When I think about what it truly means to be a hero, I think of those who put the needs of others ahead of their own, those who serve with compassion, commitment, and quiet strength, even when no one is watching. That is exactly what I experienced at Mary Washington Hospital, and I want to take a moment to say thank you. I recently visited the hospital due to severe pain that was keeping me up at night. From the moment I arrived, I felt seen, heard, and cared for. The check-in staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency, and I was seen quickly in the ER, which brought immediate comfort. I want to express my deep gratitude to Dr. Benjamin Watkins, who took the time to listen with empathy and explain everything clearly. His knowledge and willingness to investigate the root cause of my pain made me feel reassured and respected. Even though I had to be referred to neurology for further evaluation, Dr. Watkins helped guide the next steps and offered support for pain relief in the meantime. That level of care means so much when you're in distress. To the nursing staff, you were the heart of my visit. Your patience, humor, and dedication were constant sources of comfort. You never made me feel rushed or like a burden, and your kindness stayed with me long after I left. To the entire medical team, those at the front desk, those behind the scenes in labs and imaging, and everyone I may not have met face to face, thank you for being the steady, skilled hands that keep everything running. Your work matters deeply. Mary Washington Hospital reminded me that healthcare is about more than tests and treatments, it is about people who care. I had back surgery with my recovery i was admitted each time I go into the Dr or hospital its a great experience every one has always treated us with respect make my recovery easier

I want to thank TT and all the other members of the Snowden team from D unit. Throughout my stay there, the staff were super efficient and very professional. There were a few times where other residents set off a few of my red flags but the staff was always there to help and led there support. Best to you all and keep up the good work!
