I have gone here before and received amazing benifits, right away in every aspect of my life. I saw Frank Palmer. He is a genus of the mind. His help in areas of trauma, stress, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more are mind blowing. It took only a short time to get my life and mind back on track and recover from utter devastation.
I can't say enough about how kind EVERYONE there is. Kathy Macintosh is the kindest person ever. She us a peer counselor there.
I just started there again to work through some new extreme life challenges. I did my first intake appointment with a new employee Vernessa Villar, from the Dayton office. I felt so compelled to leave a review about how incredible and sweet she is. It was a joy speaking to her to the point that the appointment flew by and I wished it hadn't ended. She is kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental intelligent, and caring. I can't wait to have her as a peer counselor which is another service offered by RNC that makes them so effectively helpful with any of lifes challenging roads we must walk.

CRC saved my life; there is no denying that. I reached out on a Friday morning and the intake team connected to me within 30 minutes. From that moment forward I have been in their care from detox through IOP and soon into alumni! Every step of the way the CRC staff - counselors, case managers, chef (yes there is a chef and he is AMAZING!!!!), billing, therapists, and leadership - were and are still around to support my recovery. I came in thinking that I only had a substance issue, but through the careful, methodical, and diligent work I came to understand the hopelessness which I was in as well as the sweet possibilities of my future in long term recovery. They connected me external resources and even helped me find a place to live after residential. When I say I love this organization and everything they do I mean it. I was blessed with the care and love of people who wanted no more for me then to help. Supported by people who lived to the tell tale and pass on their knowledge as all great humans do.
My goal in entering recovery for my first time was to marry my recovery and sobriety. I was nervous and scared because I thought I wouldn’t have fun nor be fun anymore - I was wrong. The man I am today forward took his first steps out of this facility with the strength, knowledge, belief, and love that he never knew existed because of CRC. Thank you from my roots grounded in Roseville to the sun that brings light and warmth to the Earth. I will pay it forward to every other person I encounter.

Shannon at the South Reno location was literally one of the best people I’ve ever met. She opened my mind to the best thing you can do for your life - think of the worst possible scenario and think of the options that you have from there. Never lose hope that you can change your life and recover from abuse beyond your comprehension. You can save your life by yourself if you have to. People only have power over you if you let them have it. Believe actions, not words. Master the masculine in yourself if you are a woman. Nurture the feminine in yourself if you are a man. Jealousy and thinking you’re not good enough does not serve your highest good. You can come back from the worst things imaginable. I was going to bring her some flowers to show that I’m okay because she helped save my life. In a strange twist of fate my cat was sick and no one listened, but when I went to AEC on S. This is an absolutely wonderful facility for detox programs. The staff is kind and incredibly attentive and the food is amazing. Heartwood provides a very relaxed environment for you to undergo a medically assisted detox taper program that I personally found highly affective. My withdrawal symptoms were minimal and the taper itself wasn’t challenging at all. One of the nurses, Meredith, is absolutely incredible in her attention to your specific needs and feelings. She is very empathetic and understanding in addition to being friendly and easy to talk to casually while receiving your treatment. She is an absolute professional and excels at what she does. In my opinion she made the difference in bumping the review from four stars up to five. My girlfriend landed at Heartwood after a relapse and she was in bad shape. She said that every single person who works there was incredibly kind, understanding and accommodating. They do everything they can to make your detox as painless as possible. To her, it wasn’t just a place to dry out - she had many insightful conversations about recovery with the staff there (probably every interaction). Unfortunately, she had been to a couple of other detoxes and nothing compares to this place. Very nice & clean house, nourishing & delicious food, and she couldn’t say enough kind words about the people who work there.

All meals are prepared by professional chefs skilled in preparing healthy food that supports the special needs of the human body in recovery. The treatment is holistic and includes nutrition, education, group and private therapy, as well as yoga, meditation, and fitness training. After a 28 day stay in the Summit residential treatment facility, I feel confidant and motivated in my continued abstinence and sobriety. The word from my peers in treatment who have experience with other facilities is that Summit is two cuts above the nearest competition. I am very grateful for my stay at summit and the loving care I received there.

Summit Estates has been a lifesaver for my family. I would describe the staff, counseling services, patient commitment and facility with every superlative term in the dictionary. Our family member received inpatient treatment, PHP and IOP through Summit over the course of a year, and we owe Summit a huge debt of gratitude. The staff members are outstanding: Roshin, Judy, Jon, Annee, to name a few. Addiction is a terrible, lonely disease, and the bright spot has been availing ourselves of the support, tools and community offered by Summit. I would highly recommend Summit and wish that anyone suffering from addiction could be treated by the exceptional professionals at Summit.

Summit Estate Recovery Center provides superior care to its' clients in many different regards. The entire staff there functions like a well-oiled machine, and they treat their clients with love, compassion, and understanding. The facility and the property it sits on provide a serene and private setting optimal for healing and recovery. The importance of a healthy diet, especially in early recovery, is emphasized at Summit. They provide whole food, organic, chef cooked meals for all who attend their program. This, coupled with top-notch clinical care, enables their clients to recover physically, mentally, and emotionally while attending the program at Summit Estate.

The staff at HAART truly saved my life. I went from being on the street with no shoes on my feet to being totally clean with a career, a home, a car and a family. I don't even want to think about what would have happened had I not been given such amazing support from this clinic. They truly care about you. Dr. Martinez is the best doctor to ever exist and he will do anything he can to get you right. He offered to buy me shoes when I was coming to the clinic shoeless. I even named my daughter after my counselor. (who is no longer there, unfortunately) They are 110% judgement free and I always look forward to catching up with everyone. I went from having to go in to dose everyday to only going once a month to get my supply because I worked hard to have clean drug tests and be the person I was before my abusive relationship sent me into a downward spiral. My heart goes out to HAART! Don't listen to the random negative comments. The people that talk crap are only giving you a one-sided version of events, and are probably narcissistic liars who like to blame everyone else for their own short comings. If you need help, this is the spot.

This is one of the best clinics in the East Bay. They have great staff that are very professional. Mike at the front desk is very friendly and nice he says good morning to most people and and goodbye the doctor is really great and the counselors are phenomenal. They are not legal drug dealers in my eyes they are here to help you.
