It’s hard to put into words the depth of gratitude and admiration we have for this recovery facility, but I’ll do my best because they deserve every bit of praise and more. Our daughter has been through a long and painful journey—one that at times felt hopeless. We had tried other facilities and programs, only to be disappointed time and again. Too often, the system felt indifferent. Three places gave up when things got hard. Staff seemed overwhelmed or under-trained. Promises were made but not followed through. It left us as parents emotionally drained and our daughter feeling like she was beyond help.
Then we found this place—and everything changed.
From the very first phone call, there was something different. We were met with empathy, not red tape. With hope, not judgment. And most importantly, with a team that saw our daughter not as a case, a diagnosis, or a burden—but as a whole person worthy of love, care, and support.
Patricia and her team have been nothing short of angels in our lives. I don’t use that word lightly. They have shown an incredible level of commitment—not only to our daughter’s healing, but to us as parents. They’ve walked with us through some of our darkest days, offering guidance, patience, and understanding that never once felt forced or procedural. We felt heard. We felt included. And for the first time in a long time, we felt like we weren’t alone.
Our daughter is doing better now than we ever thought possible, and it’s directly because this facility never gave up on her, even when others did. They tailored her treatment with care and insight. They adjusted when things weren’t working. They believed in her when she didn’t believe in herself. That level of dedication is rare—and it’s why I’m writing this review with so much emotion.
Every staff member, from clinicians to support staff, has treated our family with dignity and respect. There is a warmth in this place, a real human connection that you just don’t find everywhere. It’s not just a facility—it’s a community of people who genuinely care. That makes all the difference in the world.

I just finished up my detox here and I have to say WOW what an amazing facility! The staff were so kind, the doctors so knowledgeable, and the sobriety groups were very fulfilling! My experience at Vogue was extraordinary.Intake- From the start with the call center (Deanne) to intake (Keely), I and my addiction was treated with care, respect and dignity. Keely was especially empathic and caring through her compassion and showing how safe Vogue is.Therapy & Case Management- Lin was awesome as a Case Manager. I had yet to be assigned a Case Manager and needed help with FMLA. She help get the FMLA paperwork submitted on time and then became my Case Manager. She help guide me through my the technical and support aspects of recovery amazingly. Tony, Bre, Eden, Donny, and Raluca are AWESOME therapists that put the clients first and advocate for them daily. Groups were inspiring and greatly informative. The true tools of my recovery.Nurses- So incredible! Caring giving and compassionate. Mina, Don, Jennifer, Devin, Michael and Candice were always there to help and guide through the medical aspects of recovery. Also, they were impromptu "therapists" to help with processing and rough times. Plus the Nursing Group Therapy was great!Techs- They are the life blood of Vogue, ESPECIALLY Swing Shift. Hugh shout out to Ro and her staff (Jim, Holly, Ruby, and Jayme). Jim is a great peer support facilitator. Pure positive energy! Always encouraging us and caring through hourly check ins. If you are serious about getting sober and don't mind following some simple rules, this place is great! The counselors are amazing and understanding..this place allows reunification with your children if you have a cps case. They allow visitation with your children and you can take care of all your required classes through zoom. They also allow you to go to court via zoom. They work with clients in the family treatment program allowing them to UA on sight. They provide all around services needed to help you get your children back in your care. The child specialist Mrs. Gill is amazing and works with Ms. Maddie on contacting your dfs worker and scheduling on sight visitation whether it's supervised or not. They have an amazing nursery for the children living on campus with allows you to attend all your required programs. This place is amazing!!

She calls me on my bs, holds me accountable, pulls me out of my shell, gives me courage, and most importantly she is helping me arm myself with facts about myself. Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. Newer, non-smoking, handicap accessible, secure, short term drug & alcohol detox facility. First came through in 2016, when it first opened, on my way to a 90 day Westcare residential program. Now I have 4.5 years clean and sober. I visit monthly to speak to clients about getting recovery, because this is where my new life first began, and I am grateful. It is what you make it. Staff works very hard, and will help you with many resources for recovery. But you have to ask!

Love this church it s very laid back and diversified. The staff is nice and they even hold NA/AA/GA classes here with awhile sort of other things. Pastor is very chill and accepting. This is one of the most professional church s in Las Vegas with a very huge campus. Recommend coming to service Saturday 4pm or Sundays has 2 services 9am and 11:30am. This church also host a very easy going community service program to that also recommend using. :)

Had to take the domestic violence classes via court orders and was not too pleased about it. Now despite what some of these reviews are saying, I must give a shout out to Karla and Arnoldo whom were my DV counselor. They are truly great people! Even though I was unhappy about having to take domestic violence classes to begin, doing it with them made my experience that much better. So thank you for that!

The staff at BCA did an excellent job overall (and I m a difficult customer). Front office Estrella runs a tight ship and was able to orchestrate effectively to get things done before the due date. Yami took care of my initial intake at BC. Obviously someone who cares. Kristina did the evaluation paperwork on me. She was professional and listened well with deep understanding. I felt comfortable in her office and could open up about some life circumstances. Miriam and the other staff in medical records were on their game and delivered the required paperwork just in the nick of time. Whew! Five stars across the board. Thank you to all the staff here for helping me out.

I am so blessed that I went to solutions. My addiction made me loose everything. It was scary because I have never left my family or gone to a rehab. The staff is amazing there and they really help. Plus you get to meet amazing people there. It teaches you how to deal with your emotions and how to deal with life after you stop using. Ms . V, dawn, Curtis, Randy, gabby, Alex, James, Charles, Chris (alumi staff)Nikki...these are just some of the amazing staff you will get to meet and will care for you. If you go there ask Chris with long hair about his story. It's amazing! Anyways I am glad I went here and I would recommend it to anyone.

My boyfriend and I both checked into the McLeod residence at differant times right after one another. Although this was a brand new facility at the time, and they didnt have all of their exact policies and procedures in place yet, they did wonderful. Unfortunately I have relapsed. My boyfriend has been clean for over 8 months now and doing extremley well. I planned to go back this next week but was saddened by the news hearing that the McLeod facility closed down. Now I'm a bit reluctant and scared to check into any other facility as I felt extremely comfortable and safe here. As solutions did their part, I unfortunatley did not do mine. But I plan to go at this strong 1 more time and take this 100% seriously. I've never realized how true the words are of "your never going to quit until you truly want it" well I can tell you that is definitely true. I want it more than anything. I know now as an addict I can never just pick up 1 more time. And I am paying the price for that now. I truly hope I can find a facility that had the caring staff and was as comfortable as this facility was.

SOLUTIONS RECOVERY-Was the best place for a 12 Step program. They are officially closing their doors as of Today. They had changed hands several times, to Desert Hope, then American. Addictions. They had had residential treatment homes. As far as I have been informed everything has closed by the end of today. A new addiction recovery company from another state has taken over and let go of nearly everyone and brought their own people.
