RMTC was the best experience I’ve ever had . The equine therapy was the best experience I’ve ever had as well. I’ve been sober 2 years and 2 months since I left treatment and my life has changed in a positive way, im a different person now and I love me. Lorna really helped my family and I through some really touch stuff , she is an amazing lady. I want to thank everyone who was there when I went through. I remember Bobby coming to see me when I was in detox he prayed with me and sang it was beautiful he is so good at what he does thank you Bobby. After creating what seemed like complete chaos and destruction in my life and running away from my problems for years, I found my way to Rocky. I showed up with nothing but the clothes on my back and the sliver of hope that I could return to living a life I was proud of. I was hesitant, as I have already been to treatment three other times, but with the support of my family, I made the decision. I was definitely terrified, but what I learned as I got acclimated, is that everyone there truly wants you to succeed. All of the staff have experienced addiction in one way or another, most being addicts or alcoholics themselves. The building is unassuming, but is rooted in a history of spirituality, which is something I was able to reconnect with during my stay, thanks to bible study and wellbriety. Side note: being a repeat treatment offender, I expected to already know most of the “curriculum”. This was not the case. I had never heard of Wellbriety (which turned out to be one of my favorite parts of the program) and everything was presented in a way that just made sense. Their equine program is exceptional and helped rebuild my confidence, which is something I was sorely lacking in. One thing I was particularly anxious about was family week. I had somewhat of a traumatic experience with family week at a previous treatment center. Yes, it was anxiety inducing, but the gifts I’m already receiving from it (more honest and open communication, strengthened relationships and understanding, the ability to own my past mistakes/shame/guilt, and increased self awareness) greatly outweigh the feelings of dread and despair I had before. I also appreciate being able to attend meetings outside of the facility. I chose to stick around Great Falls when I got out, so having that established support community was very helpful upon my discharge. I never thought I would be going through treatment again, but I’m so glad God led me to the doors of Rocky in Great Falls. It’s definitely not a magic pill for a better life, but if you’re willing to put in the hard work, be open minded, and tough out the difficult moments, I think you’ll find your experience to be pretty life changing. I know I did.

I would absolutely give a 10. From the time I called ideal option to the time I was getting real help was only a matter of hours, I feel that quick response time is important when a person is nervous to reach out. Also, Dr Sather and Tucker have been helping to guide me through this challenging time. They have both been extremely helpful, I feel safe sharing my situation as there's no judgment from them. I have been off of pain meds for 12 yrs now. I have never even been tempted to go back to them. It was killing my family and myself. It been easy for me to do what needs to be done when going to a clinic!! The place I was at for 10 yrs couldn’t keep counselors due to pay, insurance and they’d find something better, I had a lot of different counselors because of that, but I never faltered. I did what I was suppose to do. The people at this clinic are absolutely wonderful! They hard friendly, honest, and they truly care! I have gotten attached to all of them. They felt like home for me, I going to have a hard time leaving them due to moving very soon!! I’m m already sad about it. When you walk through those doors, you need to have your mind made up that you’re ready for their help. They’ll be there every step of the way. Just be honest and do what you’re supposed to do to do. The most amazing people work here. There isn’t one bad thing I can even see with this place. It’s very easy. Go in with the mindset of it being the first day of your new life. These amazing people will help you through it all, just be honest and go by the rules. I’m truly going to miss every person I have dealt with here, especially my counselor and the young lady who did the front desk then became a counselor!!! I love them all! You won’t regret going to this clinic!!❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰

