This place was all about helping others get to the starting point in your life to see there is life out there without drugs if you want it that bad you can have it . Even though I left there and I relapsed 4 years ago that was my choice that I made because I wasn't ready then . Now I'm thriving ,sober ,have my kids back in my life ,and a new baby girl . This place made a big impact on my life that's why I'm writing this review 4 years later after I left. Some of the staffs inspiring stories and words is what got me to where I am today and I'm very thankful for that. Recovery will only work if u let it and it's hard work but yout have to put in the work to get in life you want to go . Don't give up . I would be lieing if I said recovery is easy but one day u will wake up and realize it gets easier u just got to.want it and put 100% in to get it

Senergy was such a blessing in so many ways. I have dealt with high anxiety, panic attacks, and it came to a point where it was hindering my personal relationships and my health. Senergy was a place of personal healing and growth with the incredible staff and the friendships I gained. There are opportunities to find ways to cope in many ways. When I arrived at Sana Lake, I was in complete denial. I didn't want to be there and was fully prepared to "prove everyone wrong." Instead, with the help of the incredible staff, I proved myself wrong. There are so many people who made a lasting impact on my recovery journey that it's impossible to thank them all enough. Tina was one of my favorite staff members. She has a wonderful way of blending learning, healing, and creativity. As an artist, I especially appreciated being able to work on arts and crafts while participating in group discussions. More importantly, she is authentic, approachable, and genuinely cares about the members she works with. The wellness team was exceptional. Jake ("Coach") inspired me to make healthier choices, including eating more leafy greens. His workouts, boxing sessions, and wellness groups were challenging but somehow always fun. Moni kept us laughing while teaching us about posture, stretching, and acu-detox. Mia's yoga classes were wonderfully grounding and provided much-needed moments of peace and reflection. The nursing staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Harmony, for example, always managed to make me smile while ensuring I received excellent care. The MCS staff also went above and beyond. One day I asked where an office was located, and instead of simply pointing me in the right direction, a staff member personally walked me there despite it being on the opposite side of the building. That level of care and attentiveness was common throughout my stay. Lacie, Sherrie, Sherry, and the entire MCS team were exceptional, personable, and always willing to help. Tim deserves special recognition. On my first day, when I was nervous and uncertain, he noticed the dinosaurs on my shirt and struck up a conversation because I mentioned I loved dinosaurs. That small act immediately helped me feel comfortable and welcomed. Throughout my stay, he continued making dinosaur references that always brought a smile to my face and made Sana Lake feel a little more like home. Brittney's groups were consistently engaging and educational. I learned a tremendous amount from her. The same can be said for Bre, whose groups were equally valuable whenever I had the opportunity to attend them. Amanda always seemed to come through whenever help was needed, and Jo was a thoughtful listener who made people feel heard. One person who truly stood out was Stacie from the kitchen staff. I made a meaningful connection with her, and she frequently shared words of wisdom from across the lunch line that often arrived exactly when I needed them most. Faith was an absolute angel and helped guide me through many important concepts that strengthened my recovery. Chase also excelled at combining fun with learning and reminded us that sobriety doesn't mean life stops being enjoyable. Most importantly, every single staff member contributed to my recovery. Together, they helped me build a toolbelt full of practical skills, insights, and coping strategies that I will carry with me long after leaving Sana Lake. They created an environment where I felt supported, challenged, encouraged, and cared for. To anyone considering treatment: I arrived skeptical, resistant, and convinced I didn't belong here. I am leaving with gratitude, hope, and a stronger foundation for recovery than I ever thought possible. Thank you, Sana Lake. I checked myself into the Cox North treatment center about 2010. Got set up on Suboxone. Unfortunately I ended up getting fired before I could finish the treatment and had to get off it all by myself. And I was on 24 mg a day three pills. I wish I'd have been on 2 mg a day. When I tried winning it down myself I realized 2 mg a day was keeping the problems away if you know what I mean. But it does work! Your poop's going to be pretty loose for a long time if you were on opiates but Imodium will help LOL anyways don't give up people! Rick Byrd

