Ive been going to BHG for about 5 months now and I've never had a bad experience! The nurses have ALWAYS been nice to me even when I didnt always pass my UA's. They NEVER made me feel judged at all which is something I truly appreciate. The front desk lady is always in a great mood and she does her job fantastically!
The only complaint I do have is since they changed their hours, I called and told them I was 2 minutes away and if they can hold the door open for me and she said no in a very rude way. Other then this BHG is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any addict trying to get clean or even if you had a small lapse, go get help! They will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable.
And of course I wanted to give a shout out to the BEST consular there... Anthony! He is never pushy, easy to talk to and open up with and he doesnt expect perfection or make me feel judged or bad about myself in any way. He is a true goddess and he deserves a raise!! Lol 😆🙌🌈🖤🙏

Staff is very understanding and helpful aslong as you are patient n respectful you will receive the same. Unfortunately not funded enough to keep full house nursing staffed(3). Tho the few here are fast and knock it out of the park! *ie Jenny. And now the night shift was a GREAT idea and was much-needed!!!!

From the moment we walked in, the office felt warm, welcoming, and inviting. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. The receptionist was especially polite, informative, and accommodating, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
One thing I truly appreciated was having the opportunity for my daughter to have a brief meet-and-greet with her therapist before we scheduled her first appointment. Since my daughter has never received counseling services before, she didn’t know what to expect and was naturally a little unsure about the experience. That brief introduction made such a difference. It gave her an opportunity to become familiar and comfortable with her counselor before beginning therapy.
On the way to her first official appointment, my daughter was actually eager to see her counselor again. She was already talking about wanting to tell her how her weekend went, and as a mother, that gave me such a sense of comfort and relief.
I feel truly blessed that my daughter and I have found someone we both feel is qualified, capable, compassionate, and willing to meet her exactly where she is. Finding the right counselor for your child is incredibly important, and from our very first interactions, I have felt a sense of peace about our decision.
In my spirit, I genuinely feel that we have found the right place, the right counselor, and the right space for my daughter. I am very grateful for how welcomed and supported we have felt as she begins this new journey.

10/23/34 Dr. O has, in the most literal sense, saved my life. I have been a patient of his since he worked under another doctors practice and followed him. My wife, kids, and mom all love him. I have gotten a DM on the Vegas locals sub on reddit thanking me for recommending Dr. O because they thought he was such a great psychiatrist, and their kid is thriving now. I can not say enough good things.
The bad, though, is he goes through front office staff quickly. For some reason, his medical assistants don't realize they're dealing with psychiatric patients. I'm also not the biggest fan of Mark. The feeling is mutual, I believe.

So I was enrolled at the vogue house and was there for week or little more and then was in need to go to emergency room then which my hospital admitting cause me to lose my place In program....although everyone has been awesome an met alot of other people going through the same to continue their sobriety as well amazing strong people.....I felt I was treated unfairly because I was in a hospital bed not amusement park and left the facility in an ambulance
I loved seeing and being part of the program but one shouldn't be kicked out do to hospital stay

Highly recommend very good counselors too. Whatever you need is there, it's tough to be homeless but if you keep a positive mindset get yourself together it's great. Tough to get along with every woman there but what matters is your needs are met and God has plans for everyone who works hard to stay sober and try to be kind to others. The PTSD is real there! Don't expect to have everything u want, it's everything you need! Be greatful and enjoy the journey God bless 🙏!

