When I first got to palmetto I was a complete mess. I didn’t have much hope in life and thought I would never get through the withdrawals but after a couple days I started to see light at the end of the tunnel. Lincoln Nova is a great place for recovery! Excellent care with superior staffing that cares about the clients. The recreation therapist is the best in the business, and so is Ms. Andrea. You don't find many facilities like Lincoln Nova that allows each client to have their own room! WOW! I recommend Lincoln Nova if you're serious about recovery and superior care!💯💯

St Christopher was a wonderful experience for me to get sober, learn about Alcoholics Anonymous, and learn about the disease and about myself. The staff from the front office down were fantastic, before, during, and after treatment. I would recommend this place to anyone

I have been a professional interventionist since 2010. I was introduced to this program in 2012. I have been referring there since then. My clients have always had a positive experience and the clinical and support staff are the most responsive and knowledgeable. They want what’s best for the client and the family and have long term options. They do very well young adult males and most recently I referred a 69 year old man first time treatment. It was a family member and he’s doing very well and committed to 90 days of treatment. I can’t thank the clinical staff and administrators enough for the program they have created. This is my first time doing IOP and I luv it Mike Ramos is the best my family even luvs him good person great attitude he as a way of wanting to do right and stay right and you can tell he is genuine about his job unlike miss star he as a way of teaching addiction were you understand it always keep Mike and his little dog brisket he's a big part of Saint Christopher's

I am sober and incredibly happy thanks to Victory. The staff from techs to counselors to admissions and everyone in between are excellent. They are very nice, helpful and truly invested in your recovery. The facility is clean and comfortable. The peer support is second to none and become your family for life. Aftercare is amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other facility for residential treatment and recovery.

Victory and everyone there is such a blessing. Every staff member is so knowledgeable and personable. I went into Victory broken down and lost. I left with more confidence and support than I thought possible and a new family. There isn't enough space to say how I feel about Lake Wellness. I woke up on 9/10/23 and decided to reach out to them via online. I filled out a form and was called within minutes offering help. I honestly could not do it by myself. The staff there is exceptional. The counselors there were exceptional. And the doctor very caring. Everytime I went in I felt like I was walking into home and knew I was safe. Thank you so much Lake Wellness, yall saved my life!!!!!

I been to more than one treatment center, the level of care, comfort and individual concern shown by each employee goes above and beyond what words can describe. From the executive director all the way down to the janitor and all the nurses and techs inbetween it is personal experience. NOLA DETOX Is a family environment and I would suggest highly to any one looking for treatment to reach out to admissions without hesitation... Residential treatment and IOP is first class.

Narcanon Louisiana is a safe haven. This is a place that can help you drastically change your life if that’s what you need. The entire staff has first-hand knowledge of what a drug addict is going through, and that carries a lot of weight toward rehabilitation guidance. The tactics used here are outside of the box, and they are teaching powerful methods of conflict resolution that can be applied in so many life situations. A person always has to be proactive in their own path in life, and this program shows you how to forgive yourself and move forward in a more meaningful way than previously experienced. I will be forever grateful to Narconon Louisiana.

I left Narconon in September of 2022. I am enrolled in school now with my own apartment, car, and healthy relationships with all my friends and family. Considering I came from about as rock bottom as it could get (broken hearted, socially despised, and facing felony charges), I have completely altered the outcome of my life with the help of these dedicated and knowledgeable staff members. This is a 10 star place! The immense knowledge I have gained from my student program, as well as nearly a year of staff work, has laid the foundation on which I have been able to start building a life I never thought I could achieve. From being a hair away from a bid in prison, to a high functioning and appreciative member of society, I share the wealth of knowledge I learned here with everyone who is facing conflict in their own lives. The program is not easy, and will force you to take ultimate responsibility for all aspects of your life. The unrivaled support and relationships you acquire here will last you a lifetime, but you have to first be honest with yourself. I don’t mean to put down anyone’s subjective experience, however, the one star views prove to me presence of an intense bias. Proof? Why are there no 2 or 3 star votes? How is something either 5 stars or 1? Contemplate that for a second like I have and you will come to the reasonable conclusion that those 1 star-raters have a strong emotional bias towards situations that they feel they were victim to. This place only means to help!

