What a great experience! Wonderful staff of Behavioral techs. The counselors are absolutely amazing! I learned so much about myself and my disease of alcoholism! This facility and the staff helped me become a better person, a better husband, and a better father!! If you are really wanting to change your life and get better...this is the place.

RTB has found an absolute ROCKSTAR in billing specialist JENNA LANE. She shreds through invoices and insurance gobbledygook with grace, and translates it into language clients can understand. She saves me time, money, and reduces the aggravation of dealing with insurance companies. Jenna also does a fantastic job touching base with her clients, setting expectations, timelines, and executing on deliverables. RTB and its customers are lucky to have such a sublime person on their team. I am thrilled with work she has done on my behalf, and find it re-assuring to have such an intelligent, and savvy professional on the ready. In short. Jenna Lane is the GREATEST Billing Specialist the WORLD has ever seen!!!! :-)

Raise the bottom is a commendable institution. The staff at the front desk are consistently warm and welcoming. The whole staff show a genuine interest in supporting people in their pursuit of personal growth and development.

This place saved my life! I am SO happy I found Raise The Bottom. The staff and counselors are very talented, passionate people who just want to help people get back on track! I have had a few counselors during my time here and they are all amazing!

This place is awesome. The only thing that didn't go very good. So I had to create my own aftercare

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

My name is Arthur and recently stayed at the facility. It was the most supportive and positive place I could have picked to deal with my addiction. Besides the atmosphere there, the staff was always on there toes, and never missed a beat. If you have a serious problem and need around the clock attention this is the place you need to go. Being there in person is much easier to do than to call. In person it feels like they know you and are there to help. Yet with calling they won't answer, it just goes straight that they're closed when they're not

The billing team always gets back to me promptly and provides great understanding to why I may owe for my co-pays and deductibles. The entire staff is wonderful

I feel like I would have been lost without there help. They are the best they walk you through in every detail the skills with you tell you get them down. I felt very scared that I was gonna relapse and end up back at the hospital but they showed me it was possible and having family notice the change is good but I still feel so horrible is still hard to tell if I am ready to finish and move on but I will say that this place makes me feel so safe and I struggle with my employer and you guys were able to get them to understand better the schedule even though I struggle with them for wednesdays cause sometimes I'm not out early enough to make it in time but i am so grateful cause it's been 2 years I was fighting postpartum depression I've been through so much all at once and I tried therapy and it just wasn't working and different medications and nothing and tried cbd oils and nothing and supplements and nothing.everyone is so nice and I feel so safe when I come here and my son used to cry once I pulled him out of the car seat and now I'm like do u want to go play with your friends and he didn't cry this time around which was great. I'd reccomend it especially for my daughter cause I feel down feel like she's going through it and she pulls me with her hopefully one day she will. Thank you all for what you do you guys know how to get the tears out so we're able to heal and feel better and what ever is upsetting us at the moment you guys listen without judging us and I appreciate it

I would recommend Serenity in Riverton to any mom struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD. All of the therapists there are very caring and want their clients to know how amazing they are and want them to feel better. I participated in the OCD/anxiety IOP, and had a great experience. Being surrounded by other moms who were also struggling was so empowering as we learned coping skills for OCD and how to deal with it head on. The child care that is provided during IOP was wonderful and my child loved going there. Morgan Slade, is one of the therapists there, and I would recommend her to any mom that needs OCD treatment. I have seen many therapists in the past, but from my first consult with Morgan, I could tell she was very caring and compassionate for her clients and wanted them to succeed. Honestly, Serenity helped me get through one of the hardest years and I am so grateful for that. It is an amazing healing center for moms.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how incredible my experience with Serenity has been and continues to be. I highly recommend the outpatient program. While individual therapy is always helpful, I found the group setting to be even more effective and transformative. One of my favorite things about Serenity is that the support doesn’t end when the program does. I’ve greatly enjoyed and benefited from their ongoing online classes, as well as their regular events and hangouts. I’ve made lifelong friends. Serenity is a place where everyone belongs, and the laughs and fun never end. Thank you to all those who make this program possible. I’m am forever grateful.

I had a group session and an individual session. The group session was great. However, the individual session quickly took a sour turn. DB, the therapist I was assigned to was a joke. He never introduced himself, walked away and just expected me to follow him and then tells me I need to leave my husband and take my kids to a homeless shelter. When I tell him that is not an option for me, he told me to basically just suck it up, accept my situation and offered to 'hold space' so I could just stare at the wall for an hour if "that's what I needed." He asked me what therapeutic tool I wanted to learn, and when I told him I had no idea because I don't even know what my options are- he basically made fun of me and told me to learn to play volleyball....it was demeaning and quite honestly, having a therapist on your staff telling people things like this can be dangerous. I left the counseling session extremely triggered and needing more help than when I walked in.

I am not very happy with the case managers at this service for my sweet woman, both of them are wasting our time and showing no respect to us at all. The first case manager, who filled out the application for the Legal aid program for the family lawyer told us that she would find out to see if we got approved. Unfortunately, we haven't heard any status for almost two months now. Our first beautiful granddaughter just transferred to a second foster mother within only two months. So I decided to come and talk with the second case manager about it last week with my sweet woman. She signed up for ROI a while ago and told her she needed my help. Unfortunately, this second case manager told me to wait in the lobby room for a short time but it didn't happen. I had to wait an hour and my sweet woman got very upset and cried about it. Time is clicking, wasting a lot of time waiting to see if we got approved or not for the “Family lawyer” and our granddaughter is already with a second foster mother within two months. Our granddaughter went to the emergency to have a second surgery right after only a few days with a second foster mother! These case managers aren't helping us at all and we need the family lawyer ASAP before our 3-year-old granddaughter could be transferred to the third foster parent. We don't wanna see our granddaughter get any trauma and confusion from different foster parents.
