I have just completed a 30 day inpatient rehab with this facility. I can’t recommend this place enough. Truly compassionate staff. They go above and beyond in their mission. The residence is peaceful and beautiful. Numerous activities are available. Therapy is carefully tailored to the individual and their needs. The staff is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. They treat the whole individual, not just the issues that brought them into treatment. Gender specific and the small group of women (10 or less), allowed me connect and feel comfortable in my journey of healing. This place is truly amazing, and I won’t hesitate to recommend to anyone! Synergy recovery center by far went above and beyond my expectations. From their well manicured property, private chefs, extremely clean rooms, and all the amenities included in your stay. The extensive classes are filled with knowledge and tools to help you cope with life after/during recovery. The small number of clients they take makes it easier to open up and tell your story. I am forever thankful for this program and everything that I learned.

Amazing place! Wish I could've stayed longer. I met some awesome people there! The cabins are clean and cozy. They're like hotel rooms without a TV. Special shout out to Kelly, Arielle, Jordan, Star, Johnny, Scott, and all the other desk staff, nurses, kitchen staff, ( I gained 10 lbs while I was there from all the good stuff) 🤣 and housekeeping staff. You guys will always hold a special place in my heart! ❤️❤️

I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn’t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. It was, without a doubt, the best money I have ever spent and I would do it again without hesitation. Valley Hope gave me the tools I needed to live a life free from alcohol. The staff are ALL wonderful and caring. I love Valley Hope!!!!

We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you’re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. Very pleased with the care and concern I am receiving from Dr. Thripura Thirtala. She asks me questions that make me think 🤔 which help her determine the best medications and self care practices I should be doing. She is a delight to work with. I would like to address an unfortunate situation. The text message I received to do this review came at 2:53 am on a Saturday morning. THIS IS NOT PREFERRED!! I have issues with sleep anyway…receiving that text message that early really messed with my day. PLEASE adjust your system to NOT do that again.

I'm getting a little more comfortable with my new ( 7 months ) psychiatrist. She seems to listen and remember things from the session before ( 6 weeks apart), and assume good ideas.

I absolutely love LifeStance. My son and I both go to providers through them. Everyone is so caring and easy to understand. You can tell they genuinely care about what they are doing.

Staff here care about the youth in the facility and work hard to help the become successful.

Great place. I was sick alchohol detoxing in the hospital and got transferred here. I only stayed a day for personal reasons but the staff was kind and helpful, they made sure everything was taken care of and I felt safe the entire time.

I'VE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD TWICE IN THE US AIR FORCE AND THE POPULAR BLUFF INDIVIDUALS NEEDS TO GIVE CLASSES ON HOW TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL BRIGHT SHINING STANDARD FOR ALL OTHERS TO FOLLOW

I recently had a hip replacement and have had a chronic disease for 30+ years. Each staff member that I met was so delightful and positive. I noticed they liked each other too. The housekeepers, techs, nurses, doctors, and student doctors, and therapists, really seemed to have my best (and everyone else's best) in mind and heart! Such a blessing in my life at this time. Thank you!

All I can say is the staff is wonderful and professional. I was treated like I was there only patient. They would always find time to talk to me and explain what was going on with my treatment.

Very affective and helpful in all aspects of your life

Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate. It’s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well. The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. It’s the perfect way to transition back to your “new” normal life. 99% of the staff was awsome. Taught me great things to help with my sobriety. Make sure to stand up for your rights for that 1%. Michael WILL solve problems ASAP. David(the alumni guy) is supper awsome. Chris,Rob and Therina(hopefully I spelt that right) are awsome in groups.. Great food! the techs are great. Almost everyone there are recovering addicts themselves, and on my bad days did everything they could to help. Make sure your case manager is doing there jobs and if not ask for another. I'm not gonna relapse, but if I do I know where to call. The massage therapist and hair cut lady are supper nice and do a GREAT job.

My therapist that works at this location is awesome. Her name starts with an A. She truly seems to care. I feel compassion and humbleness through her assignment to work with myself. It's very well noticed and appreciated. Thanks again.

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them. Without Comtrea I'm not sure how my life would be today thank you very much for all of your help everybody the staff and doctors are all wonderful. The support I am receiving and have received is amazing and has helped me out a lot.. Way to go Comtrea Staff!😁👍👍

Synergy has been nothing but wonderful since we started taking our daughter in 2023. Everyone we have ever dealt with has been so kind and accommodating. My daughter has made incredible strides and adores “Mrs. Morgan.” We went from biweekly appointments to once a month— and now we go as needed because my daughter has learned the tools to work through big emotions as well as confidently knows she is SEEN! Its very rare to get someone that good and he is always looking out for the veteran's health.
