I ve been coming here for almost 4 years. It s helped me so much, it s a clean and well maintained establishment , the staff is amazing and nonjudgmental. Wouldn t pick any other place, highly recommend.

I've tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I've seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.Update... the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months...like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing.... If they end up owning you money don't expect to see it soon...however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days ... they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don't set those, Corporate does. So it's not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

I can t thank the team enough and especially Dr.Throop. I was in and out of rehabs for years in my younger years and even told I would die by other counselors at said rehabs. After a stent of sobriety I messed up bad and was depressed to no end. Thankfully through a random friend I found this amazing clinic. The team from the greeters to the nurses, the pharmacist, and especially the psychiatrist have put me on a sober path that has led me to one of the happiest times in my life. Even after a separation and split custody of the kids even they can see how much happier I am. I owe my life and 3.5 yrs of sobriety and counting to this amazing place and people. Special thanks to Dr. Throop for helping me keep a level head and showing me life is amazing after we begin to recover. From the bottom of my heart if you are struggling this amazing team will show you all the good sober living has to offer. It may not always be easy but life rarely is but the ease is 100 fold when your mind is not clouded and surrounded by people that will cheer you on no matter what life throws at you. I will say that. Success is more obtainable with ARCA and worth the alternative by light years!

Rarely do I ever find myself writing reviews- But this place has gone so far above and beyond in helping me get my life back on track. Without the help of their doctors, nurses and the offices s flexibility as a whole; I don t think getting clean would have happened for me.I can t finish this review without mentioning Amanda Hartsell and giving her 10 stars out of 5. She s been helpful beyond words. After having so many issues between my pharmacy, and insurance recently- She s gone above and beyond helping me get my medications and making sure I m covered. And all without making me feel like a burden for it.Thanks to ARCA I m 8 months clean from Fentanyl, and I appreciate everyone from the office who s helped me get here.

Great programs they have here at common ground Excellent program for older adults. My brother has been going to common ground for 30 plus years. He has outlasted plenty of staff members. The clients are each other s family members.

Ashley colt is amazing but I wasn t a fan of my therapists changing every few months. Therapy is a no go here but my psychiatrist is thoughtful and caring.

I loved the time I spent there. I am currently gong on 7 years clean.

I did treatment twice at semo. Once to get clean and once to prevent a relapse. My cooccuring councilor mr virgil and my facilitator saved my life. When leaving treatment my facilitator asked me to check out a specific type of meeting when leaving and the truly taught me how to fight within for my sobriety. Today i am 5 yrs 2 months and 19 days sober and i never went to another facility and no relapses! Hadnt they taken me serious during my cry before relapse and let me back in i wouldnt be here today! Semo saved my life!

SSM Rehabilitation Hospital has to be the BEST CHOICE for PT and OT in the St. Louis area. I cannot imagine any other facility would be as thorough, caring, and determined to get me back to 'normal' after my surgery and hospital stay.I have to name the EXCELLENT staff by name as the TRUE heroes need to be recognized. First, the outstanding nursing staff; Winnie, Elham, Lem Lem, Krystal, and Shayla (Shay). They were very attentive and never ONCE made me feel that I was 'bothering' them even when I needed them at midnight or noon.The techs that went beyond the call of duty and must be named are Lyn - who was always friendly and smiling. This can make a person's day when spending multiple days in a facility. Also, Lea and An'drea were cheerful and attentive. These employees seem to truly LOVE what they do! Thanks to all them! Thanks to SSM Rehab Hospital for hiring people who really CARE about your patients!Physical Therapy Staff I need to recognize are Megan who was my primary therapist. She was so supportive, understanding, and encouraging. She knew exactly what I needed and 'PUSHED' me to go further and do more than I thought I could! Jeremy and Candace stand out as techs who were there when they were needed and went beyond the call of duty to serve their patients. I will never forget their kindness. The entire staff was so supportive!Amy, my case manager, was very helpful and set up everything for my return home. She was there to keep me informed. At the time of my illness, Amy was working alone as they were short handed in the Case Management department. She was managing everyone on the floor. I'm going to guess there were almost 50 people at that time on the floor. Her management and people skills shone through at a time when it had to be stressful!

In my opinion, SSM Acute Rehab deserves the highest rating we can give. Let me provide you with a quick overview. Note, I was there over a 3-4 week period.Doctors: Each patient has a Rehab and Medical doctor who came to see and speak to me everyday of my stay. They were professional and best of all compassionate.The insurance team fought my insurance company to ensure I received the best care possible and extended my stay 3 times.The Nurses and Techs responded quickly and worked to assist me with all my needs. I was treated like royalty.Admittedly, the food was less than satisfying. However, I did not come to eat. I came to work and walk again.By far, I save my greatest praise to the OTs, PTs and their Techs. Each day I was asked about my goals for that day. You would be surprised how quickly you heal if you accomplish daily goals. This group of individuals outlined expectations and assisted me with encouragement, support, and a sense of compassion I have not witnessed in a long time. My condition was complicated from the beginning, but the team found a way to tackle the road blocks and clear a path for me to succeed! Even though I have a ways to go, I did walk out of the hospital and accomplished my goal with Everyone's help. I cannot thank St. Mary's Rehab enough for the support and compassion. I now think of them as family. These are wonderful people who treat each patient like their own family. I cannot thank them enough.John Chestnas

Not one staff member had an attitude the entire time I was here, from housekeeping to nursing and therapy. So grateful. Professionals who bend over backwards to make it work for you. Tess- you can FEEL the actual care and compassion she emotes toward every patient. Jason the dosing nurse is an exceptional human being. He thinks of how tobest serve every client individually based off of what he knows about you. He does so EVERYDAY regardless of how his day is going or how he feels.

BHG was and continues to be an answered prayer for my family and I. My wife never thought she could get better and now lives a full life that she credits to God and BHG. It is a miracle.

I highly recommend this place to anyone needing help with their addiction. The girls there are great!!!!!
