This has truly been one of the greatest experience of my life. I have struggled with severe depression most of my life. Even though I have had substance abuse in the past, it was not my main focus. My mental heath was my main concern. I have been to mental hospitals in the past but they only treat with medication. I was looking for something where I could get stable on the right medication and learn how to live life again. Synergy offered me exactly what I needed. They completely understood the mental state that I was in. They evaluated my moods and medication until they found what really worked for me. They encouraged me to be present in my own life. At a mental hospital, they will allow you to lay in bed and hide away. At synergy, they offer classes that help you rediscover your true self. They provide activities and help you learn how to reconnect with others. The food that they provide is amazing and very nutritional. The staff in incredibly helpful and they truly care about each individual that walks through the door. Once you are here, you belong. I am so glad that I made the choice to come to Synergy. I was at Valley Hope for 30 days in January 2023. I desperately needed rehab and because I wasn t covered by insurance had to pay for my treatment. We enjoyed our stay! We had caring helpful staff! The privacy for each patient is takin seriously. I would highly recommend coming here because they allow husband and wife, your phone, and they provide the successful lectures to help u make it out in the real world. Their food is relatively good quality, and the portions are more than u may need. They provide medicated assistance to help you with the withdrawals. The staff are very friendly and truly put your total care at heart. Every patient is accommodating, and welcoming. This does help everyone coming in a lot! Mama cleans her butt off and leaves you feeling cared for and like your her own kid! She puts her all into her hard work and is a very kind, caring soul! Kellie will help u along the way figure out what is bothering you and get to the root of the problem you have, only if you re ready. James does this as well. Two very good counselors who have been through their own situations and use this to help others. Ronda always puts your health above and goes above and beyond to make sure u are taking care of. Shes a wonderful nurse! Allison is very sweet and kind hearted and will do anything it takes to make u feel at peace and have that active listening skill, she is persistent and so is Mel. They both are great at what they do! The lectures are very educational and give u all the tools you may need to out into your tool box to take with you when you leave. I would highly recommend valley hope in booneville.

Great place. I was sick alchohol detoxing in the hospital and got transferred here. I only stayed a day for personal reasons but the staff was kind and helpful, they made sure everything was taken care of and I felt safe the entire time.

My overall experience at the VA Hospital in Poplar Bluff was wonderful. From the time we entered the facility until we left everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and eager to help. My appointment was with a Physical Therapist and even though extremely busy Jennifer was wonderful to work with, knowledgeable, and very personable. This was my first trip to this facility and I could not have received better treatment. Great place to get sober and stay off the streets. The only issue I have with the BHG here in springfield is the over pricing for treatment. I came from a bhg in okc and it is144 cheaper than here. Someone is taking advantage of people here. And in okc you have the option to either dose the pill form or the liquid. Sooo hmmm but I don’t think it’s from the clinic itself. I believe the state of missouri has their hand in the cookie jar!

Queen of Peace gave me the tools to save myself from alcohol addiction. Overall, I found the staff to be dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate.It s scary admitting you need help with an addiction, especially when you realize you need inpatient treatment. I had a tough time adjusting at first (ended up with 8! roommates in 2 months) but the counselors, peer support staff, and BHTs were always understanding, and supportive. Having access to the beautiful chapel was a blessing as well.The outpatient program is just as helpful as inpatient. I love this place, because it helps me love myself. get to know myself. it’s really a growing spot people can really grow here( spiritually , mentally and physically) when you’re on drugs you know you stuck! now you lie to yourself and you don’t even know it. you know they help me recognize my lies in me. the way you think backwards sometimes you know; I used to think they were good and I like them in the matter is that are not good for me and they never had been. it’ s taken relationship my friends my kids . They teach me how to gain my dignity back my respect for me and others. how I can be balanced I’m learning not to drink from my lower self but my higher self as like what would your God. I just finished my 30 days here and I can t say enough amazing things about this place. My counselor Sarah and also Andy played such an integral part in my recovery and even more importantly the aftercare. Aside from meeting so many others there that I could relate to and consider friends the staff was the utmost important when it came to giving me the tools I needed to stay clean at home. And they definitely handed them over. To anybody scared of recovery or struggling to find the right place with the right people I can t recommend this place enough.

Synergy was the most safe and caring place I had ever been. I was very scared when I got there but the staff and women made me feel so comfortable and they all made me feel welcome. I learned so much and I know that i could contact them at anytime if I needed to talk. I had went to another facility before and that is what it felt like a facility. I have been to numerous treatment facilities, including The Welcome House, ACT, Mirrors, Therapeutic Community, Intensive outpatient treatment (at numerous locations) and Midwest Recovery Centers has been the only one that I’ve actually enjoyed and feel like I left a different person. It may be a bit expensive but the experience was worth every penny. I can’t say enough good things about the staff, groups, cleanliness, food and the overall magic power that resides within their walls. Thank you all so much!

I’ve tried a few methadone clinics, this one is the best I’ve seen. They do have a few rules that seem rather stupid, but they have gov oversight, so ya have to deal with that kind of BS anywhere you go. They are definitely the nicest and the friendliest out of all the ones T have been to.Update… the staff that you interact with i.e. the counclers and the nurses are definitely very nice and appear to be honestly intrested in the clients wellbeing, however it took a few months…like 6 or 8 months for the office staff to get my VA insurance worked out and I had to pay cash in the meantime. That was over 2 years ago and they still have not re-embersed a single Penney however I verified with the Va the were paid twice once by me and once by the Va. Should be a law against that sort of thing. I believe it is called fraudulent billing…. If they end up owning you money don’t expect to see it soon…however if you owe them and can not pay the will start detoxing you, they did to me when I told them I get paid in 3 days … they detoxed me for those 3 days. Good luck if you have no other options.

Great place. Great counclers. Clean. They have clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff. They have the new check in mobile system so it saves your spot in line. They are fair. Some of the rules are a little silky but they don’t set those, Corporate does. So it’s not the staffs fault at this location. They probably saved my life. The doctors is very helpful and understanding. She listens. The nurse is a godsend. And the counclers are top of the line.

Super sweet educated staff eager to help us understand our many questions, Top off all 3 family members radom ages still one location. Then pharmacy in house too absolutely blessed my family with more time not driving to separate locations then to pharmacy too. And i got my first bday card ever from doctors or pharmacy and im old.I set out for a long day and omg it was all over so fast and efficient. Thank you to everyone staffed.
