I just left the Southeast VA Clinic, where I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Maria Diana Garcia. It was my first time meeting with her, and it was a great experience. She was very down to earth, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I generally have had good experiences with the VA, but I want to give her some official kudos. She is a credit to that facility.

Some of the staff were absolutely amazing. Others, while not extremely bad weren’t the best depending. The call function was a bit of a headache to get through to patients I’ve heard from my family. I tried to get through to ask if they still had one of my medications (family brought it in) and when a staff member doesn’t pick up it rings a little then hangs up on you.
There were things to do such as sudoku, crossword, chess, uno, playing cards, and they normally have the tv remote you can switch the channel or change the volume.
They did smoke/outside time pretty often.
Just to add, I was in the adult side of the hospital, I never experienced the pediatric side. This was just my experience (I was there for 5 days)

I love it here but that early morning cafeteria worker that’s a man he’s so rude and mean. He makes me feel like it’s not okay to ask for food. It’s annoying and he acts like he hates his job

I stayed with Luxe for 40+ days and i can only say good things. The director and therapist(s) are experienced and actually care. The techs are awesome. The nurses and doctors are all amazing and provided me with some of the best healthcare I’ve experienced. A lot of the staff is in recovery also with lots of clean time. Oh, and unlike many other treatment centers, the contact person actually is honest about what you can expect!

Going to Vogue Recovery Center was a life changing experience. I had a serious addiction to prescribed drugs that went out of control without me noticing it. At Vogue Recovery I received a lot of support from their professionals, and staying in such beautiful, quiet place definitely helped a lot. My PPO plan covered it, which is amazing too. West care, at the Women & Children's center changed my life! They reunified me with my son and I now have full custody of my son again! This program saved my life! I LOVE all the staff there! (Miss Heather, Miss Irma, Miss Melinda, Miss Dawn) They TRULY want the best for u! And u become a sisterhood whole in there! EVERYBODY is SO supportive, caring and giving! They all work together to do what's best for you and they genuinely care about your recovery. There are alot of places in vegas that are not doing recovery for the right reasons. I visited Nestled Recovery Center last week and was really impressed with the personal attention I received. Alex and the team are truly outstanding! They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt welcomed throughout my visit. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and aren’t just waiting for time to pass. The nursing staff were incredibly qualified and professional, which gave me confidence in the level of care provided here.
What really stood out to me was how personal and flexible everything felt. There’s no strict, stingy corporate atmosphere like you might find elsewhere. It feels like a place where individual needs actually matter. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the grounds create a really peaceful environment. I came away feeling like this would be an excellent choice for anyone needing quality care in a supportive setting. Highly recommend taking a tour if you’re considering your options.

I completed two residential programs at Desert Hope, nearly back to back. I was in for alcohol addiction, opiate addiction, eating disorder, and self harming. You name it, it was going on with me. Desert Hope gave me a beautiful facility with generous staff to plan my life going forward. I have been sober since August 23, 2015 and I owe that in part to this facility. Not many places will make your bed every day, let you smoke whenever you want, provide you with great food, and take care of your mental health needs simultaneously. This center does, and I am thankful for the time I spent there and hope that someday I will be able to give back to this facility.

Some of the best nurses and councilors in town! Im usually in an out in 5 minutes. I fill up on the way to work and usually there is no line! Of course you have the off days when a nurse is sick or someone is running late but for the most part im out in a timely manner. The councilors actually listen to you. Give you advice if you need financial help! Also when traveling and setting up guest doses they make everything go smoothly. Takes the anxiety out of traveling ! Solange(Sully)is my councilor and she is amazing. My wife has Jordan and she has nothing but good things to say about him. Ive even heard her call him anytime if the day just to talk with her when she needs the extra support. Overall, my experience at this clinic has been 9/10. I took one point off because they dont take my insurance but my councilors are working on getting me compensated through my insurance through out of network co pay so hopefully i get some checks in the mail ! This place has saved my life and my wifes life as well. We went from struggling to get well every day living out of cars to owning our own home and having 2 cars paid off. I can travel now. I can live a somewhat normal life and i owe it to this place and the amazing staff !

From the moment I arrived in the emergency room at the VA hospital to the moment I woke up from my surgery, I was truly cared for here. I never had to wait. I was never disrespected. It seems like everything all around us is falling apart sometimes, but this place was truly a refuge in my time of need. FFR has literally changed my entire life in the present moment and has given me a future that wasn't available to me before. They are a community that I belong to and I have never belonged anywhere or with anyone in my whole life. But now thanks to FFR I do. They are a welcoming community of like minded individuals all providing support to one another and changing the world for the better. In addition to these spiritual needs, they provided me the support I needed financially to get out of homelessness and the PRSS training program to provide me with a future.

I recently moved from Arizona and before I came into this house I moved to another sober living (not this one) and that house did not work out for me so I luckily found this one. The reason I say that because unlike other houses, here at New lyfe solutions the house manager works here at the house meaning he's actively involved helping you in your recovery and making you self sufficient. He will guide you to your meetings show you were they are and not only that. Push recovery upon you. If any parents or family members is reading this review wondering if this house is right for their loved ones. I can say that they won't be just on vacation here Carlos pushes recovery onto the men here. Not because he has to but he truly wishes the best for everyone here at the home. If ur anything like me and need real structure to have the best shot too regaining your life back. And start living not surviving. Come give it a shot! Nothing but great things here.
Oh yeah Carlos the house manager helps out with grocery runs weekly which goes long way so you don't carry heavy water, soda, fruit, watermelon, etc back on your own.
Great location too meeting down the street, fast foods, haircuts,smoke shops grocery stores. Bus stops.
Won't regret this house one bit.

Behavior Health Tech SHONTEL is an absolute god send to everybody at crossroads staff and clients. Never in my life have I met such a pure warm hearted, compassionate human being.
