This has truly been one of the greatest experience of my life. I have struggled with severe depression most of my life. Even though I have had substance abuse in the past, it was not my main focus. My mental heath was my main concern. I have been to mental hospitals in the past but they only treat with medication. I was looking for something where I could get stable on the right medication and learn how to live life again. Synergy offered me exactly what I needed. They completely understood the mental state that I was in. They evaluated my moods and medication until they found what really worked for me. They encouraged me to be present in my own life. At a mental hospital, they will allow you to lay in bed and hide away. At synergy, they offer classes that help you rediscover your true self. They provide activities and help you learn how to reconnect with others. The food that they provide is amazing and very nutritional. The staff in incredibly helpful and they truly care about each individual that walks through the door. Once you are here, you belong. I am so glad that I made the choice to come to Synergy. I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. I would highly recommend valley hope in booneville.

Great place. I was sick alchohol detoxing in the hospital and got transferred here. I only stayed a day for personal reasons but the staff was kind and helpful, they made sure everything was taken care of and I felt safe the entire time.

Great place to get sober and stay off the streets. The only issue I have with the BHG here in springfield is the over pricing for treatment. I came from a bhg in okc and it is144 cheaper than here. Someone is taking advantage of people here. And in okc you have the option to either dose the pill form or the liquid. Sooo hmmm but I don’t think it’s from the clinic itself. I believe the state of missouri has their hand in the cookie jar!

Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.It s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it’s really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you’re on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don’t even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it’ s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I’m learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. It’s about being a better person that I was contagious for and keep that going and growing.

Going to The Aviary was a great experience and exactly what I needed at the time. I was very anxious to go to a recovery center and this far exceeded my expectations. Overall, it’s an amazing place. The food is great, the staff is wonderful, and the accommodations are excellent. The daily schedule is similar to a 9-5 job, with many opportunities to try or learn something new.

I just finished my 30 days here and I can t say enough amazing things about this place. My counselor Sarah and also Andy played such an integral part in my recovery and even more importantly the aftercare. Aside from meeting so many others there that I could relate to and consider friends the staff was the utmost important when it came to giving me the tools I needed to stay clean at home. And they definitely handed them over. To anybody scared of recovery or struggling to find the right place with the right people I can t recommend this place enough.

Synergy was the most safe and caring place I had ever been. I was very scared when I got there but the staff and women made me feel so comfortable and they all made me feel welcome. I learned so much and I know that i could contact them at anytime if I needed to talk. I had went to another facility before and that is what it felt like a facility. I was not happy and I left and went to Synergy and it was the best decision I could ever make. I recommend them to any woman that has any addiction or mental health issues.

Outpatient treatment provides participants in Missouri with flexible evidence-based approaches toward recovery from substance abuse while continuing to live at home. Missouri is bordered by two major rivers, the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers, so you’ll have multiple ways of enjoying nature.
Unlike inpatient programs, outpatient care does not involve overnight stays, so participants can maintain personal and professional responsibilities. Programs range from standard outpatient care to intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and partial hospitalization programs (PHPs).
Treatment typically includes individual therapy, group counseling, relapse prevention planning, and sometimes medication-assisted treatment (MAT). The level of care depends on symptom severity and the participant’s support network. Many programs incorporate mental health support for co-occurring conditions like anxiety or depression. Sessions can also be scheduled in the evenings or on weekends to accommodate daytime obligations.
Outpatient treatment works best for individuals with stable living environments, reliable transportation, and motivation to engage in recovery. It emphasizes accountability and community support while helping participants build coping skills, manage triggers, and establish healthier behaviors over time. Continued monitoring, drug testing, and coordinated care with primary physicians or psychiatrists are also usually included.
While not suitable for everyone, especially those with severe addiction or unstable home lives, outpatient treatment plays a critical role in supporting long-term recovery.
