The place is great, but a few if the check in clerks could use a different position that doesn't deal directly with the patients. Rudeness and a cold attitude is not warranted towards any veteran. On the old hand, 95% of the staff are amazing human beings and value their patients. They are kind, respectful, cordial and patient towards their patients.

This VA is one of the best in the US. They treat veteran care with compassion, dignity, respect and efficiency. I am sure that every day brings challenges, but I have enjoyed my care experience. Thank you to all the VA staff everywhere and especially those who have specifically provided my care.

Very great support from staff and group facilitators. Amazing director who is blunt and inspiring. There is awesome optional groups with people in recovery who take the time to do service work. Learned a lot about how important recovery is, how mental health plays a huge role in recovery. Also, the kitchen staff cooks from the heart. Highly recommend this treatment facility. Can’t forget the exceptional alumni director and the community that is created!

GrandFalls has been a great experience and has really opened my eyes to see how important sobriety actually is. The facility is top notch and the facilitators are amazing. I would highly recommend this place for anyone struggling with addiction or mental health.
