Very knowledgeable they are there to embed it into you make sure that you know what is what etc they acknowledge your opinions have you voice your opinions as well to make you understand and believe in yourself they help you focus. There is a lot that they d, NOT just Substance Abuse but Mental Health Issues as well. I will always go to them if I ever need help!

So I was enrolled at the vogue house and was there for week or little more and then was in need to go to emergency room then which my hospital admitting cause me to lose my place In program....although everyone has been awesome an met alot of other people going through the same to continue their sobriety as well amazing strong people.....I felt I was treated unfairly because I was in a hospital bed not amusement park and left the facility in an ambulance I loved seeing and being part of the program but one shouldn't be kicked out do to hospital stay

Highly recommend very good counselors too. Whatever you need is there, it's tough to be homeless but if you keep a positive mindset get yourself together it's great. Tough to get along with every woman there but what matters is your needs are met and God has plans for everyone who works hard to stay sober and try to be kind to others. The PTSD is real there! Don't expect to have everything u want, it's everything you need! Be greatful and enjoy the journey God bless 🙏!

I attended Harris Springs Ranch / WESTCARE on the mountain towards the beginning 2018! I became The Camp Supervisor. Also getting Voted for a second term filling that position back to back . Total time a little over 3 months! I remember a great bunch of guy's that I considered close friend's. Melvin,Josh, Gabe,Danny , Mo. Just to name a few. I thought The counseling cast of employees were really good teachers, guides for acknowledging that life is best while sober. I think that The WESTCARE program is an awesome way to get a clean start back to the life of Joy and great health. LEO , who is I believe still in charge of organizing and scheduling everything for the Men in the program. Leo is a TRULY amazing man that has been through it all with substance addiction. I remember he showed us while he lived in LA he was on the News for when he hit rock bottom. But teaching us how to be better Men mentally, physically and emotionally!. He said something I will never forget... He said everyone attempts to quit multiple times. But when you are truly ready is when you have reached total exhaustion. Tired of the every day struggles. Tired of being on the top bunk in jail and having the bright lights from the ceiling blasting in your face. You can't turn those off but instead have to consistently be bothered by them. Leo is the best mentor, counselor, teacher that a program could have. I always had the UP most respect for him and what ALL he brings to that program. My last interaction with him was when we won our last basketball game. I remember Leo being damn good at basketball considering his age at the time. 2018 Graduate. ** I wonder 🤔 if Leo even remembers me. If anyone remembers me? ☯️🏀🏈🏐🎾🥊🏋️🪩🏒🎯🏓♊💚

Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. To all the brothers I found out there, I hope you're doing well and hope to see y'all again real soon!

I had a really positive experience at Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas. The staff were one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed my time there. They were caring, supportive, and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The food was also surprisingly good, and having decent meals made a big difference during treatment. Most importantly, the program helped me a lot personally and gave me tools and support that I can take with me moving forward. I’m grateful for the people I met, the staff who helped me along the way, and the experience as a whole. I would definitely recommend Desert Hope to someone who is serious about making a change and getting their life back.

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. We’ve had a very positive experience with this VA clinic. My husband is the veteran, and his primary care provider here is absolutely amazing. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure he receives the care and attention he needs. We’ve always felt that his concerns are taken seriously and that the staff genuinely wants to help. The nurses, doctors, and other staff members we’ve interacted with have been kind, helpful, professional, and respectful. They do a good job taking care of their veterans and making the process as smooth as possible. The waiting room can get pretty busy depending on the day, but there is plenty of seating, and the facility is comfortable while you wait. Overall, this has been a great VA location for my husband, and we really appreciate his primary care provider and the staff for the work they do and the care they provide.

The Differents literally saved my life. Before I was made to come here, I was rudderless and despondent. In literally two days, my attitude went from anger to gratitude. I now wanted to be here. The staff was both loving and competent, which I greatly appreciated. The didactic portion of the program was well thought out and completely applicable to an addict or alcoholic mind. I learned more about how to go forward and live my life from my time here than I had learned in the previous ten years in the throes of alcoholism. The staff were so important to me and their continued concern for my sobriety is so meaningful to me. They are involved with my sobriety and it means something to them. The aftercare programs are important to continued recovery and my continued involvement with the staff in the aftercare programs has been incredibly helpful. I don't know where I would be if I hadn't found this program and am eternally grateful for my time there and my continued involvement with it. I would highly recommend this program for anyone suffering from addiction and or alcoholism. I cannot express my gratefulness enough.