Edgefield first caught my attention because of its location and history but upon arrival I was introduced to the compassionate staff that made me feel at home. The repuposed plantation house is such a charm with beautiful chandeliers, fireplaces, and paintings to gaze at between classes, meals, or in the afternoon. The staff was so caring and involved in my recovery process. They genuinely are concerned for the patients and it shines through all of the employees, from the physicians, techs, and lunch room employees. Being set on a quiet bayou with lots of wildlife to observe and appreciate. I recommend a volleyball game during your stay. The food was amazing and filling, so if you are on a diet I suggest passing on the 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches they offer as snack. Thank you for helping me so that I could help others.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and the most supportive, caring, and loving staff. From the moment I walked in at Intake I immediately felt welcomed. Was greeted by staff that also had personaly experienced the recovery journey. Having that in common made it easier for me to be able to start forgiving myself and focusing on my sobriety. The techs were able to guide me , answering all my questions and calming my anxiety. There was plenty of other clients to talk to. We enjoyed fishing, volley ball and basketball. Staff even played with us. My counselor was able to listen, be empathetic but also hold me accountable. Which I needed more than I knew at the time. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for my self healing. I can't thank Edgefield Recovery Center enough for giving me the opportunity to get my life back. One I am proud of. I would strongly recommend Edgefield to anyone ready to start their journey. We had nightly AA meetings, small groups, one on one counseling, mediation, yoga, gratitude, family meal's. (BTWThe food is Great!!)Edgefield Recovery Center saved me. The discharge planner was even able and willing to work with me to find me a sober living home in my preferred area to where I was able to get a job, have transportation and begin on a healthy path!! Woodlake helped me realize I was worthy and capable of living a happy joyful sober life. Flexible hours for IOP and really good counselors. They will help you with EVERYTHING. This is more like a family. They offer treatment plans, one on one counseling, transitional living, and more. If you are in recovery this is where you need to be at.

I don't have an addiction, but my sister is doing treatment here. I HOPE AND PRAY that Hope Center will give her the treatment and tools she'll need to beat this ugly thing. Thank you, Hope Center, for all that you do and will continue doing to making lives healthy again! God Bless

The staff here is genuinely concerned with your well being and want to see you succeed, they give you every opportunity to return to society with the tools you need to stay sober. I've been a greatful patient of Applegate for approx. 8 years now and I can honestly say that they saved my life. They gave me back a freedom I had forgotten existed . The freedom of sobriety. The freedom to live life as I should rather than spending every second hunting the next high. To Applegate and their staff I am truly greatful.

I am amending my review due to consistently better service. They switched me to a different Dr and she has been amazing. Over the last few months they have If you get assigned to Paige as your provider my advice is to ask for someone else. She not only was very rude and condescending from the very beginning but she also lied to me… stating that there is a new “law” that they have to try patients on the suboxone strips before prescribing subutex…. I called my last provider and she assured me that wasn’t true… I knew it was a lie when she said it but when I told her that those strips don’t work for me and I would really rather just stay with the medication that I have been taking for 5 years…. She said “well I’m not losing my license over you”. She also basically called me a bad parent for giving my child CHILDREN melatonin and told me that it messes up the circadian rhythm… which is not a medical fact. She prescribed me TRAZODONE... Yeah I’m sure trazodone (an antidepressant) is so much healthier for you than a naturally produced hormone. To have a health care provider lie to my face and treat me like I’m stupid then to push her own unsubstantiated opinions on me like she is some actual doctor just shows a level of narcissism that I’m not comfortable with my health care provider possessing. If you decide to go to applegate just make sure you don’t let them stick you with Paige. She is not a pleasant person. I called the main office this morning and am having them switch my provider to someone else. Everyone else was amazing. Laura who is one of the program directors was very sweet and so was the lady at the front desk.

I've been coming to the Bossier city location for almost 5 years now and I've got nothing but good things to say! All around everyone working there are amazing. Dr Isherwood is great and front desk (shout out to ms Amelia) are always willing to work with me when I call and have to reschedule due to life or me forgetting 😂 I am glad to have found this clinic and couldn't see going anywhere else! 🥰
