As a person who became dependent on medication for chronic pain for many years, I decided it was time to be out from under them. I hadn't worked with anyone on this before, so I was pretty intimidated. No reason! These people treat everyone with respect and decency, without judgement. Not to mention they were able to help me that very day, and helped me to feel so much better immediately! Just a great asset to those of us who are in similar situations, and I would recommend them to anyone trying to rid themselves of the ever growing gorilla on their backs, like me. If they can help me, of all people, they can help you too! Don't wait any longer, go get the life you deserve without the substance/(s) that you think make life easier! Full five star rating! Thank you CMS!

I cannot say enough how fabulous the team working one evening were when I showed up with my son. He was in seriously rough shape very, didn't make it past the front door. Emt was called to get him to the hospital. The staff were truly amazing from how they treated my son in kindness, communicating with firm but soft tones. Tim went above and beyond to personally connect with my son as much as he could under the circumstances. He truly cared for his well-being. Tim negotiated for my son to be able to have a cigarette and calm down before he would let EMT help him. My son will be admitting it soon. If this is the level of care I can expect, I am deeply hopeful that my son will find his reason to get the help he needs.Thank you, Team. thank you, Tim.Amazing experience! I have just completed family week, visiting a family member and learning so much. I can not say enough great things about the staff or the program. We had a hiccup during our visit with our family member in treatment. It was taken care of in a timely, caring, fully supportive manner. I went for my family member, and I left learning about myself. I highly recommend that if you have a loved one or struggling yourself to consider Rimrock Foundation, my greatest thanks is to Polly for an amazing family program, Traci front desk for truly caring. First of all the bad review was bullcrap, if your not serious about getting straight, and you can't take the advice and change your life, you dont get on Google review and try to trash the people that were helping you.Next Damian and Ryan are beast at their jobs it takes alot to deal with grown men, who are learning how to be grown men, all the time. Even big josh is patient and on point when it comes to his job.Terri and Bob, man I can't say enough I was a mess and still a mess half the time. But they and their program saved my life. I learned new ways to cope with tragedies and to change my behavior based on principles and not emotions. Not everyone can create doors in people's lives where all they have had before were walls. | Logan Health Medical Center, located in Kalispell, Montana, is an acute care regional referral center offering a full spectrum of healthcare. Their psychiatric addiction treatment center, known as Pathways, specializes in the treatment of alcoholism, dual diagnosis, mental health and substance abuse, and opioid addiction. Formerly known as Pathwa | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was a patient at Pathways in 1997. I was 16yrs old. I had a bad drug and alcohol problem. I moved to Kallispell with my mother and her boyfriend from Milwaukee Wisconsin that year. My mother had me admitted into pathways because my drinking and drugs were too out of her control to handle anymore. I stayed there for almost 3 weeks but was discharged for being disruptive in the groups and was putting my fellow patients at risk for relapse. At the time I had no intention of staying clean. I was a mess. My mother had mental health issues of her own which was hard enough because we were homeless the whole time we lived in Kallispell. I'm now 43yrs old and not a day goes by where I don't wish I could do it over at Pathways. It was an excellent facility to go to for help with addiction. I now have 15yrs clean off drugs and alcohol. I had to want to stay clean for myself and not my parents. If I lived in Kallispell 15yrs ago when I first got clean I definitely would have chosen Pathways Rehabilitation Center. I apologize for all the trouble I gave the staff at Pathways when I was a patient there. They were good people with good intentions but when I was 16 I couldn't see that if I wanted to. The point of this review is to let the addicts out there know that in order to work a recovery program you have to do it for yourself and not someone else because you will keep falling off the wagon again and again until you truly want to stay clean and live a fulfilling lifestyle. I think if I had worked a program while I was a patient at Pathways they could have helped me.

Nobody wants to have mental health issues. We all have different ideas of what mental health treatment should look like. 99% of addicts have co-occurring mental health issues. I was in crisis and have no history of addiction, so I became angry at the focus on addiction while I was a patient. I asked for a Chaplin several times and never saw one in 14 days. Was this frustrating? YES. Was the other option better (no mental health treatment at all), NO.Approximately 6 months after my 2 week stay here, I attempted suicide. My psychiatrist (assigned during my first stay) was Dr. Shumard. He was the first face I saw when I awoke in the ER recovery room. I have since worked with Dr. Shumard and can confidently say, there isn t a kinder, more intelligent, more capable mental health physician available in any adjoining state! It s taken me three years to climb out of the darkness of severe depression (and I understand I must be vigilant to avoid succumbing to depression again). With help from Dr. Shumard & the staff at Pathways I not only feel amazing once again, but I understand how to function with an awareness of my mental health condition so that I don t go down the path to suicide again. They saved my life and I m forever grateful to 1)The Flathead county sheriffs, 2) Logan Emergency Room 3) Dr.Shumard & Pathways.I love you guys & gals!!!
