I have gone here before and received amazing benifits, right away in every aspect of my life. I saw Frank Palmer. He is a genus of the mind. His help in areas of trauma, stress, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more are mind blowing. It took only a short time to get my life and mind back on track and recover from utter devastation.
I can't say enough about how kind EVERYONE there is. Kathy Macintosh is the kindest person ever. She us a peer counselor there.
I just started there again to work through some new extreme life challenges. I did my first intake appointment with a new employee Vernessa Villar, from the Dayton office. I felt so compelled to leave a review about how incredible and sweet she is. It was a joy speaking to her to the point that the appointment flew by and I wished it hadn't ended. She is kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental intelligent, and caring. I can't wait to have her as a peer counselor which is another service offered by RNC that makes them so effectively helpful with any of lifes challenging roads we must walk.
From any mental disorder to abuse, self-esteem issues, substance abuse, or gaming, this is where you go to receive the kind, caring, compassionate help you need to regain control of your life.

This place seems like it is amazing, and I’m so grateful it exists. However, when I called to see if I could relay a message to my brother who is staying there, I had an unpleasant experience. Amber answered the phone, and I introduced myself as his sister. Before I could explain further, she curtly said she couldn’t confirm whether he was staying there and then hung up on me. CRC saved my life; there is no denying that. I reached out on a Friday morning and the intake team connected to me within 30 minutes. From that moment forward I have been in their care from detox through IOP and soon into alumni! Every step of the way the CRC staff - counselors, case managers, chef (yes there is a chef and he is AMAZING!!!!), billing, therapists, and leadership - were and are still around to support my recovery. I came in thinking that I only had a substance issue, but through the careful, methodical, and diligent work I came to understand the hopelessness which I was in as well as the sweet possibilities of my future in long term recovery. They connected me external resources and even helped me find a place to live after residential. When I say I love this organization and everything they do I mean it. I was blessed with the care and love of people who wanted no more for me then to help. Supported by people who lived to the tell tale and pass on their knowledge as all great humans do.
My goal in entering recovery for my first time was to marry my recovery and sobriety. I was nervous and scared because I thought I wouldn’t have fun nor be fun anymore - I was wrong. The man I am today forward took his first steps out of this facility with the strength, knowledge, belief, and love that he never knew existed because of CRC. Thank you from my roots grounded in Roseville to the sun that brings light and warmth to the Earth. I will pay it forward to every other person I encounter.

Diamond House Detox is absolutely an excellent and amazing recovery house and program! I have tried several different rehab facilities but Diamond House is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs!
I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I love this place!

Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. I was in this program after being released from incarceration, i was released to a inpatient 30 day rehab and then shipped here. This place really established new found structure in my life and they really help you with everything you could possibly want or dream of. The program director Steve is a very great man, has zero tolerance for bs lol. But a huge shout out to Kelly, Meg, dawn, Monica, Ashley, richard, Molly and my prss shannan. I was a patient at Three Rivers Indian Lodge. I am now a contributing member of society and have multiple years of sobriety for which I directly credit both the program and staff at the facility. During my stay, I felt like I was in a safe environment and that those who worked there sincerely cared for me and my wellbeing. The classes offered were very insightful and allowed me to understand why I had made certain choices and how to make better ones in the future. The meals provided were excellent and most akin to home cooking while the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Most worthwhile things in life do not come without struggle and recovery is no exception but I consider myself very fortunate to have began my journey of healing at Three Rivers Lodge.

From the first day that I walked into the facility, I was treated with compassion and kindness. I was not feeling great but the staff promised to take care of me and they did not disappoint. My counselor calls me on Wednesdays at 650am and that fine but that day I could not sleep at all so when I finally fell asleep I missed my call but I tried called back at 730 and no answer so I called the front desk they had someone call me and she talked to me for about 30 min and then said she had to go because she had another client but she never said I was going to be on stand by so I thought I was Good Friday comes around and I’m on stand by smh 🤦🏽♂️ but Friday I had an interview @1pm and I let them know I can reschedule and make it up but they did not care they had me wait till 1:30pm when my interview was at 1

Diamond house is truly a gem of a rehab facility. The counselors and nurses are truly passionate about the well being of their clients. They are committed to each and every person who walks through their doors seeking help.

There are not words to describe the care and compassion I have experienced.. I recently called to discuss treatment for a dear friend of mine who is struggling with alcohol use. Haley is the outreach coordinator I spoke with and she was so caring and kind. She talked with me about all the options and listened to everything I said. We then worked with heather who was also amazing and not pushy in any way. We ended up going another direction with his care but know in our hearts that they will be our GO TO if or when he is ready for this journey. As someone who works in the field I know this can be such a difficult time for people and now having watched my absolute best friend struggle I can honestly say they handled everything with such grace. Amazing facility. The therapists and counselors were very attentive and caring. Going to treatment is one of the hardest things a person will have to do in their life and they made my stat much easier than they had to.
The variety of classes they expose you to makes it a lot easier to understand that there is no one right way to get better, and that you have to find what works for you.

New Dawn and Kyle were a Godsend! Most of the staff during my stay in Orangevale residential was extremely caring and could relate to where I was coming from. I especially looked forward to Kyle’s weekly groups where he often took us out into nature and provided the opportunity to connect with myself and my environment on a deeper level. After completing treatment I look forward to Kyle’s weekly alumni groups where he continues to support and encourage me like no other!
