Mountainside Ramsey has proven to be a fantastic step down treatment options for clients leaving our care. The outreach and admissions department are so easily to work with each and every time. Clients have also spoken so highly of the quality of the groups, keeping them engaged the entire treatment process.

Mountainside Treatment Center is a great place for recovery I highly recommend it wonderful staff and the place is very clean and neat. I love Amy she is on the counselors there she is super sweet and she can teach and help you grow as a new person in recovery she has helped me so much. I highly recommend her as a counselor!

All of the staff at this program go above and beyond for their clients, and truly care. Amy is amazing also!

The therapist were very knowledgeable, they were a joy to be around and made you feel comfortable, I can't say who's my favorite because there are so many!!!

Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Therapists were super supportive and knowledgeable. Groups were well structured and a great source of tools for continuing sobriety.

This place was a pivotal part of my recovery journey. I was here twice, once in September 2019 and once in March 2023 (which was my last time in rehab). I ve been to several different rehabs all over the state and I ll say this:Brighton isn t the nicest facility, they don t have the best food, but Brighton has THE BEST therapy, therapist, and THERE is where you get some of the most one-on-one time with your therapist. They give you real thoughtful work to do on your own and hold you accountable to change and doing the work if you say you really want it. Their IOP is Amazing and the sessions lead by Mo changed my life. Dudes awesome Anyway, never a fun experience but 100% would recommend.

I Was a patient here 5 years ago I started drinking at the age of 14 and got into other stuff at 19. I didn't know how to live life without a buffer Brighton gave me the tools to begin the recovery process I am still clean and sober after a horrible detox from barbiturates and Suboxone, I am thankful and grateful everyday that I made the decision to call and ask Brighton for help. Even after being shipped out to the hospital after 2 weeks they let me back in and gave me the tools and advice to start my recovery process.Thankful and Grateful

Best experience for recovery in the state in my opinion. Food is great, plenty of activities, outside time, basketball and other enjoyable options. The classes were amazingly enjoyable and informative. The staff and cooks were always helpful , kind. They offer AA or NA meetings. If you re struggling with any substance abuse you owe it to yourself to at least check them out. Don t hesitate to start your journey to sobriety. You ll thank yourself later.

PNLH is a game changer! The amount of people that care outweighs the others, there is no place in Michigan to my knowledge that does what this place does. IF YOU WANT IT, THEY WILL HELP! #LifeInRecovery

my old friend referred me to this place and got sober here 2 weeks before i did. i never thought living a sober life was possible for me, it wasn t until i saw my friend with my own eyes (who was using as much as me) that if this place got her sober, maybe they can do the same for me. by the grace of god, i am so blessed and proud to be able and say that i am 2.5 years sober today thanks to Laura and Dr. Julia at ARD! they truly care about every single patient and Laura is still here for me years later for anything i need! truly one of the best investments you can make for yourself if you re struggling with addiction. laura even helped me financially so i could get ketamine treatments after detoxing! i did 2 or 3 ketamine treatments and they were instrumental in my recovery process in terms of letting go of grief and pain i was holding onto. i could go on for days about how grateful i am to and for ARD for helping me take those first steps into sobriety when i was too scared to take them on my own, they held my hand every step of the way and filled my heart with the love and strength i needed to battle my addiction! thank you so much Laura and Dr julia again! i am one life that you guys have saved and my family is so happy that they ve gotten their daughter back: )

Enjoy giving food to the Salvation Army instead of throwing away. I lost my wife recently and had more food than I could eat, so I called them and they was very nice on the phone where to drop the food off, when I arrived, they brought a cart out food put on cart and off I went. Will donate again. If you can, donate once in awhile.

The people are are great and the food they gave me was really appreciated when I had none.

Has great structured care! I moved from Portland Metro Treatment center and felt much more at ease having a clinic near my home! Made work easier. Dr. didn't give too high or low of doses. Felt a lot more stable on the MME than other treatment options.

Sacred Heart started me on my recovery journey giving me the tools I needed to get sober and stay sober. I hit my 90 days sober in about 2 weeks, and I couldn t be more happy or proud. I m so, so, so grateful for what Sacred Heart did for me. Shout out to staff Leslie, Trish, Jessica, Tom, Johnny, Margaret, Joe and Tom#2, Elizabeth, nurses Jane and Jim.. the therapists are amazing (all of them except Maria, she s awful) the peer recovery coaches are amazing, love the nursing staff, y all took good care of us. I love you all and maybe I ll come back one day to help my fellow addicts. Anyone thinking of getting sober and trying to find a good rehab, this is the one, you won t regret it!!

Scared at first.But eventually opened up and took suggestions. I ACTUALLY LEFT WITH A CERTIFICATE OF GRADUATION.SADLY LIFE, LIFES! & IM GOING BACK FOR A SECOND TIME. BECAUSE IK THERE ACTUALLY TRYING TO HELP AND UNDERSTAND. YOU HAVE TO BE OPEN FOR CHANGE. IF YOU FALL GET BACK UP I LOVD THE STAFF AND THE FOOD LOL.

Hopefully you don t have to go to the ER on Sunday, not because it s busy but apparently they forget to staff the hospitals on Sundays. Brought my dad in around 10:45 am, they ran 3 tests and said they are going to admit him to give him the urgent treatment he needs. As I type this it s 10:30pm still waiting to be admitted this is stupid. The ER had a few other patients for most the day. Staff has been friendly and professional but watching someone sit in a bed and suffer for 12 hours knowing we are at the place that is designed to help is kind of ridiculous.Edited this the next Sunday because my father is still here:I changed it from 1 to 4 stars. Once admitted the staff at the hospital was amazing. The nurses, nurses assistants and the doctors were all amazing. Nobody was rushed and they took amazing care of him.

I have always felt that they care and treat you as an individual, not just a number. You re always greeted by friendly faces as you walk to and from appointments/offices.

It's the best rehab I've been to thanks to the Counlers and works they helped me Change my life for the better I've got 4 year's of Sobriety and very grateful for them helping me become a better person.

Excellent rehab program and caring staff! They offer multiple levels of care to fit any needs. They have transitional housing close to the downtown Petoskey area and within walking distance to employment opportunities.

Great place to get support for AOD addiction and learn the tools to stay sober. Also has one on one Therapy and a Physician for meds. Awesome Support Groups too.

Super grateful to my daughter's therapist, who happens to have the same name as her, she is extremely nice, empathetic, and takes her job very seriously. My daughter feels confident when she talks to her. She says she is like a good friend. I thank all the staff. very attentive. Thank you Nicole Chaput for helping my daughter to gradually become someone stronger mentally and although my daughter is still missing I know that you will help her, you will have my mother's gratitude for a lifetime.

I ve been through 3 therapists at this clinic, they were very nice people. The service is great, the ladies at the desks are always kind and helpful.Only things I would say is that sometimes the therapists go against your opinions and judgement and make you feel out of place or out of control. BUT all of my experiences here have been pleasant. Loved my past two therapists, Mattie DeBoe (no longer a therapist, moved to higher position) and Kelly anthi.Compared to pine rests outpatient/inpatient care facility, this place is paradise. Their inpatient and outpatient facility has many many issues with the inpatient and resident facilities, the outpatient facilities are very helpful and welcoming, quite opposite of the inpatient.

Leah Gibson is one of the most heartfelt people out there and she is always on her toes with trying to help others and get to know them. She is the sweetest lady ever and easy to get along with.
