People like BILLY at the ER is the reason why I feel like I matter when I am there. He’s always there to help, answer questions and make you feel like family, you don’t get that at many places. We are so grateful as veterans to have people like him there for us. Thanks Billy!!!

As a member of the LAS/Outreach Program at the Veterans Benefits Office in the main hospital in southern Nevada, Sherisha Ko showed expertise in doing her job. She was not only knowledgeable about what I was to expect but took the time to explain everything in detail to me. She made a point of filling out my application with the details necessary so they could properly reflect my needs. She was not rushed and took her time to do an excellent job. I left feeling that all that could be done to help my situation had been accomplished. In addition she was very personable and easy to work with. Her wonderful personality was evident in the way she approached a job it was evident that she loved. She is a credit to the Veterans Administration. Kudos to her and the VA. She is a keeper.
I just wanted too say gracias to everybody there that helped me get thru and finish the program. And one of the most kindest persons there that helped me was nurse jenny. Even on your worst day she would make u feel ok. So lets push the envolope counslers and get more people off this medication and stop using as a krutch. And too all the people out there tryn to get off faster sometimes dont take there advice. Watever your own body can deal with then do it. Sometimes u hav to go against the grain to get things done. So hav a nice everybody and Im happy im alive today and thriving. Keep it up and dont give up on yourself

Been coming to BHG for 7 years now and never had a problem with anyone working there the one's complaining seem to have a problem following simple rules which is stay clean, go everyday except Sunday to build there trust for take homes and call in to the BHG medical hotline the days your suppose to call for a diversion that's it or they are too lazy to go to the welfare office to get medical Insurance fyi be ready to pay 80$ dollars a week if u don't have insurance so I recommend this place to anyone who is serious of getting clean and becoming a better person and to live life again.