Concordance isn't just a place where people come and sit around. It's a place where people come to learn by receiving new ideas and implementing them in their lives. The program is challenging as it should be wild demanding you to be your absolute best. There are no shortcuts and there are no excuses. Howeve, all of this is complimented with a level of care and consideration by staff who understand the human dilemma as they offer their expertise in wisdom to guide you through it. This is Concordance in essence as it is a place that restores value to the human spirit, the individual an ultimately the community at large. And as a graduate, I encourage anyone who is thinking about becoming a part of the program to do so because you'll find your answers when you least expect them.

I have done the program twice at mrc. The aftercare they have is one of a kind. The staff is amazing. There are far too many to list individually. It is truly the staff in the facilities that have kept me sober. The one huge thing I disagree with though is upper management. They have definitely become more about money than the patients. They only accept bcbs for insurance, so unless you have a lot of money, don't bother coming here. There is no breakfast to speak of. It is not about comfort I guess

I am currently in MRC’s Phase 2 program I have been through the 30 days in residential and 60 days in Phase 1 a structured sober living with peer support. The nurses and peer support were fantastic at detox always there is you need anything. Or just a shoulder to cry on. At phase 1 Tyler and Jermaine were awesome people to be around the peer support there. You could talk to them about anything and they drove us to meetings all around the metro. I am now living in one of the two phase 2 houses. I have a great job, that I love. Making rent every month and still saving at the same time because rent is so affordable. All in all I would recommend anyone to MRC including Tiger Woods

If you've come across this, It's probably fair to say, Life hasn't been a walk in the park lately, And you're looking at possible options to get help. You might be asking yourself, Is MAT right for me? I always tell people, If you have tried other programs, And treatments that have not worked for you, Then MAT is probably for you. The great thing is, BHG has an amazing staff, From Doctors, Nurses, And counselors, That can talk with you, Answer all of your questions, So you can make an informed decision. If you feel this is a good fit for you, The staff are there to help you navigate through the process, And get you on the road to recovery. I love that they make you a part of the game plan, While creating a treatment plan designed to fit each person's specific needs. At this point, You're probably just desperate to have some normalcy back in your life, And probably struggle to remember what life was like "Before". If you've read this, Please do yourself a favor, And pick up the phone and call them, It may be the most important call you ever make, Help is available!! Nobody is going to judge you, Or look down on you, The entire staff is there to help! I love my counselor, And he's available to me any time I need, Not just during normal buisness hours. Everyone I've encountered here, Are there because they care, It's not just a paycheck to them. No matter what you decide to do, Or avenue you choose to take, I wish you all the best in your journey. I have been participating in receiving dispensed prescriptions since 2013 pretty much starting in Ca. Continuing the medication after I relocated to Mo. Ive been with B.H.G since 2020 from 3 different county's. Originally the Columbia facility was my home facility. But I decided to go ahead and transfer and relocated to Springfeild. The staff here are very professional and do their part to make the experience to be accurate, pleasant, and as quick as possible when it comes to the wait time between individuals dosing. Opening early enough for those who work. There is two windows that keep the pace steady. Hardly does the waiting room fill up unless it's a Saturday with only one nurse on duty. The nurse will see that you receive an accurate dose to curb the cravings , and get your dose steady to your needs and comfort. This is the first clinic I have gone to that has additional treatment that takes place 3 times a week , placing you as a code 3, ( coming in only on M,W,F, to dose in the clinic . Then given your perscribed dose , called a carry, to take home with you as long as you participate ) the 12 week ,class ,3 hours ,M,W,F.The instructor ,as well as the other counselors , in my opinion do their job well. Christine, IOP INSTRUCTOR, puts the effort into assisting those participating , a purposefully positive structure to help stay sober ,teaching addicts diferent ways to recover within a intense ,safe, environment. Totally self volunteered . I.o.p is considered intense out patient counseling . Christine makes the time that's required to graduate , fun, and educational about our addiction She is qualified to legally write correspondence to speak on your behalf if needed for court,probation,etc. Your participation counts. She is awesome , very caring,. In fact any of the staff I have had any contact with genuinely takes the interest in your treatment plan and will assist clients in acheiving their goals , helping those serious wanting a better way of life. I participate in the I.O.P. Counseling and i am about to graduate. It has been a great experience, I also utilize the medicaid free transportation that assures a ride to and from the facility This program makes it more than worth the time .Giving an individual a real chance in succeeding to maintaining an simpler solution to the vicious cycle of the opioid life style. Whether you need an alternative for a health issue or an addict struggling , this is a successful program .This facility, these people ,this purpose, gives you hope, IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH OPIOIDS ,COMPLICATING ,DESTROYING YOUR LIFE... I suggest this approach. Out patient treatment , medicinal dispensary, resources, counseling, all in one place. You don't have to continue battling the struggle alone... I absolutely love our IOP teacher Christina Rockriver. She has made this extremely difficult journey much less stressful. I have tried attending several places similar to this but believe I have been successful this far thanks to the support and guidance I have received from everyone at this facility, but especially Christina. Absolutely life saving . This is an amazing program ,with amazing people helping rebuild lives from the ground up . I was homeless while pregnant and addicted to shooting drugs . At 5 months pregnant my heart failed and I was rushed to st. Louis, Missouri, all alone ,pregnant and about to die. Due to my condition that I had created via my addiction . I underwent Open heart surgery .I survived 2 months later in the hospital, no one was waiting for me after my discharge from hospital. I was homeless in a city unknown to me and due to have a baby in a few months .Queen of Peace took me in, and was waiting for me when I got there even paid for me an Uber from hospital to cathedral towers. I have God to thank for giving me Queen of Peace . Thank you .