This is super long but please read it! If it helps one person it's well worth it. I have been a patient at Community Medical Services since 2013. The staff has always done everything they can to help myself and others in the most professional and empathetic manor possible. This facility is intended to help those who have substance abuse problems, transition to medically supervised medications that simulate street drugs in a way where you don't have to worry about overdose, poisoning and death. They utilize the latest substance abuse alternative medicines, allowing you to function on a day-to-day basis without wondering how you're going to make it/score that day. As well as, individualized personal counseling on a regular basis to help you with the problems and thinking that caused most of us to use drugs initially. They implement this process with extremely well trained Substance Abuse Doctors, as well as, certified counselors and staff that are with you for every step of the sobriety journey. Teaching you the basic tools to stabilize your life, so you can succeed, rather than end up divorced, in prison or on the streets. I honestly can't say enough about how much they've helped me over the past 13 years. I am so grateful for everyone in that building; from the front desk staff, all the way to the individuals in other departments, all who come together as a unified organization to give people in need a easily obtainable alternative to drug abuse. I walked in needing help, and they provided aid for me on my road to recovery. Eventually, giving me all the necessary tools to navigate life and make it's a life worth living. Where I once was lost with no way out, I now have own a business for over 10 years and raised a child who has never seen me intoxicated on drugs. I pray this reaches someone and you walk in those doors and get help.

Excellent Service at the VA – Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with the service at the VA in Fort Harrison, Helena, Montana. The nurse who helped me was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me and made the entire experience so much easier. I also want to highlight the kindness of the staff throughout the building. When I couldn’t find where I was supposed to go, a lovely woman in the hallway actually walked me all the way to my destination. Even some of the maintenance staff went out of their way to help me find my way out of the building. It’s not every day that you experience that level of genuine kindness and helpfulness. I recently visited the VA in Great Falls for blood work and to meet my new primary care nurse, and I have to say I was really impressed with the experience. Everyone I encountered was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The blood work was quick and easy, and my appointment with my new primary care nurse was such a positive experience. She took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Starting with a new healthcare team can sometimes feel a little overwhelming, but the staff made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. I really appreciate the people who take the time to make veterans feel respected and taken care of. Thank you to the Great Falls VA staff for making my first experience with my new primary care team such a great one! ❤️🇺🇸 Highly recommend!

I’ve been enrolled in two different VA healthcare systems the Montana VA healthcare system and the Travis W Atkins clinic in Bozeman are by far the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve recently moved to another state and enrolled in their healthcare system, and even though I knew how good I had it. I miss it so much. I never had to wait for anything there I had calls immediately and if they couldn’t take care of ME care in the Community was on the phone with me within hours. The providers and the nurses were top notch and were always happy and very pleasant to be around. Thank you all so much for everything you provided for me in the last nine years.

I've gone to dozens of different VA clinics and hospitals throughout MT, WY, and CO over the last 20+ years. The staff at this clinic have been nothing but helpful, courteous, good listeners (actually document stuff), etc. I've gotten consults, meds, and answers to questions.... not much more you could really ask for. They're good to go.

They have no judgement when u come in sick and beat down from drugs and the world that comes with it. I lost everything while using drugs also lost myself. I have come to love myself and I have a home my family back. They really care about u and make sure you are taken care of without judgements like alot of other places id been to. They have nurse visits also so if need anything they are there for u. Michelle is my doctor and she is my she's so caring and so thoughtful and always ask about how you're doing and your family and if you need anything. Also the nurses I see weekly are the best they are also so caring and thoughtful a couple of them have been there since the beginning of my journey and I'm so grateful for all of the people at ideal options they have all changed my life. If you are struggling with addiction and are scared to get help or afraid of any judgments don't be reach out to Ideal options and get help because they are all amazing there. This is the best thing you could ever do

The owners put a ton of work into making this place feel welcome and like a home. Definitely the place to go to get some more time under your belt, get into some resources and move forward after. Helena is an awesome place to stay too. I think what sets this place aside from others is they really leave the ball in your park like the real world.

Ok... Let's start with the obvious and the easiest way to my heart .. the kitchen and the chefs... Yes I said chefs. The food here was the type that if you saw it on a menu at a restaurant you would think you couldn't afford it... It was literally that good. And the kitchen staff were an absolute joy. Second... My treatment team... Dr. Sloan and therapist Katy.... I honestly cannot say enough about them. The facility is not funded nor designed for long term care... They not only understood my need for further care, they also advocated for a longer stay with my insurance as well as led me to pathlights program for further care in a php program in San Antonio. They went out of their way to facilitate and insure my transfer, acceptance and travel to the facility. I am now five weeks into my php and, although hard at times, I am finding the proper tools to deal with my PTSD and grief that logan health helped begin. I will never be able to thank my team enough. As well as nurses like Stefan and others I can't remember their names. I would be remiss not to mention Kelsi... The logan health superhero. What she did for me on her own time and of her own free will and obvious compassion, went so far above and beyond her job description that it's difficult to convey with mere words. For a man with no reason to live when I entered the facility.... I am beginning to see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel and I have logan health and my team and wonderful staff to thank for every bit of it. I hope they will read this and understand the true scope of impact they had on my road to recovery. God bless you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!

