BEST PLACE EVER. I have tried various other doctors/clinics and none of them even begin to compare to this one. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I can’t even make a single complaint. Dr Son is the best as well. He explains everything and you truly feel like he understands you. I can proudly say this, this place saved my life. If you or someone you know needs help getting off opiates do it right the first time and come here. You won’t be disappointed. If you are specifically struggling with fentanyl please don’t waste your time with other ways. I have tried 6 other methods from lazer therapy to having the earpiece to suboxone. Methadone is the key to our current fentanyl crisis. This clinic makes recovery possible again!

Next Step Recovery is an amazing program in sober living community. Came to next step for iop/php after my inpatient stint. this was my first time in rehab and i am here as a result of legal issues, meaning i was here less than willingly. That being said I gained so much from this program, not just in sober time but mentally. The staff is amazing and they really care, as a few of them were former patients of next step themselves. There was not a day that i didnt feel as if i wasn’t important or that my needs werent met.The freedom and the trust is another big part, youre allowed to keep your phone and car, work, vape/smoke, and pretty much do as you please within reason. I hated my time where i did inpatient, but i genuinely enjoyed this program and the time i spent here. Im only 22 so i was the youngest person here for a long while, but i never felt out of place or anything of the sort. This would be a place i recommend 100%.

I don’t even know where to begin. This treatment center is truly changing lives. My husband attended their program during one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, and I can confidently say they gave us hope and confidence in his recovery.
From day one, the staff treated him with compassion and dignity. They weren’t just professionals—they were caring, patient, and truly passionate about helping people rebuild their lives. The counselors went above and beyond, not just helping him work through addiction, but helping him rediscover who he is without it.

Please do not detox alone. You do not have to detox and enter recovery alone. The environment matters and the staff and clients at The Haven brought me to a place in my life I never thought was obtainable. I have fought alcoholism for approximately 18 years. I spent the past 7 years trying, very unsuccessfully to get sober on my own. Finding and choosing The Haven Flagship facility in West Palm Beach (with their help) was the best decision i have made in 7 years.
Do not wait like I did. Your health & happiness are worth fighting for and doing it in this environment makes it so much more comfortable. There is no judgement, no shame and it is not worth risking your life detoxing without this extremely well oiled machine called The Haven.
When i made my first called all they dis was listen and talk to ne and encourage me. Once I opened up they knew exactly where i should be and asked if i minded coming to a facility that was further away because they said West Palm Beach would be the beat fit. They were not wrong. They had never met me but understood what I needed and directed me PERFECTLY.
While here I detoxed safely under excellent supervision. (Please do not do this alone without medical professionals).
I attended 3 of 4 beneficial classes per day. Classes I avoided while alone on the outside of their facility while my health & drinking just got worse by the minute.
To say the staff here is nice & professional doesn’t do them proper justice.
If you need to talk to someone I suggest you just start with a call.
I wish that I had done it sooner.

I was detox and residential, I was welcomed with open arms and caring staff. I was at the end of my rope when I first came in I was seen and heard. I definitely recommend this facility. The staff and nurses was amazing and I felt like they really cared and I loved my experience there. I did the detox and residential program. The food is amazing and I definitely gained some weight. Well cared for place. Came in broken and left with tools that I could continue to make my life every thing I know it will be. Hope and wish everyone that comes the best of luck. The Haven Detox has been amazing. They help me through all the stages of my recovery. Everyone working there at every level was very hospitable and understanding. The recovery community was fantastic and they did everything possible to make us all feel safe, accepted, understood and heard. Really enjoyed my stay, i completed CPR a few months ago and it was difficult being away from my home in NC but it turned out to be the best thing that happened to me. I now have 6 months of sobriety and I'm enjoying being back with my family and living this new way of life. When I think of California Prime it instantly fills me with so much peace! I came into the program a couple years ago I was a lost, scared, insecure broken woman with addiction issues that were ruining my life. . Through out my stay I learned so many skills to change my life. The facilitators and staff are genuine, caring, compassionate, and informative. Today I have my life back! I'm a mother involved in my kids life, I manage a hair salon, I have a strong relationship with God, and thanks to Cali Prime i have coping skills to work through life's hard times that I will use the rest of my life. This was my first time ever at a detox and what I could actually say is that this is the best detox. I’ve experienced lots of amazing food and the staff is great TJ Kathy Jen and Jonathan were my favorite out of the whole crew not saying that the rest of them weren’t respectful, but they were always accommodating me on my needs and checking up on me and making sure that I felt comfortable, especially with it being my first time ever at a detox treatment I definitely recommend this spot to people who are trying to get off drugs. I have lots of freedom. I’m able to have my tablet. They have amazing food. They’re super nice. They also give the shakes because I’m skinny. And it’s very well needed because I needed to gain weight and honestly, I’ve been here for four days and I’ve already gained 8 pounds

Yo this place has helped me tremendously when I was down and out. I successfully completed my detox and they assisted me into another facility for more treatment and made me feel as if I was taken care of and they would continue to support me although I'm leaving. Absolutely changed my life for the better. I went in arrogant and with my head on backwards. They supported me through every step of the process and when you leave you really do “get your power back”, the choice to make the right decisions. If I ever had to go to rehab again I would choose this place again immediately. This is one of the greatest recovery centers to regain control over your life. The groups are very informative and welcoming. The criteria was open and well covered. I’ve never been in recovery, or in any form of rehab and being here / making this decision saved my life entirely.
As a first timer, I was overwhelmed with the amount of support that I received during my stay here, everyone is more than nice & outstanding individuals. From the staff, to the maintenance crew, to the phenomenal chefs AND Maybel the therapeutic pup everyone here is there to help you during your sobriety journey!