I want to point out Shayna care coordinator, she goes above and beyond to help someone ! My son was a patient here for a month and a half. I think treatment team did a lot to help him ! Unfortunately he made some choices good and bad really ! He did try but probably needed more attention with his medications for his mental health issues. They all did a lot to help him. I would recommend them if you want to stay clean and learn more skills to cope !! đź’Ż %.

I've not personally used your resources but know of several close friends and family members who have. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it's really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you're on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don't even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it' s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I'm learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. It's about being a better person that I was contagious for and keep that going and growing.

Synergy definitely has been a lifesaver for me. I have been in recovery for 3 years and all the kind people havw been so helpful I dont know where I'd be without them. The staff at the Aviary, particularly the wonderful nurses, were a crucial factor in my experience. The program's structure is solid if you listen, learn and keep an open mind. The group experience was average, although some were much better than others. All in all, I am very grateful that I found a place to heal and clear my mind. I have to say the food is average, and the "barn" needs central air. I had to leave a few times because of the heat. However, I needed help, and I found it here. Jeremy and Casey saved my life and would not let me give up. I'm very grateful to both of them.

Best decision ever! Been in & out of other rehabs & various flavors of anonymous meetings for 20 years, always ending in relapse, over & over. Instead of blaming anxiety & depression, and throwing psych pills at me, The Aviary taught me to look within for the answer. I'm now 18 months into recovery, anxiety & depression are minimal at worst, and all without psych meds. I love it! Go there with humility and an open mind, they will help you find the way to peace of mind, no substance required.

If you are homeless in st Louis, you need to get connected with these people. They are saving lives. Be patient, get a case manager and they will help you work the programs available. You'll need to be seen by an intake coordinator to get the process started. They are non-judgemental. Do not hesitate to make that first step in the right direction.

So glad this clinic moved here last year. It is less than a mile from my apartment. Steen group of employees, but efficient in their duties. If you make them laugh, they really loosen up.
