Eagle Creek was truly a lifeline for our family. From my very first phone call, I could tell this was a place that was different. During an incredibly emotional and uncertain time, Luke, one of the owners, answered the phone himself. His kindness, patience, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. Luke connected me with Jeff, who showed the same level of compassion and sincerity. He was the first person throughout this entire process who paused to ask how I was doing, a simple question that meant so much during such a difficult time. That genuine care stayed with me. Getting my husband into Eagle Creek turned out to be one of the best decisions we have ever made. The team there is exceptional in every sense of the word. I had the privilege of meeting several staff members, especially Arthur, Mel, and Matt, who went above and beyond to offer support, reassurance, and kindness. Every person I encountered radiated warmth and a true desire to help people heal. I was deeply impressed by how purposeful every part of Eagle Creek’s program is. The therapies, counseling, and activities are all designed to help clients understand the roots of their addiction, grow personally, and develop the tools needed for lasting recovery. Their approach is clearly effective and equips clients to leave ready to maintain sobriety and build a fulfilling life. Life changing. The most attentive staff ever in this field! I Was always truely listened to every time from the Nurses, Yoga, Techs, Counselors, Dr's, Psych,and management. Insane living quarters, endless food & snacks. They let us live a life in there also if we had special needs outside of Northpoint that needed tending to. I left and added a piece of my Soul in both directions. Still working on my DBT book and greatful every morning as I open it up. They tought us how to live in Recovery, not just memorize coping mechanisms & recognize triggers Northpoint is truly the Master in the Rehabilitation & Treatment field! Touche, Bravo, well done!

It wasn't only a place to recover but a place to feel safe to rediscover who you are. I gained a sense of community and friendships. The entire staff was amazing and caring. I'm glad I had the opportunity experience the beginning of a life changing journey.

My time at Moonlight's Sky Ranch location was well spent. As someone who really needed to get healthy and start living again, and is now in the IOP phase, I can't recommend this program enough. I'm glad to be giving sobriety a chance, and I'm grateful to Moonlight for helping me give myself that chance.

Had a great time at skyranch, moonlight gives you the tools and at the end of the day it’s about what you do with it. You wont be perfect at the end of the day without putting the work in yourself. And even after that you wont be perfect. Life is full of ups and downs and it’s about the journey and the steps you take. Life aint easy. After the program they also pay for 3 Months of free housing as long as you go to the iop classes every day, Mon tru fri. It’s a great chance to get on top of your life! Be the change you want to be in the world!!! If i can do it you can, i promise you that💯

My experience here has been amazing eye opening the treatment here has bad things to my attention that I've never thought of in my long years of treatment and addiction and on top of that the environment is something I haven't experienced before I'm in a room with a jet tub huge shower and a bidet huge kitchen the comfortability of this place has allowed me to relax and pay attention to my work on sobriety

The faculty and this facility changed my life for the better. I had tried different forms of assistant for 3 years to no avail. Donny Wheat made it a point to sit with me prior to my deciding to go and explained everything in detail leaving me with no questions and even gave me a tour of the place same day. When I was hesitant, telling him all the things I need to tie up prior to me going he said he’d make sure everything was taken care of and he could help me with anything. Veronica was my therapist and after cycling through multiple therapist I felt this was the first true fit. She was very intentional and I could tell she listened to me deeply. I found myself feeling comfortable sharing where that has never been the case for me. The food was great and I really created a family there and we still stay in contact. I highly recommend this facility to anyone struggling.

I recently completed my 45-day residential stay at Brighton, and it was truly a great learning experience. During my time there, I was able to better understand the mental health challenges I’ve been facing and develop healthier coping skills that I’ll carry with me moving forward. I’m incredibly grateful to all the staff at Brighton for their support and guidance throughout this journey. Huge thanks to the Life Techs— ❤️ Kellie, Dillion, Danielle, Joe, Hillary, Jeff, Cameron, and Paula—for the meaningful conversations and for keeping me engaged in all the activities. You all made the experience feel real and relatable. Steve thank you for being such a good role model, you are truly an inspiration ❤️ Thank you, Donny, for understanding the military mindset and for introducing me to the Monastery before I took the big step—it made a difference. Big shoutout to my case manager, Lewis. I know how much effort you put into planning our outings, and I truly appreciated the thought and coordination you gave—especially with Fit to Recovery. Dr. Weston, thank you for helping me understand my diagnosis and for providing the tools and guidelines to approach conflict in a healthier way. To the Med Techs—Stephanie, Lettie, Jennifer, and Shavon—thank you for your kindness and care during my stay. And finally, thank you to Mika, Thomas, and Kevin for the delicious meals. Your cooking brought comfort and a sense of home to every day. Brighton gave me a safe place to heal and grow, and I’m thankful for everyone who was a part of that.

