This place changed my life. While I didn't stay in the house I did the IOP program and each and every staff member was very caring and understanding. They all work together to do what's best for you and they genuinely care about your recovery. There are alot of places in vegas that are not doing recovery for the right reasons. This place is not that. They are amazing!

I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here. What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment. I came away feeling like this would be an excellent choice for anyone needing quality care in a supportive setting. Highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering your options.

Accepted Insurance

The Nestled Recovery Center works with several private insurance providers, please contact to verify your specific insurance provider.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Some offer both, and tailor treatment to the patient's individual requirements.

Clients receiving services in a rehab aftercare program are typically in the maintenance phase of their recovery, having already completed intensive inpatient treatment. These clients are generally strongly engaged in addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Case managers and care teams work with clients to identify and access the medical, mental health, and social service programs they need to promote long-term sobriety. Rehab aftercare services often include peer coaching, relapse prevention, and 12 step program induction.

Participants in 12 step programs receive intensive peer support, including one-on-one mentoring from a self-selected sponsor. They also regularly participate in 12 step meetings, which are free, anonymous, open to the public, and available multiple times a day in most communities. The steps of recovery involve spiritual principles designed to enable participants to address the sources of their addiction, take responsibility for their life choices, and accept the circumstances they cannot change.

Drug and alcohol addiction often takes a heavy toll on one's body. Over time, a physical dependence can develop, meaning the body physiologically needs the substance to function. Detox is the process of removing drugs and/or alcohol from the body, a process that can be lethal if mismanaged. Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal. The length of stay at the detoxification program is determined according to the specific needs of the patient.

Treatments

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Programs

Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.

Clinical Services

Substance abuse counselors may apply cognitive behavioral therapy in Nevada during individual, family, or group sessions. Using a goal oriented approach, the therapist will help participants change negative thinking and behavioral patterns to address substance use and related challenges.

If you're experiencing substance use disorder, dialectical behavior therapy in Nevada can help you reduce cravings, learn healthier ways to manage stress, and avoid situations that can lead to substance abuse. Treatment includes one on one sessions with your therapist as well as group sessions to practice the skills you're learning.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Research shows that motivational interviewing is an effective approach for individuals who are unprepared for change. They may be resistant to change or simply insecure in their abilities to make changes. This therapeutic method allows clients to explore their options, reach their own conclusions, and feel empowered to make changes.

Trauma therapy uses trauma focused care to help you understand and manage your emotional and physical responses. Using therapeutic interventions, you learn to reframe the experience. This helps to reduce your anxiety and build your resilience to face future challenges and gain control over your life.

Sessions for couples therapy may involve joint meetings with the counselor as well as individual sessions. Between sessions, both partners are asked to do "homework," which involves practicing the insights and behaviors they learned about during therapy.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

During rehab treatment in Nevada, it may be difficult to put your emotions and thoughts into words. Creative arts therapy provides an alternative form of expression that allows you to communicate your struggles and process your emotions.

Experiential therapy is a form of therapy in which clients are encouraged to surface and work through subconscious issues by engaging in real-time experiences. Experiential therapy departs from traditional talk therapy by involving the body, and having clients engage in activities, movements, and physical and emotional expression. This can involve role-play or using props (which can include other people). Experiential therapy can help people process trauma, memories, and emotion quickly, deeply, and in a lasting fashion, leading to substantial and impactful healing.

My daughter was admitted to this place, and they are ill equipped to handle anyone who is in a bad way. The staff was not compassionate, and when my daughter who was in the start of DT's was asked to come down the stairs, no one assisted her and she slipped on the stairs and bruised her tailbone badly. They had to call an ambulance to get her to the hospital again since thy re not equipped for any crisis.

Response from the owner
We are truly sorry for how frightening situations like this can feel. When someone you love is struggling with alcohol use or medical instability, it is normal to feel fear, anger, and deep concern for their safety, and those reactions are completely understandable.

We want to offer some general clarification about how different levels of care work, as these distinctions are not always well understood.

The Nestled Recovery Center provides sub-acute medical withdrawal management. In everyday terms, this means we are able to support detox when symptoms are expected to be mild to moderate and medically stable. There are circumstances in which withdrawal or other medical concerns become higher risk, and at that point hospital-level care is the safest setting because it allows for continuous, on-site medical monitoring that cannot be provided in a residential environment.

It is also important to clarify terminology that is often used broadly. Delirium tremens, commonly referred to as DTs, is a specific and severe medical condition that occurs in a small percentage of alcohol withdrawal cases and involves significant confusion and medical instability. Not all withdrawal symptoms or medical events meet this definition, and fainting or falling alone does not indicate DTs.

Medical events such as fainting can be frightening and can occur for a variety of reasons, including underlying medical or nutritional issues that may not be known or disclosed at the time of admission. When any medical event occurs, regardless of the cause, our protocol is to escalate care immediately so the individual can be evaluated in the safest possible setting.

Because of privacy laws, we are unable to confirm or discuss details about any individual’s care. What we can share is that our policies are designed to prioritize safety, recognize medical risk promptly, and ensure individuals receive care at the level appropriate to their medical needs.

We sincerely hope that anyone looking to detox is able to receive the support they need, and we recognize how difficult and emotional these moments can be for families.
