I felt very comfortable from the moment I got in. They made sure that I was seen by a Dr. very quickly and taken care of as needed. I have to say that Virtue Recovery is by far the best place I could have ever chosen to get the help I so desperately needed. The entire Virtue staff are the most attentive and supportive people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The entire facility is gorgeous, the cleaning staff do a remarkable job. The chief and cooks are so amazing and every meal was so yummy (They even were so accommodating when I got dental work done and it was so painful to chew)! The therapists are the best and I LOVED all our group discussions. I have to give a MASSIVE shout out to Floyd, Kim, Aliyah, and Jess…. they supported me and had my back when I felt like I was just falling down. The Nurses are all freaking wonderful too! I can’t even put into words how incredibly grateful I am for everyone. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone. I have made the deepest friendships while I (and everyone else) learned how to navigate this journey to recovery. It’s not a fix all, it’s the stepping stone to start building your new foundation. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient

Outpatient rehabs provide addiction treatment aligned with clients' unique schedule and evolving needs. Many programs offer evening, night, morning, and weekend services to accommodate clients who are working professionals or full-time caregivers. They also provide a full continuum of care, including psychotherapy, recovery-focused life skills training, and, for clients in alcohol and/or opioid recovery, medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Intensive Outpatient

Clients receiving addiction treatment in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) typically have completed inpatient rehab or have chosen to forgo hospitalization following detox. The high-level care provided by intensive outpatient rehabs is particularly suited to clients in early recovery, those in crisis, and those at an elevated relapse risk. Clients engage in nine to 20 hours of treatment per week on average. Common services include psychotherapy, recovery education, holistic therapies, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Partial Hospitalization Program

A partial hospitalization program (PHP) provides short-term, intensive rehab for individuals that require intensive care but don't require it 24/7. PHP treatment offers structured programming, often involving a combination of individual and group therapy sessions. Typically, a partial hospitalization program meets for an average of 90 days with sessions taking place 3-5 days a week for a minimum of 20 hours. While some PHP treatment provides on-site accommodation, others allow you to return home.

24-Hour Clinical Care

One of the top benefits of 24-hour clinical care in Nevada is the ability to safely withdraw from alcohol or drugs. This supervised setting lowers the risk of life-threatening complications that can occur as a result of withdrawal. Medical staff provide constant monitoring of your health, so you receive immediate treatment for any symptoms. This medically supervised detox is much safer and comfortable than trying to detox at home.

Medically Assisted Detox

Ridding your body of alcohol and drugs in a medically supervised environment is known as medically supervised detox. During this period of inpatient care, you are monitored by a team of medical professionals whose job it is to help keep you as safe and comfortable as possible while addressing any withdrawal symptoms. Medically supervised detox is typically the first step in the recovery process, and usually takes an average of 5-7 days.

Opioid Addiction

When you enter drug rehab in Nevada, you receive professional assistance to remove drugs from your body and cease your body's need for the substance. You learn coping strategies and receive support to prevent relapse and enjoy long-term sobriety.

Specialized substance abuse treatment in Nevada can support individuals who need help for substance abuse. Care levels include outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. By incorporating evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), counseling, clinicians can help you to get to the root cause of your addiction and equip you with the tools to maintain your recovery.

When a person is unable to control their drinking despite negative effects in their life, they are experiencing alcoholism (alcohol use disorder). Recovering from alcohol addiction typically requires professional intervention such as alcohol rehab in Nevada. This may occur in a residential program, intensive outpatient program, partial hospitalization program, or support groups. Recovery typically begins with detox and continues long after rehab with ongoing supports.

Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women

These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. Military Program

Serving in the military is both mentally and physically challenging, and can result in trauma that persists even after combat ends. Military programs are tailored to the specific and often complex needs of active duty personnel, veterans, and military families. Clients often access these programs through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Clinical Services

Individual therapy provides you with a confidential setting to explore the complex factors that contribute to drug and alcohol addiction. Your therapist can provide tailored support and help you develop healthy coping strategies, improve self control, and build a foundation for sustainable sobriety.

During rehab treatment in Nevada, it may be difficult to put your emotions and thoughts into words. Creative arts therapy provides an alternative form of expression that allows you to communicate your struggles and process your emotions.

I got in touch with Virtue Recovery when I had needed help with my addiction. Kim, one of the techs at Virtue, came to pick me up from my house and brought me to detox. She greeted me and made me feel like I made the right decision. She is awesome. I got to Virtue and was greeted by Tommy and Floyd. Being in the state of mind I was in, they were very respectful and checked me in. Within my time at virtue all the doctors and nurses were so helpful on my Recovery and informative about my addiction. Michael (head nurse) gave a class on all the medical questions I had. I highly recommend this as an orientation! The councilors Steven, Keri, and my therapist Michelle gave group sessions twice a day. I do not know how I could have completed the program with out Michelle. I wish I could have had her as my therapist going forward. Virtue Recovery sould be blessed to have her as a counselor. Thank you Michelle. Camisha Johnson was my case worker, she took care of everything else so I could focus on my Recovery. All I can say is that the overall staff here is absolutely incredible. Every person you meet will introduce themselves and build an honest conversation with you. I was treated here and right from the beginning, I felt safe and comfortable enough to be open about any struggles I was facing and what my goals were while in treatment and even after treatment. With every concern, question, request, etc. being considered — no questions asked. The amount of support through group meetings, meeting others with similar or even different experiences and getting to know them/hear their stories, talking with your nurses and doctors, building a sense of community with your peers helps you remember what matters most and why you are taking on this journey to recovery. From the doctors, to nurses, techs, even the chefs and house staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and remind you of your worth. Huge shout out to Floyd and Aliyah for being so amazing.
