Trying to get appointments over the phone is a joke, it's the wrong number.... needs to be fixed.We finally drove to the VA Clinic in Pahrump, and talked to a Very Helpful staff member. ( Lacey ).We got my husband's appointment, and everything straightened out.The staff member actually was typing and talking, and listened to everything we had to say... at the same time!!! most workers can't or wont do that!She fixed all the problems we was having with the VA, in a very short time!!Great Job, Lacey.You need to hire more staff like her!

It's a small, but efficient clinic. You walk in and greeted by quite frankly the friendliest face in government employment. Lacey takes the time to treat you like an actual person and not some bipedaled annoyance that just toddles in from the cold. You need an appointment, Lacey has you covered. If wires get crossed, Lacey is already working the damage control to make it as if the mistake never happened. She's a bloody miracle worker and Veterans are blessed that she is on the job!

Praise the Lord! Thank you Jesus for U Turn for Christ in Pahrump, NV. I arrived at this discipleship program a completely broken and desperate individual. I was a horrible husband, a manipulative son, and a wicked neighbor. Fortunately the Son of Man had other plans for me. He said, Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. (Mark 2:17) And to say I was sick was a vast understatement. I was one injection of fentanyl away from death. I had no intentions whatsoever of changing. I only attended U Turn to placate my family and the law. I had several warrants out for my arrest and a bounty hunter after me, yet the Lord used Pastor John and his patience plus persistence to reach me. When I finally submitted to his authority and actually read the word I was completely and radically transformed instantaneously from a son of satan into an adopted son of the most high God. I have been sober over 3 years now and my entire life is dedicated towards shining as a light pointing towards Christ and the work He did on the cross (Ephesians 5:8). I teach children s ministry at Calvary Chapel in Carson Valley with my amazing wife Ana who also happened to be my first convert . The Lord answered our heart s desire when he gave us the most beautiful son ever who just turned one year old named Titus. Of course I owe all my gratitude towards the Father for drawing me near, the Son for dying for me and receiving me into His kingdom, and the Holy Spirit for transforming me into a new creation as well as sanctifying me. Pastor John and U Turn played an instrumental role within my regeneration and I will forever be grateful to everyone there. I had been to over 20 programs in my life before U Turn and attempted to beat my addiction via every worldly solution imaginable, yet now as I look back it was all rubbish until I had met Christ. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants eternal joy and is fed up with their addiction running their life. I came into the program April 2022, with the wrong motive. Meaning trying to impress my wife. Took a long time to realize that to change I needed to do it for me. We all have our own personal walk with our Lord and Savior.I was there 15 months, amd yes it's a 8 month program. I was a late Bloomer. The first phase is hard, doing jobs in the community, and not seeing the rewards. But trust me they are waiting for you. I've had to dig a five by five hole. It took a lot to be disciplined. Thanks to me I made it easier. Sorry Pastor for the grey hairs.I would like to address the negative comments about the digging holes in112 temperature, and being left off at gas stations.Phase one men don't dig till after 9pm and Pahrump is not 112 at nightSecondly phase 2 men can dig at any time, for any duration as long as it's done in 3 days, exceptions are made.In regards to dropping men off at gas station, a call is made to inform friend or family, of situation. Men who walk off property are mostly welcome back, the punishment is digging a hole.Hence in life we have a choice. I recommend this program. It's a working ranch, and yes they feed you good. They don't call it the u turn40 for a reason for a reason.Thanks to Pastor John, and his wife Maryanne for putting up with me for 15 monthsMen have you gotten to that point, and you're telling yourself I got this, that's when you need help. This program gave me hope when I had no hope in my life. Uturn for Christ teaches us struggling with addictions how to be disciplined Men of God. The Lord used this program to restore my life, family, and Pastor John and Mary Ann were with me every step of the way. No one ever said it would be easy, but Gods grace is enough! Of course this program has rules and consequences of bad decisions. Those are life lessons we men need when we come to Uturn! Also the free will to leave anytime, you must be willing to let God change you from the INSIDE/OUT. My freedom from addictions has come from Jesus Christ through this ministry. I completed this program in 2016-17 and have become the man of God I was created to be. God has blessed more than I deserve as I serve my wife, family, church and community all for the Glory of God. Took the Rock in December of 2005. Mike Richie was one of the more memorable councilors with his 4:30 a.m. formation call-out in the freezing weather just to tell you how great the weather is in the Bahamas. It's one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've ever been to. I made a whole lot of great memories and friends up there. And would go back every summer to beat this Vegas heat and for the peace of mind this wonderful place on earth gives you. To all the brothers I found out there, I hope you're doing well and hope to see y'all again real soon!

Our daughter has been through a long and painful journey—one that at times felt hopeless. We had tried other facilities and programs, only to be disappointed time and again. Too often, the system felt indifferent. Three places gave up when things got hard. Staff seemed overwhelmed or under-trained. Promises were made but not followed through. It left us as parents emotionally drained and our daughter feeling like she was beyond help.

Every staff member, from clinicians to support staff, has treated our family with dignity and respect. There is a warmth in this place, a real human connection that you just don’t find everywhere. It’s not just a facility—it’s a community of people who genuinely care. That makes all the difference in the world.

