Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. The facility is great, very clean, and lots of things to do here. I would recommend to a friend.

I've been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There's a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don't agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn't make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I've had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that's so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I've had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. "It works if you work it"

My first night was terrible, I came in full crisis and I was just put into a room. After I was moved to Tuckers it was better, nurses and techs were amazing.Night staff needs to be more considerate, conversating at patient doorways at 2am.Otherwise I was treated with respect and I got what I needed while I was there.

Tuckers saved my life twice. I was treated with respect by everyone and some of the staff showed me empathy when I needed it. The techs were especially awesome and I know they are doing it to help people because the pay isn't amazing or anything. I also had coexisting substance abuse issues and they made arrangements for me to goto treatment when I got out, both times.

McShin is a special place. No place will fix you if you aren't 100% committed to fixing yourself. A major part of recovery is realizing that what we had done before was not working and we are the person that is most in the way of our recovery. With that being said, if you are committed to your recovery The McShin Foundation is a great place to help you get back on your feet and help you learn how to live your life in your recovery from addiction. Part of the beauty of their program is that you can progress at your own pace. I stayed in their sober living program until I felt ready and that was great for me. No place is perfect, but McShin is a very special place.

Linda literally keeps me sane and alive. I swear I have never been treated more like a human being than at this place under Linda’s Care. She listens to me and actually cares. Over the years I’ve grown used to being treated like the next inconvenience or crazy person to deal with. Silenced, unheard, unhelped. Just slapped with another diagnosis and told to take these pills and like it. Not here. Here I feel safe and seen. I’ve dropped half the meds I use to be on and she actually activity helps treat my symptoms and even took away bogus diagnoses. I feel like a human being with her. The staff(counselors) is amazing, they are always willing to help you. Some even takes their personal time, off work, to help you knowing that they are not getting paid. I can honestly say, from my personal experience, that many of these counselors really wants to help you do better for yourself. They really want to see you succeed in life. I can say that I am not an easy person to deal with sometimes and they have not nor will not give up on me, and they won t give up on you!! I really consider some of them as family. Recently I have been going through a really tough time, personal and financial crisis, and they have been there for me every step of the way. This one counselor even went out of their way and paid my phone and light bill to relieve me of some stress and she told me not to pay her back.She took her own money to help me out something that she didn t have to do at all. Also every since that day she has paid my phone bill to help me provide and take care of my nieces and nephews. Basically what I m trying to say is that I appreciate and thankful for this place. I also wanted to let everyone know how amazing this particular clinic is and to tell everyone that they will stand behind you all the way through this program and anything else that you need help with.

I moved into the Avalon house about 8 months ago. It has really become a home to me. There is a lot of women in one home but we all manage to get along rather well. The Avalon house has been a safe , supportive, clean environment. We operate similar to the Oxford model in that we hold one another accountable. Anastasia is a hands on housing manager but she gives you the room you need to be an adult and make the decisions for your recovery that you feel are right. Having an intervention for my brother was not going to be an easy thing to do. We knew we couldn t do it alone. Someone put us in touch with Sam. This past week, we had scheduled an intervention for one of our family members. While I was not the one who coordinated it, Sam still showed what a true professional is and guided everyone in the right direction. Not only did he educate us on how to interact, but he advised us to use certain words/phrases which was a tremendous amount of help. He stays with you through the entire process and is always there if you need. Even though the family member was tough on Sam, he kept his professionalism and was able to guide him to treatment. When we arrived to the facility, the family member actually thanked and gave Sam a hug for what he had done. 10/5 I highly highly encourage you to hire Sam for the help of your loved one.

Sam saved my uncles life, who was given a year to live and refused to get help until we had an intervention. Sam s 93% success rate is no joke. If you have a family member struggling with addiction don t look anywhere else, bring Sam in to help.We got in touch with Sam and he was willing to come hold an intervention the next day. As a family, we decided to wait a week so that we could coordinate everything and find a bed. Sam, let us know the process, met with our family the night before the intervention and had my uncle into rehab the same day.Sam took the time to understand the situation, provide empathy to our family but most importantly told us and my uncle the truth even if it was hard for us to hear. He will also support the family and addict until the treatment program is completed in full. With Sam s help, my uncle has taken the first step to get healthy and there is now hope for his future.

For our family, this was the finest thing that could have happened! This past winter, our 16-year-old spent nearly three months in the facility dealing with anxiety, despair, and self-harm concerns. Her time there profoundly altered her life. The counselors understand how to relate to teenagers and are incredibly competent and knowledgeable. They are also incredibly nice and kind.

New Life for Adults and Youth has not only changed my life, but saved it. Once battling with a crippling heroin addiction, I am now set free and am able to be the daughter & sister I was meant to be. This program is well-rounded with vocational training, relapse prevention classes, and mentorship programs and focuses on the root of your addiction, not just the addiction itself. VCU Medical Center is the best center ever! the service that I received from the staff of this place was wonderful, I feel very grateful for the great attention they gave me and my family. The nurses are very kind, and helpful, they are really committed with the recovery of the patients, you can see that love their work by the way that they treat the patients, I really love this place, I never had been attended in another center how they treat me here. Highly recommended.

One of the best clinics I have been to in the area. They have gone through some recent changes and it has made it even better. Probably one of the nicest and most compassionate staffs I have worked with. When they say they will do everything to meet you were you are at they mean it. They all treat you with dignity and respect, and not as a number. I ve been to other clinics, and I can truly say Applegate is the best. If you are debating starting treatment I highly recommend you check them out!

Went today for the first time and I could not have asked for a better experience! The entire staff was amazing! I was completely comfortable, they took care of literally everything, the process was super smooth and the staff-again, I just can t say how caring and welcoming they were. They made me feel right at home. 10/10. You won t regret going here!

I ve been visiting this practice for years and cannot speak highly enough about their service. The staff is expedient, accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and kind. Rescheduling is always easy, and they are more than happy to work with you if you re running a bit late. Through sublocade I have been able to regain confidence, security, and stability in my life, making me feel whole for the first time since childhood. I don t generally leave reviews but as someone who will avoid a hospital at any cost this was a pleasant experience. The nurse & staff are incredibly kind and do not make you feel like an inconvenience. They really put your well being first and do not try to push you out.I hear about a lot of bad experiences in hospitals and would really recommend them. I spent time in their ER & PCU.

Absolutely fantastic service from this ER. I went in recently due to severe abdominal pain and not being able to keep food or liquids down. I was worried that it was a problem with my gallbladder or pancreas. I received care immediately on entry. The reception ladies at the front were so kind and helpful while I was signing in. I waited for about 10 minutes maximum before being let back into a room. The nurses were very polite, quick, and helpful. They administered medication to help my problem asap, and helped with pain management which was much appreciated due to the amount of pain I was in. I have a very high pain tolerance and I m not the type of person to express pain or discomfort so I m very grateful that the doctor listened to me and my pain and did everything she could to help me. Stellar service, I won t even bother trying another ER in the future if I have an emergency.
