My wife is just beginning this journey and I pray we have made the right choice. She has hope in her eyes for the for the first time in a very very long time. The staff appear to be amazing! It's very clean. No loitering. No smoking right in front of building or right in front of the entrance/exit doors which i like alot . It shows class and that there is cleanliness and caring going on here. The nurses are great except for one person but the t e is always that one. . She is the intake nurse that occupies the back office next to the doctor she has a rancid attitude and myself and my wife dont care for her at all. She has an air about herself that she is above speaking to the patients...so no good morning from her and if you ask how are you doing today she rudely replies what can I help you with?!!!! But the male African American nurse is my and my wife's favorite. Super nice !!! Always smiling always chatty always eager to help with any questions even if it doesn't apply to his position or field he will find someone that can answer you. Those that dont know what it like g e thing clean and sober have no idea how ppl getting clean are already under pressure and dont need to feel anymore beneath society than they already do!!! That one young Hispanic intake nurse ruins many a patient's day i can tell someone really should talk to her about this attitude... The doctor who evaluates you and prescribes your dosage is amazing! She is tall beautiful with blonde hair and a single gold tooth!! She is eager to help very compassionate, understanding but let's you know that she is under federal guidelines and what she is doing is the best she is allowed but encourages you that you will reach your final and better dosage with in days. My wife's counselor is Micheal and he is amazing! Always smiling! Always has a light in his eyes! My wife adores him and is looking forward d to working with him and the gentleman across the hall who takes care of mental health! Yes they do mental as well here! and counseling !!! And they provide narcan and test trips free of charge!! Clean restroom clean waiting room my wife br9ngs her poodle mix Raul everywhere in there and no one says anything! This is hopefully the beginning of beautiful and meaningful medical relationship !!!

This is a great facility and the people I interacted with are even better. Specifically I'd like to mention Sandy and Tiffany. Sandy was always extremely professional and cordial with me. Always asked how I was and expressed genuine concern for everyone. To say that Tiffany is an excellent counselor would be an understatement. She takes the extra initiative to help her clients grow. Tiffant listened to all my needs and created a treatment plan tailored to my needs and aligned with the most current clinical methodology. People like this help you navigate through life and I am blessed to have participated and connected with people of this caliber. Thank you.

This place changed the way I view my recovery. Although a lot about it has changed in the last few years, the staff here still really do care about you. I’ve been to a lot of other places like this before and hands down this is the best.

Great place to go if you want to get clean and start a life of recovery. It's rehab not a summer camp, you get out of it what you put in. If you want true brotherhood the Serenity house is where your going to find it.

If you are ready to change your life, the staff here are amazing and they are there to help you. I only lasted a week at Bristlecone but it was 100% me not being ready why I didn't make it longer and 100% on me that I didn't stay. When I am ready, I will be back because they did an amazing job getting me through that week I was there. If I was smarter, I would have stayed and I would still be sober but, addiction truly is a cunning thing and even knowing I should stay I left. Like I said, they did an amazing job just getting me sober for a week. I know that one day I will go back and my recovery will begin and be successful because of them. If you are ready to get sober, Bristlecone is the place to be. Do yourself a favor and call them now. They can help. Great team of great people who live to help people in need. I can't say enough good things about them. They truly care and you can tell. I wish I was stronger and stayed but my life and my path led me somewhere else for the time being. I know I will be back though and when I do go back, I know I will be ready and I will be successful because of this place and these wonderful people. Even though I failed, it's my fault and they did their best. I'm just a special kind of trainwreck and I'm not ready to be happy just yet. Step 2 and staff saved my life. They were the only ones who ever took the time to listen to me, believe me and show me a way of life that is effective. I was loved genuinely. I've been straight , except a few hiccups in the first few months. When I get the urge...I think about Karen when she says "play the tape". When I get emotional about my trauma, I think about Alyssa and being immediately mindful by smelling and applying lavendar. I make my bed by request of Katy, which shows stability and consistency. I lay down on my couch when I feel a panic attack coming like CJ taught me. ( my daughter still asks about CJ). I spent holidays with ladies who wanted to see my succeed. When I get triggered I question why and try to figure out why, as opposed to getting hammered. See... things happen to all of us... and it's ok to feel. I think that was one of the biggest things I learned. Essentially life is ok. It's going to be ok, it is ok, it was ok. And in case anyone's asking...we are doing well. I got my real estate license. To everyone that worked there, thank you so much for believing me and believing in me. Thank you much more for teaching me those things weren't my fault. Thank you so much more for making me into a force to be reckoned with... because I will pass that onto my kids too. I luv all yall - christy

Amazing program with a lot of really amazing staff members who are extremely caring and understanding I took advantage of the anger management classes as well as parenting classes my favorite and most helpful education course they provided when I was a resident that I use in my daily life was the communication a d boundaries class, it helps me build stronger healthier relationships and put and end to any toxic one that would potentially be hazardous to my recovery, I showed up there with nothing. Within 8 months of successfully completing the program without deviating I was able to clear up my out standing court cases, got my license back! a steady job! A vehicle! My teeth fixed! They took my to my dental appointments. I now have a beautiful smile and my confidence back as well as my self respect and able to get past my barriers and start accomplishing my goals, and building my relationships I ruined and repairing the bridges I burned.