Literally the best rehab center I’ve ever attended. Had intensive group therapy multiple times a day, and it help me with all my issues. They had a full blown gym, and I made actual brothers there. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE.

This place will forever have a special spot in my heart. The employees saved my life every single day for 30 days. The therapists are also something to not overlook, they go WAY above and beyond to educate what's really going on with our minds and body. I've been through 4 recovery centers, two in Kentucky one in California and then this one. This is the only one I can truly say that they take this lifestyle seriously and the presence of a higher power flows through every body in the house. I wouldn't recommend any other place. Thank you for everything staff! I won't forget a single one of you.

I have been to this treatment centers at least 3 times and the e town facility twice. I’ve been to treatment as a controlled environment for this program over 40 times. But for 7 months through an implant in my ear I have had to listen to 2 or 3 people in my ear for 24/7 mostly about my ex boyfriend who the program hired to mess with me as well. Every treatment center and sober living I have been in for 7 years has participated all my so called friends, family, even bf were brought into it. I’m harassed about every trauma or horrible experience they could create or find out about. This was a good place but I hit 4 treatment centers in 4 weeks because they went too far stressing me with the voices in my ear canal as well as the clients and staff they recruited to play games while my thoughts broadcasted to the people around me. For the government to issue whatever for hips to be violated and them to enter a rehab for research grounds or court order is all that could do it. It’s been 17 years of nastiness especially the last 7 years but they hired my bf to leave me and play games with me so the voices in my ear could non stop torture me with him and how he took a job to leave me. The truth is they have had me isolated and single for 17 years and they had to get me lit and him away from me to be able to do this stressed out miserable research on me. So they brought him into the group payed to monitor me to get him away and make me feel miserable and isolated and they make sure I know it was about money from my boyfriend or ex I guess since I get a vague wish washy text ever 2 to 3 days to string me along so they can keep torturing me about him.how much money did it take. Why after I find someone after 17 years did you destroy it? Thanks for your part Stepworks London this was the second fight in 4 centers I had been to in 4 weeks. Crown was playing and Lackey and SouthShore RW in the past 6 weeks this program was even brought into the AA meetings I attended and my Clinicians were up to it too

Does Molina Cover Suboxone & Methadone (MAT)?
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) can be appropriate to help you work through withdrawal symptoms when treatment starts. It can also help you manage opioid or alcohol cravings during your treatment process.
During medical detox you may receive FDA approved medications to help you safely navigate withdrawal symptoms and be as comfortable as possible. After detox, you may continue on MAT to manage cravings while you attend treatment. This can help you stay stable and avoid relapses while you lay a foundation for recovery.
MAT may be partially or fully covered by your Molina Healthcare plan.
What Types of Treatment Does Molina Healthcare Cover?
Your insurance plan will focus on paying for medically necessary care. You can work with your doctor to create a treatment plan that will help define what’s medically necessary for you.
There are a variety of treatment options. Many people start with medical detox where they are monitored and supported through the detox process to help manage withdrawal symptoms. After that, you may move into inpatient or residential treatment. Residential treatment allows you to fully focus on your recovery without outside distractions.
During outpatient care you live at home or in a sober living environment while you attend treatment several hours a week. The most intensive programs have full day treatment. There are also programs with around nine hours of treatment a week, and the lowest level is around one or two hours per week.

Does Molina Cover Other Mental Healthcare?
Molina plans cover mental health and behavioral health services. In many cases you must receive services from a provider that is in network with Molina to get coverage. You can call Molina or visit their Find a Provider page to connect with a specialist whose services are covered by your plan.
Molina Healthcare covers mental health and behavioral health services from licensed specialists. Covered services may include inpatient mental health stabilization, crisis support, therapy, and integrated treatment for those with co occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
How Do You Verify Coverage With Molina Healthcare?
There are two primary ways to verify your insurance coverage.
The first is to contact Molina directly. You can call the Molina Healthcare member services phone number. At this hotline, you can update your contact information with Molina and have your questions answered about coverage for treatment. You can also log in to your online Molina account to get information about coverage and in network providers.
Your second option is to work with the admissions people at your drug addiction facility of choice. They can verify your insurance coverage, answer your questions about treatment, and help estimate your out of pocket expenses. Some facilities offer financial assistance with sliding scale fees and payment plans to help you pay for expenses not covered by your insurance policy.
Addiction facilities may also help you find financial assistance in your local community, including scholarships and grants from local organizations and businesses. Many facilities also offer a free initial assessment to help determine if you qualify for treatment and offer some information about your treatment options.
How Much Does Rehab Cost Without Insurance?
The cost of rehab without insurance varies depending on several factors. These include the type of treatment you receive, the length of treatment, the geographical location of the facility, and the facility’s amenities. For example, inpatient rehab programs typically cost more than outpatient programs and the cost of medical detoxification is often more expensive as an inpatient than an outpatient.
However, that doesn’t mean you should delay treatment. There are many ways to pay for rehab. For example you can find programs with a sliding fee
scale based on income, or you can work out a payment plan with a center. Some treatment programs also have scholarships available. You can also borrow money from friends and family so you can reclaim your life and break free from substance use.
Does Addiction Treatment Need to Be in Network?
In most cases you will want to use Molina’s network of pre authorized providers. Using in network providers is the most cost effective way to access any healthcare services including addiction treatment. Providers participating in the Molina network have agreed to accept a negotiated reduction in fees for their services. Many Molina plans do not cover out of network addiction providers.
However, a few Molina plans may offer coverage for out of network mental health or addiction care. However you will likely have greater out of pocket costs in the form of higher copays and deductibles. This increase in cost can be very significant so be sure you’ve looked into what you would need to pay before you commit to a non network program.
