What a great experience! Wonderful staff of Behavioral techs. The counselors are absolutely amazing! I learned so much about myself and my disease of alcoholism! This facility and the staff helped me become a better person, a better husband, and a better father!! If you are really wanting to change your life and get better...this is the place.

The staff are the best anywhere. So caring and so knowledgeable. They listen, don't judge and do everything in their power to help you while you're there and after you leave. Thank you for who you are!!!

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

Aloha is such a great clinic. The therapists, Medical Assistants , Front desk and Billing are all so awesome. They answer all my questions and make me feel safe/happy when going into the office. The staff truly cares about their jobs and it shows in how they interact with me and others. They are frequently busy, but I never feel rushed or neglected. The staff always takes care of me, and I am so thankful!

I can’t give this clinic enough stars. My family has been through a lot of trauma and we have been using them for all of our mental health needs and they are always kind, caring and extremely efficient. I don’t feel the need to OVERLY advocate for myself like I do with every other therapist/healthcare provider(s) because they will already be making sure to take that initiative to ask you if you need anything! We specifically love Hilary, Lura, Krista, Mariah, Michelle, EJ, Britney and Angie (essentially the entire team here). I will never go anywhere else!

The billing department has always been kind to me. Helping me whenever I need it and working with me on my issues. Everyone at Aloha has been so nice and I've really enjoyed coming here.

My present Therapist and also my Doctor here are great. I am very picky about my choices concerning my healthcare, and Brian is very good to listen to what's being said, whether by voice, tone, facial or body language, and assisting me in clarifying and working towards my goals. Dr Shank has throughout the years always been very respectful and truly listened to what I am sharing with her, and helping me find the right treatments for my needs and goals. Update..... I'm with a new therapist since my last review, Brent has been great! He's very detailed, patient, non judgemental, and listens very well. He puts in a lot of effort to help me work towards my personal goals which is great. I still am able to vent, which is actually necessary for me to work towards my goals as I have a lot of issues that I struggle to understand and I am hoping to make progress in order to understand where my faults lay.

Diamond Recovery is incredible. They offer a wide variety of assistance in various forms. While in active addiction one day I realized I was ruining my life. I found myself at Diamond speaking to Amber who made me feel heard and seen. There are three clinicians who make up the IOP program that I HIGHLY recommend. Nita is a spiritual wizard. She introduced many to the healing frequencies offered via sound baths. Jake offers a safe space for much needed open communication while Andrea makes you really reflect on decisions. Both past, present and future. Together they have helped me grow into the sober person that I am today. I’ve gained a love for myself I never knew existed. Because of Diamond I have an ever growing sober community to turn to and I could not ask for a better program or people to have lifted me up along the way. Special shoutout to Kylee the phenomenal alumni coordinator for forcing me out of my introverted shell to build my sober community 🫶🏾

Love it best place ever

Been goin here for years, since they were Center for Behavioral Health. Staff has always been nice and professional. The director, Alisha, has been great in accommodating my issues. The Doc is friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. I have NO complaints about the facility or staff.

My Daughter was taken care of by this facility. They are knowledgeable, caring people. She had some of the greatest support she has ever seen. The stuff they do for these kids is amazing. Her therapist Erica was so great at helping her.

Hello not a review but coming from a youth that HAD to be admitted into these programs I know these always aren’t the best places because YOU DO SEE SOME STUFF that will traumatize ANY SOUL but often times this is our last resort places like COPPER HILLS YOUTH CENTER can save your child from entering the justice system!!!highly recommend if your child needs help and can handle a TOUGH ENVIRONMENT!!

Our experience with Copper Hills Youth Center was better than I expected. Our daughter really benefited from her time there and learned better coping skills, more about herself and what helps her. The communication between education, nursing and therapy were all wonderful. The activities and events planning always has great plans for the kids. Our daughter got to enjoy so many outings and things at her time in Utah.

I would suggest intermountain hospital for detox/ for inpatient substance and mental health treatment it was a fantastic experience for someone who's . . never been in detox before I would strongly advise people to go to this because Its actually someplace where you can feel safe you can get detox meds and medication that is long term and if wanted IOP is a option the staff and Drs are compassionate and you can feel heard and on top of that you get three free meals a bed that's kind of comfy and as long as you follow the no string rule or no alcohol in your products you'll get your property while your there. And I was. So greatful that we had breaks to smoke often but if you are a smoker make sure you bring unopened packs, but for a first time never been through detox before it was a wonderful experience!

The receptionist was rude and the nurse made us wait even though there was no one else in the waiting room. Not exactly public service.

Very rude and snippy..... The immunization nurse is never there and always 10-15 minutes out, and you can't make appointment so if you are trying to hurry it would be a safer bet to just go to your pcp....

St Alphonsus behavioral health has been a godsend for me. I have been a OCD patient since 2014. When I first started requesting OCD medicine at St Lukes, I was referred to sage health care. What I did not know at the time is St Lukes behavioral health is based in Twin Falls and St. Alphonsus behavioral health is based in Boise. At sage health care I started with a nurse practitioner who later retired and then I upgrade to a Physician assistant who left the practice and moved. In 2024 after 10 years at Sage Health care I decided if they were short on providers and realizing I drive by the St Alphonsus behavioral health In patient office, I would try to transfer to St Alphonsus behavioral health out patient. At St. Alphonsus instead of getting a Nurse practitioner or Physician assistant I started seeing a Physiatrist. I am very pleased with the treatment at St. Alphonsus and I would definitely recommend their behavioral health and Dr. Ken Squires to anyone needing treatment for mood disorders.

They truly care about the whole person here. Both physical and mental health are emphasized.
