the phone and get help.

Into action recovery changed my life especially after I came back home to New Mexico. I still have a staff member Corey McCormick who reaches out to see how my recovery is going. Makes me still feel part of the community out there ! And reminds me of my experience strength and hope I gained from my time out there !! 10/10 would recommend for anyone struggling and looking for a solution!
The facilities were very clean and well organized. The staff were not only highly knowledgeable and energetic, but defined professionalism and positive support. I've recommended to others previously and will continue to moving forward for all of us in need of professional support.

What an amazing treatment facility. The name says it all. Recovery.I had problems with drugs and alcohol .Everyone was very professional and caring from intake to discharge. In my opinion it's all of the TRV staff that helped create the foundation to my recovery. If you need recovery from drugs or alcohol and mental health, I am recommending The Recovery Village. Also a special shout out to the kitchen staff, Matt, Kellie and Bobby. Food was delicious..

I spent about 3 weeks here in the mental health section and did not regret it. The staff, the food and the environment was outstanding. I was able to learn many life long lessons that I will carry my entire life. Recovery Village did an exceptional job helping me with my road to recovery. I would like to shout out all of the amazing chefs as well as the staff. Glenda, Nick, Dave, Kortni, Tammy, Rockstar and many more, you all are amazing people and I will never forget you guys. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, these people really do care and I thank them for coming to work with such caring and great attitudes. I was able to gain a lot of confidence in myself within those past 3 weeks which is something I thought I would never have. I thank you guys again!-Drew C
I was very nervous when I first got inthere, but I was made to feel like I was in a safe place right away. Most of the staff are laid back, and easy to get along with. They show that they are willing to give you freedoms until you prove you are a danger to yourself or others. Do not do that and your time there should be pleasant and life changing. I honestly believe you get what you put in. So if you can become a part of the community, and share, honestly and openly about your experiences, fears, and feelings, just be real, and you will walk away with skills to help you manage your life , for the rest of your life. If you continue to practice them after you are discharged is up to you.

Some of the most AMAZING people I have ever had the chance of encountering. Super attentive and very intentional. They understand that it is DEEPER than just treatment. It's about community and from what I see they have a strong one..My stay at this facility changed my life FOREVER...I can't say enough about the staff and the way they constantly and consistently handled me on daily basis, with so much care..My life will forever be changed because of what I was able to learn there. If you are SERIOUS about your recovery then Recovery Village is definitely the place to be.. But make sure you are ABSOLUTELY SERIOUS about your recovery because if you're not then the only person you're gonna fool is YOU!!
8 months. DJ from MN...hi to the team, appreciate the support, the community is real there, build the foundation, and use the tools when needed. CRs are the gatekeepers, keep it up!Medical team and those within the walls there, you make the day better, especially with the Ws when you run out of M&Ms...

I just wanted to thank Robert for his exceptional and heartfelt help when my boyfriend needed help the most. Robert was always there, tiredlessly. He was always calm, collected, very professional, yet friendly, a great listener and he took all measures necessary to save, yet, another precious life! I hope someone else reading this will know that WH does care for our brave soldiers, who at times, are not able to use that same bravery to help themselves. If it wasn't for Robert I do not know what would have happened to my sweetest and kind boyfriend. Robert listened to me many times a day, and today, because of Robert and the other valuable Warriors Heart's staff, my boyfriend is on the road to a new life, stronger to fight the evils that may come upon him. Robert, our whole-heartedly thank you for all your effort and efficiency. May life be good to you!
