I can’t thank the nurses and doctors enough for the incredible care they provided for my baby while she was in the NICU. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with kindness, patience, and compassion. They made sure my baby was comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. What stood out the most was how attentive they were — they answered every single question we had, explained things clearly, and reassured us whenever we felt worried. It truly felt like they cared for our baby as if it were their own. We are so grateful for the dedication and professionalism of the entire team. They made a stressful situation so much easier to get through, and we’ll always remember the excellent care we received here.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Shalini Varshney, Nurse Kylie, and the entire team at UVA Prince William Medical Center. They were all incredibly kind, respectful, and professional throughout the delivery of our baby. Dr. Varshney was outstanding her calm presence and expertise made us feel completely safe and supported. Nurse Kylie and the other nurses were so attentive, compassionate, and encouraging every step of the way. Their care and dedication truly made this special moment even more meaningful for our family. Came to the site to do a tour of the facility. Met the clinical director for the tour, would have given 5 stars but the front desk area was very messy and had a strange odor. This should be addressed soon since it is the first thing you see as you enter.

Embark provides top-notch, exquisite service beginning at receptionist, the enrollee director, and entire staff. Very warm, caring and friendly staff providing great, quality and professional services to youth and families! Thank you, Embark for making a difference in the lives of our youth and families!!!

This is a greatClinic. Very clean, neat and orderly. The staff is very hospitable and welcomes you with open arms. They’re easy to talk to and very friendly and make you feel like you’re talking to one of your closest friend(s) that you can share anything with. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that has Teenagers that’s going through any kind of mental issues and need someone to talk to. If there were some kind of way to give them a 10 star rating I would.

Truly changed my life.

Going to CFD McLean for ARFID treatment saved my life. When I entered the facility, I was a shell of myself and had zero 'safe' foods; with the support of all the staff, this number quickly grew to 50+. Specifically for ARFID, this facility is equipped and incredibly knowledgeable + understand the severity of this ED. They are also incredibly knowledgeable of Celiac disease and food allergies + sensitivities. The staff goes above and beyond to make the environment safe during meals, exposures, in the communal area and kitchen, group sessions, individual therapy, nutrionally, etc - anywhere where there is a potential trigger for ARFID. Exposures to 'new' foods are done safely and with support from the staff. I will call out that Specifically, Scott is phenomenal at supporting and guiding patients through food exposures. Anna (dietician) does everything in her power and more to assure that the care plan is tailored to needs and is balanced. She is also a master at collaborating with other care team members to make sure that patients are well supported. Kathy as a therapist truly understands ARFID and tailors all therapy to make sure that a patient is going to be able to meet goals and is supported through all the moments: highs, lows, amd everything in between. I need to credit Scott, a tech, for singlehandedly saving me. His care, willingness to support through all the moments, guidance, and consistent support is why I was able to get back on my feet - he is truly 1 in a million and CFD is the luckiest to have such a kind, passionate, and caring staff member on their team. Every single staff member at CFD cares and patients can literally feel it through their advocacy, support, guidance, and everything in between. Amanda, Kayla, Jennifer, Liz, Emily K, Emily R, Ona, Dr.Irving were also instrumental in getting me back on my feet. Highly recommend CFD McLean to anyone seeking residential ED treatment!

Center for Discovery has done everything under the sun for me. I was there for 8 weeks before being stepped to a psychiatric unit. The 8 weeks i spent there were rough for me, but the team did everything in their power to help me. As I neared the point of having to leave the facility, everyone truly did everything in their power to allow me to stay. Even though I do have to leave for the time being, I really do hope to return once I am able to. Amanda, Emily R, and Liz were all amazing and are some of the best people out there. This is the best IOP in the area. As a professional working with the courts, they have been my go to when i have questions about substance use treatment and referrals. Even if they are not the best fit for my clients, they connect me with the appropriate service provider.

I had quite the journey trying to find the right therapist for me but everything changed when I met Siria. She’s made going to therapy something I enjoy. Worth every penny. Can’t recommend this practice and Ms. Minaya enough.

I’ve been at Insight for five years and have been able to grow professionally and as a clinician. I stay at Insight because I love it here. I have the freedom to set my own schedule and am encouraged to be as creative as possible. As therapists we’re often working with difficult situations. Even so, there is an atmosphere of joy and laughter in the office – one that our clients feel as well. When my close family members have asked me where they should go for therapy, I’ve referred them to Insight Into Action Therapy.