My time with Brighton has been life changing to say the least. This was my second time going through a treatment center and the difference was night and day. This time around I was able to get down to some root causes and truly get an understanding of what is going on in my head. The path ahead is much clearer after doing the 45 days at the monastery ( which is a beautiful and awesome place that really allows you to disconnect and allows you a safe place to process and heal.) I learned that connection was huge to my recovery thanks to my therapist Ashley and the connections I made there were crucial and meaningful. I still have a group of friends that I made there, that we get together and do sober activities. I can thank the program for exposing me to a community of like minded people, who understand, including staff and therapist. When I first got there I couldn’t stop to think how did I let myself end up at this point, but the day I walked out of the monastery my attitude was a complete 180, I was grateful to have experienced that and enjoyed finding myself again. They really do set you up for success. In addition, I had the blessing of working with Mr. Donny Wheat, who is the liaison for military clients. I can’t stress enough how beneficial it was having Mr. Wheat advocate for me, and provide a transparent communication with my unit of how treatment was going. It honestly gave my unit more of an understanding and allowed them to trust the process and program that Brighton has. At the end of the day our employers want us back to work and healthy right? But having Mr. Wheat allowed the process to go at the right pace. At my previous treatment center there was no such person. All in all Brighton has provided for me a fresh start in every aspect. We all have flaws, but they don’t have to define us, my 45+ days ( now that I am at their sober living facility, which is equally great) has made me realize that my flaws can be used to better myself. As I am writing this I am working on close to 90 days sober and I have every intention to just keeping looking forward one day at time, and I can thank the folks at Brighton for that.

The walker center was the best decision I’ve ever made! I was at my lowest point and in a place of desperation when I decided to call the walker center. It was a decision that changed my life completely and I am beyond thankful! The staff is great and most importantly you get to share a bond with the other residents trying to better their life as well! If you’re struggling I can’t recommend this place more!!

The Walker Center changed my life. I was terrified, I had never been in treatment before, I just knew it wasn’t for me. Little did I know just how amazing and life changing my 2 months with the Walker Center would be. I owe my life to the amazing staff and know that I wouldn’t still be here today if they hadn’t have helped me. Seeing the world from sober eyes has been an amazing experience, one that I won’t ever take for granted. They gave my kids their mom back… I can’t say enough good about this place. I started at raise the bottom about a month ago & I'm super lucky I had Amanda doing my intake. She made sure I did not feel one bit uncomfortable from the moment I walked through the door that morning. The way we connected was perfect, she made it so easy for me to come forward and be honest about my addiction, and that is never easy! Also my counselor Stephanie is amazing! I can open up to her and talk to her about anything and she always knows what to say. When i came in 2 different times for my assesment with Stephanie & Orientation with Amanda, they both offered me coffee before the appointments and let me make myself some! Just always so welcoming and i love that because as an addict going into places like that its hard because we're basically going in asking for help and thats never easy for someone going through an addiction. Dosing nurses! Those ladies do a great job. The hardest thing is getting stable on a dose while detoxing off a drug like fentynal. The way they care and walk you thru what to do while going through the symptoms is so touching. Ive never felt anyone care that much that i was in pain then my mother. I can say that if it wasn't for the staff at raise the bottom. I would not be off fentynal, and I wouldn't be wanting to go in everyday and dose..But I do because of them, because they made it to where I was comfortable to go in. Comfortable to be honest and open with them. Thank you all. ❤️ Everything I said was pure honesty & from the heart. You all are amazing & keep doing what your doing. Because you guys are saving so many lives & it sucks how it is unnoticed by many! I appreciate everything 🙏

First off I have to thank Jason Coombs, the owner of Brick House. A good friend of mine that went through this program set up a time to meet with him. Assuming the busy man that he is, he took time out of his day to meet me and hear my story. He is genuine, authentic, and truly cared about me and my recovery to sobriety. Both him and Archie were there with me through my initial detox. Through text and phone calls they were there with me every step of the way and luckily they were able to get me into the program very shortly after. Having this be my first treatment center I can honestly say that God put me here for a reason. Having first and foremost it being a faith base treatment center. It has reestablised my relationship with my higher power in such a way that has been infectious not only to me, but also to those around me. The curriculum and knowledge that the coaches, counselors, and staff have, has monumental in my strides towards my life long recovery. The program has been thought out in such a methodical and purposeful way. Not only for the people in treatment, but for their families too. They have programs set up for them to have a better understanding and gain on addiction. Everyone at Brick house recovery truly cares about every single person in treatment. Being an addict for 27 years. This is the first time I’ve been completely sober in 35 days. Yes I’m still early into my recovery, but I can honestly say that I could not have done this without this program. The physical part is one thing, but when you start digging into your emotional sobriety, that’s when the true work begins, and every person that works at Brick house knows what it takes to help you succeed. I’m gaining so much from this program and I’m learning so much about myself. More than I ever could have thought. Top notch care to the fullest!!

Brickhouse has been absolutely incredible. I've been going through the roughest time of my life for these past few years, and Brickhouse has really helped me see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The counsellors are amazing and so are all the people. It's filled with a bunch of people trying to better themselves and it's easy to relate to so many people and their experiences. I'm so incredibly grateful for everyone at Brickhouse!