I came through The Differents as a client on 01/08/24 and have kept my clean date ever since. The Differents, their staff, and the people in charge have literally walked me through my recovery every step of the way, and I am eternally grateful for them. Recently, I was invited back for their trauma workshop. This wasn’t available when I was first there, and they made sure I knew it was there for me when I was ready. I have taken my recovery very seriously: I’m part of different 12‑step programs, I have multiple sponsors, and I have a big support group. I’ve put so much into building a solid foundation—but no matter what I did, the trauma from my past still followed me like a cloud. I recently attended the trauma workshop at The Differents, and it was truly life changing. I came in feeling like I had just been surviving my whole life. I carried so much pain, shame, and self‑criticism, and I honestly thought that was just “who I was.” I have endured horrific, unimaginable things in my addiction, and I didn’t know how to really let them go. This workshop, helped me connect with my feelings in a way I never had before. Instead of just talking about my trauma, I was able to experience it safely, process it, and finally start to release it. The exercises were intense but deeply healing, and I always felt supported and cared for by the staff and the group. I truly feel like I dumped years and years of trauma there and left it behind. Being able to witness the healing of others was a gift in itself—that group was so powerful. I’ve never seen anything like it. Through this process, I began to see myself differently. I realized I am a strong, beautiful soul who survived against all odds. I learned that to truly be happy, I have to start by loving what I see and feel on the inside. With God’s help, I am now transforming my mess into a masterpiece—and this workshop was a huge part of that. The staff even invited me to stay for the whole thing so I could disconnect and just be a client again for a couple of days. They say the newcomer keeps us clean, and now I see why. I was able to be raw, real, vulnerable, and transparent, and even with 2 years clean, the group gained from my honesty, and I gained so much appreciation and strength from them. If you are scared, unsure, or feel “too broken,” I want you to know: you are not. This workshop gave me hope, tools, and a sense of purpose. My healing isn’t finished, but for the first time, I believe that my story matters and that my healing can help others too. The Differents is a huge part of my story, and the gratitude I have for them is unmatched. They gave me a platform to take control of my life again, and I owe so much to them. I am deeply grateful for this experience and would recommend The Differents and their trauma workshop to anyone who is ready to face their trauma and begin to truly heal. Thank you so much

I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

New Dawn did what I thought was impossible to do. They freed me from my physical addiction to Alcohol. This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany. Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone. To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow. Tiffant listened to all my needs and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and aligned with the most current clinical methodology. Ive been going to BHG for about 5 months now and I've never had a bad experience! The nurses have ALWAYS been nice to me even when I didnt always pass my UA's. They NEVER made me feel judged at all which is something I truly appreciate. The front desk lady is always in a great mood and she does her job fantastically! The only complaint I do have is since they changed their hours, I called and told them I was 2 minutes away and if they can hold the door open for me and she said no in a very rude way. Other then this BHG is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any addict trying to get clean or even if you had a small lapse, go get help! They will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. And of course I wanted to give a shout out to the BEST consular there... Anthony! He is never pushy, easy to talk to and open up with and he doesnt expect perfection or make me feel judged or bad about myself in any way. He is a true goddess and he deserves a raise!! My wife has been there for 4 months and treated very well. Since I live in Elko Nevada some 5and half hours away and live at an assisted living, we talk by phone. I have never heard her complain about her care. Staff have been kind and genuine about her. The biggest problem as been were to place her,and insurance which we have clear up. My opinion is this a hospital I can trust!

The clinic has improved tremendously since the new administration was put in place last year. Not only has it been refurbished externally with a new floor and paint, but internally as well with a new staff of counselors and nurses who are professional and take their positions seriously. I have been at this clinic for over 27 years now and I can say in all honesty that the clinic has never been better. The staff goes the extra mile for the clients and they are always willing to work with you to improve your quality of life. Definitely a positive and professional environment!

Yes I just want to say one thing I've been struggling with recovering addictions since 2013 I've been in an active addiction years before that it's only when I got my daughter taken from me in 2013 that I actually wanted to stop and be the best parent I could be. My daughter was 5 years old at the time she was taken I was her only parent because her mother was in prison I've got her back two times since then but I have lost her due to my addiction issues I did not know how powerful this disease is until it took my child away two more times now I cannot see my daughter even though she still loves her dad and hopefully she's always been a daddy's girl shenow who lives with my sister thank God she didn't go into the system I need help really bad I can't seem to shake this shit I mean I'm on the verge of suicide because I can't deal with it anymore and neither can anybody that loves me they don't even talk to me anymore I need help somebody please help me oh yeah and to the people who are talking mad crap about this place I don't know these people from Anna Marie but I can tell you this that the ones who failed is because they chose to fail they didn't have nothing to do with the establishment there's always going to be people who don't want help and people who don't want to get right that's going to say stuff like this and it's going to take things the wrong way and take it to the wrong side of the fence everywhere You Go I mean these places are made for addicts of course it's going to be those addicts who don't want to get right we're going to use these places as needs to get more drugs and means to find more clients cuz it's so easy to pull somebody down it's harder to pull somebody up trust me I know I've been dealing with this for a long time I'm 43 years old and I've been drinking alcohol and doing dope since I was a teenager. So if you're bad mouth in this place or any place that's like this it has nothing to do with them it's all on your loved ones and yourself if your family member chose to use this in the wrong manner it was their choice this establishment and no other person in the world can make anybody do anything they don't want to do it's on them they chose wrong it's on them not the people trying to help

I had 25 yrs. of drug addiction when I walked through their doors. With the willingness to change and the program available, recover is possible.