In a point in my life where I was planning to end my life, my primary provider calmly but firmly said I needed to check into an inpatient facility. I was taken to Logan Behavioral Health. From the moment I walked in every staff member was truly kind and caring. Very quickly the Dr that was assigned to me diagnosed me with PTSD. Most of my previous prescriptions were not made for PTSD. By the time I was discharged, I was stable and had tools to help me cope with the long process that I'm facing. From the Dr to the nurses to the pharmacist to MHS to HUC to the cooks and housekeeping, I can't express enough how much support and kindness they provided. It's truly an amazing facility focused on each patient. The food was excellent and the facility was always clean. Thank you all for what you do.

Great team of EM providers and nurses. They even have a CT scanner and 24/7 lab and radiology services. Of course you must be Native American to access the services for free. I think it is important to take this into account as you read the reviews. The patients at this facility DO NOT PAY for their care, it is part of the social service safety net for documented members of any Native American Tribe. After all the abuse the Native American people have suffered at the hands of our government and society, I feel strongly that the IHS is a well-deserved benefit.

Excellent, prompt medical service. My wife was seen in the ER twice for unstable arrhythmias. Both times she was seen immediately, treated appropriately with professional and compassionate care. We have been to top rated University Medical Centers, and she couldn't have gotten better care than at IHS Crow/Northern Chyenne Hospital.

Hi, I am a former resident of Turning Winds. I consider myself lucky to have landed in the care of this facility as there are so many terrible ones out there. The facility is beautiful and the staff is dedicated to the well being and success of each child. They take extra special care of the family system as a whole. Some programs focus just on the child, TWAI knows the importance of a healthy family system. The Baisden's and team have dedicated their lives to help teenagers redirect and change the direction of their decisions and their lives. Its been 22 years since I attended TW and I still consider them a resource and my family. Recently, I went back to visit and I was taken back to my time at TW. One thing I wish I could have done as a teenager, that as an adult I have never had the chance to do again, was slow down and focus on myself without influence and outside distractions. If you are reading this, I hope you choose TW over the other potential options, you will NEVER regret that choice. Love you TW family, forever. Ash

I enjoyed every single program about this place while I went there. I loved all my teachers and wished I could stay there.. But I did have a friend that went there who had his knees slammed backwards for a restraint and broken by a teacher there. There was nothing that could be done because of the legal paperwork that parents sign. 🤔 I enjoyed my time there tho. Just feel bad for other kids who weren't so lucky.

I'm now 40 and came to this place back in 1999. I hated being there but to be fair didn't have much to complain about. Bt time is been there 6ish months I didn't want to leave. I learn so much being there that I'm still grateful to this day. I earned freedom to walk the grounds unsupervised with permission as well as helping give tours to potential clients. I rode horses often did cattle branding of calves of course and did artificial insemination. I did small engines and wood working along with horticulture which were all a blast. There was a lot that happened in the dorms with the girls but what do you expect when you have so many girls with sick am array of issues. A huge part of getting something from these programs is if you want to. If your ready to get better. The staff members were all fabulous I can't think of anyone who I didn't like. I always felt genuine concern from them. I was even given the privilege to go off campus 1x a week to do gymnastics. I still to this day have small decorated box given to me as a gift upon leaving from a staff member named Marilyn. When you opened it it has a tiny box with a small now that says it was filled with her love. I'm not sure what has happened but, this place turned my life around and who know where it be today without it. So Thank you so so so much. Sorry for the delayed post lol.
