It’s hard to put into words the depth of gratitude and admiration we have for this recovery facility, but I’ll do my best because they deserve every bit of praise and more. Our daughter has been through a long and painful journey—one that at times felt hopeless. We had tried other facilities and programs, only to be disappointed time and again. Too often, the system felt indifferent. Three places gave up when things got hard. Staff seemed overwhelmed or under-trained. Promises were made but not followed through. It left us as parents emotionally drained and our daughter feeling like she was beyond help.
Then we found this place—and everything changed.
From the very first phone call, there was something different. We were met with empathy, not red tape. With hope, not judgment. And most importantly, with a team that saw our daughter not as a case, a diagnosis, or a burden—but as a whole person worthy of love, care, and support.
Patricia and her team have been nothing short of angels in our lives. I don’t use that word lightly. They have shown an incredible level of commitment—not only to our daughter’s healing, but to us as parents. They’ve walked with us through some of our darkest days, offering guidance, patience, and understanding that never once felt forced or procedural. We felt heard. We felt included. And for the first time in a long time, we felt like we weren’t alone.
Our daughter is doing better now than we ever thought possible, and it’s directly because this facility never gave up on her, even when others did. They tailored her treatment with care and insight. They adjusted when things weren’t working. They believed in her when she didn’t believe in herself. That level of dedication is rare—and it’s why I’m writing this review with so much emotion.
Every staff member, from clinicians to support staff, has treated our family with dignity and respect. There is a warmth in this place, a real human connection that you just don’t find everywhere. It’s not just a facility—it’s a community of people who genuinely care. That makes all the difference in the world.

I just finished up my detox here and I have to say WOW what an amazing facility! The staff were so kind, the doctors so knowledgeable, and the sobriety groups were very fulfilling! My experience at Vogue was extraordinary.Intake- From the start with the call center (Deanne) to intake (Keely), I and my addiction was treated with care, respect and dignity. Keely was especially empathic and caring through her compassion and showing how safe Vogue is.Therapy & Case Management- Lin was awesome as a Case Manager. I had yet to be assigned a Case Manager and needed help with FMLA. She help get the FMLA paperwork submitted on time and then became my Case Manager. She help guide me through my the technical and support aspects of recovery amazingly. Tony, Bre, Eden, Donny, and Raluca are AWESOME therapists that put the clients first and advocate for them daily. Groups were inspiring and greatly informative. The true tools of my recovery.Nurses- So incredible! Caring giving and compassionate. Mina, Don, Jennifer, Devin, Michael and Candice were always there to help and guide through the medical aspects of recovery. If you are serious about getting sober and don't mind following some simple rules, this place is great! The counselors are amazing and understanding..this place allows reunification with your children if you have a cps case. They allow visitation with your children and you can take care of all your required classes through zoom. They also allow you to go to court via zoom. They work with clients in the family treatment program allowing them to UA on sight. They provide all around services needed to help you get your children back in your care. The child specialist Mrs. Gill is amazing and works with Ms. Maddie on contacting your dfs worker and scheduling on sight visitation whether it's supervised or not. They have an amazing nursery for the children living on campus with allows you to attend all your required programs. This place is amazing!!

She calls me on my bs, holds me accountable, pulls me out of my shell, gives me courage, and most importantly she is helping me arm myself with facts about myself. I was in this program after being released from incarceration, i was released to a inpatient 30 day rehab and then shipped here. This place really established new found structure in my life and they really help you with everything you could possibly want or dream of. The program director Steve is a very great man, has zero tolerance for bs lol. But a huge shout out to Kelly, Meg, dawn, Monica, Ashley, richard, Molly and my prss shannan. The Staff here is so amazing and really helped me through so much in my life. If your ready to be clean and sober and start a functioning life this is the place to be. I was admitted to the VA hospital this past weekend. I have COPD. The care I was given was the best I've had since being diagnosed 4 years ago. I've been in the local Hospital facilities on numerous occasions because of location when episodes have occurred but this time I was able to get to the VA Hospital before it really kicked in and the care I received was by far the best! This is not to say local Hospital is bad because it's not but this seemed to be on a different level! I have nothing bad to say of any of the entire experience. Even the food experience was exceptional. Always fresh, healthy and delicious! And FRESH! Everyone was polite and kind and attentive! I am a person who, if service is bad, will let you know and I believe when it"s really great should be complimented! I want to thank the staff from E.R. admitting to checking out for the service and care I received! 6 West made my stay very comfortable! Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. FFR has literally changed my entire life in the present moment and has given me a future that wasn't available to me before. They are a community that I belong to and I have never belonged anywhere or with anyone in my whole life. But now thanks to FFR I do. They are a welcoming community of like minded individuals all providing support to one another and changing the world for the better. In addition to these spiritual needs, they provided me the support I needed financially to get out of homelessness and the PRSS training program to provide me with a future.

Been coming to BHG for 7 years now and never had a problem with anyone working there the one's complaining seem to have a problem following simple rules which is stay clean, go everyday except Sunday to build there trust for take homes and call in to the BHG medical hotline the days your suppose to call for a diversion that's it or they are too lazy to go to the welfare office to get medical Insurance fyi be ready to pay 80$ dollars a week if u don't have insurance so I recommend this place to anyone who is serious of getting clean and becoming a better person and to live life again.

I have gone here before and received amazing benifits, right away in every aspect of my life. I saw Frank Palmer. He is a genus of the mind. His help in areas of trauma, stress, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more are mind blowing. It took only a short time to get my life and mind back on track and recover from utter devastation.I can't say enough about how kind EVERYONE there is. Kathy Macintosh is the kindest person ever. She us a peer counselor there.I just started there again to work through some new extreme life challenges. I did my first intake appointment with a new employee Vernessa Villar, from the Dayton office. I felt so compelled to leave a review about how incredible and sweet she is. It was a joy speaking to her to the point that the appointment flew by and I wished it hadn't ended. She is kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental intelligent, and caring. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone.To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow.