I attended Harris Springs Ranch / WESTCARE on the mountain towards the beginning 2018! I became The Camp Supervisor. Also getting Voted for a second term filling that position back to back . Total time a little over 3 months! I remember a great bunch of guy's that I considered close friend's. Melvin,Josh, Gabe,Danny , Mo. Just to name a few. I thought The counseling cast of employees were really good teachers, guides for acknowledging that life is best while sober. I think that The WESTCARE program is an awesome way to get a clean start back to the life of Joy and great health. LEO , who is I believe still in charge of organizing and scheduling everything for the Men in the program. Leo is a TRULY amazing man that has been through it all with substance addiction. I remember he showed us while he lived in LA he was on the News for when he hit rock bottom. But teaching us how to be better Men mentally, physically and emotionally!. He said something I will never forget... He said everyone attempts to quit multiple times. But when you are truly ready is when you have reached total exhaustion. Tired of the every day struggles. Tired of being on the top bunk in jail and having the bright lights from the ceiling blasting in your face. You can't turn those off but instead have to consistently be bothered by them. Leo is the best mentor, counselor, teacher that a program could have. I always had the UP most respect for him and what ALL he brings to that program. My last interaction with him was when we won our last basketball game. I remember Leo being damn good at basketball considering his age at the time. 2018 Graduate.

Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. I had a really positive experience at Desert Hope Treatment Center in Las Vegas. The staff were one of the biggest reasons I enjoyed my time there. They were caring, supportive, and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The food was also surprisingly good, and having decent meals made a big difference during treatment. Most importantly, the program helped me a lot personally and gave me tools and support that I can take with me moving forward. I’m grateful for the people I met, the staff who helped me along the way, and the experience as a whole. I would definitely recommend Desert Hope to someone who is serious about making a change and getting their life back.

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. Oh, and unlike many other treatment centers, the contact person actually is honest about what you can expect!

We’ve had a very positive experience with this VA clinic. My husband is the veteran, and his primary care provider here is absolutely amazing. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure he receives the care and attention he needs. We’ve always felt that his concerns are taken seriously and that the staff genuinely wants to help.
The nurses, doctors, and other staff members we’ve interacted with have been kind, helpful, professional, and respectful. They do a good job taking care of their veterans and making the process as smooth as possible.
The waiting room can get pretty busy depending on the day, but there is plenty of seating, and the facility is comfortable while you wait. Overall, this has been a great VA location for my husband, and we really appreciate his primary care provider and the staff for the work they do and the care they provide.

This place help me get clean from fentanyl… they helped with the muscle spasms and were very compassionate on my recovery! You have class from when you wake up (breakfast) until the very end (9-10pm) my favorite part was “YOGA W BILLY” and along with the awesome staff! You also get a chief to cook for you. *breakfast lunch and dinner* given this was back in 2025. Love y’all!

I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here.
What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment.

This is a great place and I'm amazed at how helpful everybody has been to me since I have been going here for three years. I couldn't describe all the great care and compassion I've had at this clinic from routine appointments, Lab work, physical therapy and immunizations. I recently spoke with Alex by phone after experiencing two deaths in my family related to alcoholism. Those losses prompted me to seek help, and my first step was understanding what treatment would entail. As the first person in my family to seek help, I appreciated having someone explain the process and answer my questions.
I initially called about outpatient care. Alex explained that the service currently available was detox, which she described as a stay of approximately seven to ten days. She explained that medication is provided during alcohol detox, patients wear scrubs, and they meet with a case manager. She also let me know that they accept Nevada SilverSummit insurance.
We discussed leaving against medical advice, also called AMA. Understanding that seeking help did not mean giving up my ability to make decisions was reassuring. When you seek help, you want to feel safe, informed, and supported. You do not want the help itself to become another source of hurt.
Alex also explained how to schedule an assessment for outpatient treatment. My understanding from our conversation was that they require a period without alcohol or drugs beforehand, approximately three to four days, and conduct drug testing upon arrival. These were details I needed to understand as I explored my options.
Thank you, Alex, for taking the time to walk me through this first step. After two losses in my family, this conversation meant more than a simple explanation of services. We need people like you in this field, and I am grateful to have found you as I begin seeking help.

Newer, non-smoking, handicap accessible, secure, short term drug & alcohol detox facility. First came through in 2016, when it first opened, on my way to a 90 day Westcare residential program. Now I have 4.5 years clean and sober. I visit monthly to speak to clients about getting recovery, because this is where my new life first began, and I am grateful. It is what you make it. Staff works very hard, and will help you with many resources for recovery. But you have to ask!