Vogue saved my life! The staff was amazing. The facility was TEN STARS! My case manager Lin was awesome! Tech Jim was amazing too! Nursing & kitchen staff were very helpful. My experience at Vogue was extraordinary.Intake- From the start with the call center (Deanne) to intake (Keely), I and my addiction was treated with care, respect and dignity. Keely was especially empathic and caring through her compassion and showing how safe Vogue is.Therapy & Case Management- Lin was awesome as a Case Manager. I had yet to be assigned a Case Manager and needed help with FMLA. She help get the FMLA paperwork submitted on time and then became my Case Manager. She help guide me through my the technical and support aspects of recovery amazingly. Tony, Bre, Eden, Donny, and Raluca are AWESOME therapists that put the clients first and advocate for them daily. Groups were inspiring and greatly informative. The true tools of my recovery.Nurses- So incredible! Caring giving and compassionate. Mina, Don, Jennifer, Devin, Michael and Candice were always there to help and guide through the medical aspects of recovery. Also, they were impromptu "therapists" to help with processing and rough times. Plus the Nursing Group Therapy was great!Techs- They are the life blood of Vogue, ESPECIALLY Swing Shift. Hugh shout out to Ro and her staff (Jim, Holly, Ruby, and Jayme). Jim is a great peer support facilitator. Pure positive energy! Always encouraging us and caring through hourly check ins. Ruby is kind, caring, intuitive, and empathetic. Her laugh and smile pick you up while her story and words guide you on recovery. Holly is insightful, smart, and compassionate. If you are serious about getting sober and don't mind following some simple rules, this place is great! The counselors are amazing and understanding..this place allows reunification with your children if you have a cps case. They allow visitation with your children and you can take care of all your required classes through zoom. They also allow you to go to court via zoom. They work with clients in the family treatment program allowing them to UA on sight. They provide all around services needed to help you get your children back in your care. The child specialist Mrs. Gill is amazing and works with Ms. Maddie on contacting your dfs worker and scheduling on sight visitation whether it's supervised or not. They have an amazing nursery for the children living on campus with allows you to attend all your required programs. This place is amazing!!

I highly recommend this facility. All the staff has been great. But miss jacklyn has been the biggest help to me thus far. She calls me on my bs, holds me accountable, pulls me out of my shell, gives me courage, and most importantly she is helping me arm myself with facts about myself. I was admitted to the VA hospital this past weekend. I have COPD. The care I was given was the best I've had since being diagnosed 4 years ago. I've been in the local Hospital facilities on numerous occasions because of location when episodes have occurred but this time I was able to get to the VA Hospital before it really kicked in and the care I received was by far the best! This is not to say local Hospital is bad because it's not but this seemed to be on a different level! I have nothing bad to say of any of the entire experience. Even the food experience was exceptional. Always fresh, healthy and delicious! And FRESH! Everyone was polite and kind and attentive! I am a person who, if service is bad, will let you know and I believe when it"s really great should be complimented! I want to thank the staff from E.R. admitting to checking out for the service and care I received! 6 West made my stay very comfortable! Thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and facility staff for your service. If anyone needs an example of the way to run a, I'd suggest 6 west.

Great methadone clinic everyone treat you like a friend after the second day you're there everyone remembers your name you don't have to show ID they all can put you in the computer without even asking your name anymore it's amazing it's a great Clinic I wish they did we can take homes instead of just Sunday but hey shouldn't have started doing heroin either

FFR has literally changed my entire life in the present moment and has given me a future that wasn't available to me before. They are a community that I belong to and I have never belonged anywhere or with anyone in my whole life. But now thanks to FFR I do. They are a welcoming community of like minded individuals all providing support to one another and changing the world for the better. In addition to these spiritual needs, they provided me the support I needed financially to get out of homelessness and the PRSS training program to provide me with a future.

Been coming to BHG for 7 years now and never had a problem with anyone working there the one's complaining seem to have a problem following simple rules which is stay clean, go everyday except Sunday to build there trust for take homes and call in to the BHG medical hotline the days your suppose to call for a diversion that's it or they are too lazy to go to the welfare office to get medical Insurance fyi be ready to pay 80$ dollars a week if u don't have insurance so I recommend this place to anyone who is serious of getting clean and becoming a better person and to live life again.

Newer, non-smoking, handicap accessible, secure, short term drug & alcohol detox facility. First came through in 2016, when it first opened, on my way to a 90 day Westcare residential program. Now I have 4.5 years clean and sober. I visit monthly to speak to clients about getting recovery, because this is where my new life first began, and I am grateful. It is what you make it. Staff works very hard, and will help you with many resources for recovery. But you have to ask!

Love this church it s very laid back and diversified. The staff is nice and they even hold NA/AA/GA classes here with awhile sort of other things. Pastor is very chill and accepting. This is one of the most professional church s in Las Vegas with a very huge campus. Recommend coming to service Saturday 4pm or Sundays has 2 services 9am and 11:30am. This church also host a very easy going community service program to that also recommend using. :)

Had to take the domestic violence classes via court orders and was not too pleased about it. Now despite what some of these reviews are saying, I must give a shout out to Karla and Arnoldo whom were my DV counselor. They are truly great people! Even though I was unhappy about having to take domestic violence classes to begin, doing it with them made my experience that much better. So thank you for that!