Personally I’ve been going to Trivium through my struggles and even after! They are beyond awesome! The care team and everyone who works here is amazing! Open minded people very understanding and they work with you and your schedule! (As long as you communicate with them) I always enjoy coming in for class it’s always insightful.

Whatever your view of detox centers, drug addiction or mental health, I would be remiss if i didn't thank the staff at Allumbaugh House for being a contributing factor in my survival. The specifics aren't important, except for the staff truly does care. Although I have been back several times, they truly do what they can to assist you in not only detox, but resources to continue sobriety upon leaving. Too many names to mention, but you all are saints.

I’m sadly a frequent flyer for detox centers, I’ve probably been to about 10, both in and outside of the Ada County area. This is the best detox center I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind and doesn’t judge you. This is a great safe place to detox and the case workers will work with you for next steps. They’ve saved my life and changed it.

Aloha is such a great clinic. The therapists, Medical Assistants , Front desk and Billing are all so awesome. They answer all my questions and make me feel safe/happy when going into the office. The staff truly cares about their jobs and it shows in how they interact with me and others. They are frequently busy, but I never feel rushed or neglected. The staff always takes care of me, and I am so thankful!

I can’t give this clinic enough stars. My family has been through a lot of trauma and we have been using them for all of our mental health needs and they are always kind, caring and extremely efficient. I don’t feel the need to OVERLY advocate for myself like I do with every other therapist/healthcare provider(s) because they will already be making sure to take that initiative to ask you if you need anything! We specifically love Hilary, Lura, Krista, Mariah, Michelle, EJ, Britney and Angie (essentially the entire team here). I will never go anywhere else!

The billing department has always been kind to me. Helping me whenever I need it and working with me on my issues. Everyone at Aloha has been so nice and I've really enjoyed coming here.

My present Therapist and also my Doctor here are great. I am very picky about my choices concerning my healthcare, and Brian is very good to listen to what's being said, whether by voice, tone, facial or body language, and assisting me in clarifying and working towards my goals. Dr Shank has throughout the years always been very respectful and truly listened to what I am sharing with her, and helping me find the right treatments for my needs and goals. Update..... I'm with a new therapist since my last review, Brent has been great! He's very detailed, patient, non judgemental, and listens very well. He puts in a lot of effort to help me work towards my personal goals which is great. I still am able to vent, which is actually necessary for me to work towards my goals as I have a lot of issues that I struggle to understand and I am hoping to make progress in order to understand where my faults lay.

Do I mind that my profile will appear in a review for mental healthcare? No, not at all—especially since DBH does such a great job taking care of our family, for both therapeutic and psychiatric interventions! Especially satisfied with their turn-around-time for medication refills!

I've had mixed experiences I absolutely value and respect every therapist I've been in contact with for family therapy. They have been a staple in my life to help keep it all together while I feel everything has been falling apart. There is only so much a therapist can do but when they help you really get your life back together through extremely hard times some people have gone above and beyond heling me navigate a system that gave me failure after failure and I think that is something to say about their Employment and Education counseling.

Been goin here for years, since they were Center for Behavioral Health. Staff has always been nice and professional. The director, Alisha, has been great in accommodating my issues. The Doc is friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. I have NO complaints about the facility or staff.

I feel like I would have been lost without there help. They are the best they walk you through in every detail the skills with you tell you get them down. I felt very scared that I was gonna relapse and end up back at the hospital but they showed me it was possible and having family notice the change is good but I still feel so horrible is still hard to tell if I am ready to finish and move on but I will say that this place makes me feel so safe and I struggle with my employer and you guys were able to get them to understand better the schedule even though I struggle with them for wednesdays cause sometimes I'm not out early enough to make it in time but i am so grateful cause it's been 2 years I was fighting postpartum depression I've been through so much all at once and I tried therapy and it just wasn't working and different medications and nothing and tried cbd oils and nothing and supplements and nothing.everyone is so nice and I feel so safe when I come here and my son used to cry once I pulled him out of the car seat and now I'm like do u want to go play with your friends and he didn't cry this time around which was great. I'd reccomend it especially for my daughter cause I feel down feel like she's going through it and she pulls me with her hopefully one day she will. Thank you all for what you do you guys know how to get the tears out so we're able to heal and feel better and what ever is upsetting us at the moment you guys listen without judging us and I appreciate it

I would recommend Serenity in Riverton to any mom struggling with depression, anxiety, or OCD. All of the therapists there are very caring and want their clients to know how amazing they are and want them to feel better. I participated in the OCD/anxiety IOP, and had a great experience. Being surrounded by other moms who were also struggling was so empowering as we learned coping skills for OCD and how to deal with it head on. The child care that is provided during IOP was wonderful and my child loved going there. Morgan Slade, is one of the therapists there, and I would recommend her to any mom that needs OCD treatment. I have seen many therapists in the past, but from my first consult with Morgan, I could tell she was very caring and compassionate for her clients and wanted them to succeed. Honestly, Serenity helped me get through one of the hardest years and I am so grateful for that. It is an amazing healing center for moms.