Thank you CFD for helping my child with her eating disorder. Thank you Ester, Sarah, Alexis, and the entire staff. It has not been an easy process, but thank you for your patience and kindness that got her to where she's at today. It is definitely bittersweet now that she's discharged. CFD saved my life I have battled an Ed for 2 years now and since coming here and just leaving my life has been turned upside down for the better. I have learned so much here than I have in any other treatment. CFD helped me fix my body image issues and helped my exercise addiction and I was able to find other activities to enjoy besides those. All the staff here are absolutely amazing and so kind. I love you Sebastian, Lydia, nurse ester, and Sarah. I had a therapist switch in the middle of treatment but my new therapist was still able to provide an amazing experience at CFD and helped me so much. CFD is great and the treatment is very personalized with your own personal meal plan and after a while you can prep your own meals and go on walks. My favorite thing was going out and going on exposures to help me. All my peers were amazing and always so helpful. The staff is so kind and respectful. You can also go on walks once you reach medical stability. Highly recommend CFD.

Center for discovery really saved my life! when I was admitted to cfd I was scared, but all the staff were so welcoming and very helpful with answering any questions I had. Most of the staff were extremely kind and so understanding. Nurse Esther was the best nurse ive ever had an all of my treatment. (im not sure if she's there anymore because its been almost a year since I left). im writing thes review to say thank you all so much for everything you did to help me in my recovery!

I’ve been to Mount Vernon Hospital this month three times due to my irresponsible neighbor not getting a rabies vaccine for there 120 lb Cane Corso, which means I have to go thru all the rabies shots required. I was originally registered at check in by Monica, she was lovely and very kind, knowing I was extremely nervous she made me feel good .I then had my first interaction with RN Julie she admitted me , she was calm, caring and comforted me , and she was so thorough , sincere , and cared . After being admitted I was very fortunate Dr. Ladd was my Dr. wonderful bedside manners , gentle and caring and kind and could see and feel my anxiety. The nurse assisting her with my shot was Josh what a great nurse , he spoke with me with such caring ways I was scared , he was comforting , Dr. Ladd explained all about the first shot and it would hurt but her speaking with me assured me I was in great hands , she was very gentle . My next visits I just had to check in and the nurses could administer the following shots . My second and third visit Dajavan registered me, wow Inova you are very lucky to have such a kind and caring gentleman registering one when checking in , his smile , caring ways makes one feel better , what was better yet he recognized me each and every visited and greeted me with his big smile , also always assuring I’ll be with you shortly , I watched him interact with others , what a nice young man , your very lucky in this day and age to have him, especially since he’s the first one You see coming in the door . The nurses that gave me the next few shots and I still have one more to go was Veronica and Megan again so caring , gentle and comforting, and very concerned in what had happened to me, every nurse I came in contact was lovely , Megan especially recognized me and ordered the shot immediately, very proactive. I thanked each one of these folks when leaving the hospital but I’d like You to know what a great team of folks you have there, I was lucky to get them all , please again let them know they made a scary situation much easier .

5 Stars – A Dream Team of Therapists! Recovering from a broken femur after a slip and fall was one of the hardest challenges I’ve ever faced—but I couldn’t have asked for a better support team than Karina (OT) and Kathryn (PT). These two incredible women were so patient with me, especially when I would get in my head and just needed a moment to regroup. They never rushed me, never judged me—just gave me the space and encouragement I needed to keep going. Their compassion, empathy, and professionalism made such a difference in my recovery. They didn’t just treat my injury—they treated me as a whole person. I always felt heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Thank you, Karina and Kathryn, for helping me regain not just my mobility, but my confidence. I’m so grateful for you both!

I was recommended this place by a close friend and I would highly recommend this place to any and everybody struggling with addiction! I spent most of my twenty's going to swanky upscale rehabs in South Florida and this place can compete with the best of them. The staff and counselors genuinely care about the patients and you will never be hungry, the food is great! If u guys want the help they will help you. But they are not going to chase after you to give you the help! You have to show that you’re willing to fix your addiction or you’re just basically using this place for housing. I been to this rehab twice and thank god I got the help I needed on my second trip. So stop giving this place a 1star review because your family member got kick out! Do you even understand how hard it is to get kick out of that place? People are rating this facility like they paid out of pocket. Stop disrespecting a good thing!

I have taken several program participants to various medical and mental health appointments over the years both in Virginia and in Maryland and was hands down super impressed with the staff at the CSB juvenile, adult, and emergency services. There was quite a wait for emergency services but each department communicated with each other and was so polite. Brian Stewart is one of the few names that we caught but he was phenomenal. The staff checked on us, fed us, and gave us blankets. We saw them touching base with some individuals who were clearly in crisis and they were just so patient and caring. Dr. Smith was our emergency services doc and I wish he could see people regularly because he was funny and he made my program participant feel heard. I have been with an individual to the primary care as well and enjoyed the collaboration with DO Pristell.
