The parent education seminar was pretty good - especially the emphasis on the Children's Bill of Rights.

I’m shocked at the other reviews that say they only care about money. We did have an insurance/ billing issue but not only did they not hound us about payment, I had to keep calling back to make sure it was paid! Ms. Moore has been a very attentive therapist and very willing to work with schedule changes and such.

Our family therapist, Natasha, is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about her. She has been a wonderful blessing to our family and I’m so grateful we found her. Highly recommend!!!!

Personally I like the people who work here and haven't had any bad experiences with them but some of the other clients have made me uncomfortable many times. I'm aware it's a clinic for addiction but that shouldn't give anybody an excuse to treat others horribly. If you come here and do what you're supposed to do then it'll be a good experience overall.

WMTC is a great place and they provide a great service. If you can get past some of the stupidity of some program statements/practices you will do great. An example is I had 5 take homes per week which meant I only had to go in 2 days a week, but when I started to taper down by 3 mgs a week (my dose was only adjust once a week) they took my take homes....it was clear they wanted to keep me strung out on methadone! I went down to 10 mgs and quit and have been doing great for over a year...….so I appreciate them getting me off heroin but it is clear places like this want to keep your payment coming in !!!

WMTC is the best treatment center I have attended, the way the staff treat patients is incredible, I don't have enough words to express how good they are with the people and the quality of service they provide to the community. Thanks to them I was able to recover my life and live happily next to my loved ones.

You get what you put into it. My experience w the staff was tremendous. I walked out after a week with everything I needed including scrips, appointments and feeling 100% better. Thank you to all of the staff.

An excellent house to go if you're in need of mental health care. Unlike going to a hospital psyche ward, where the nurses are just waiting for their shift to end and the doctor talks to you quickly and writes some prescriptions and rushes you out to see the next patient, the entire staff focuses on you. From the doctor, to the counselors and even the cooking staff, they focus on every patient as an individual and get deeply involved in your case. A very warm, cozy, welcoming environment, nice rooms and bathrooms, and excellent food. It's like a second home you can collect yourself and gather your thoughts and prepare for the outside world again. I highly recommend.

A real life saver. I have PTSD, amongst other things, and the folks here helped me learn how to survive with it. One staff member helped me through one of the worst flashbacks I have ever suffered. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, there is no shame in letting someone save you.

The house that is associated with this property is a great place to go if you're in need of emergency mental health care and assistance from substance abuse. They do not offer detox specifically but if you're doing a detox, they are able to support with their varied staff of psychiatrists, PRN, nurses, and psychologists as well as peer support specialists. I wouldn't have made it to today as psychologically intact as I am without them! My issues were: they cannot always accommodate a vegetarian or vegan diet & the nightly bed checks require some disturbance if you're a light sleeper. They offer ear plugs but you may want to bring a sleep mask to get your best rest. They are genuinely caring people and I highly recommend!

I like this store, lately the things in the store haven’t been as good as they once used to be, however I gave four stars because the man at the register kept trying to ask me if I wanted to round up after I already said “no”, i understand it’s apart of their job to ask to roundup as I used to once work at a thrift store too but you should teach your employees to not try to pressure people into rounding up after they already said no, it makes people uncomfortable.

Henderson Hall is a portion of a Joint Army and Marine Corps military Installation. Henderson Hall access gate is strictly DOD, GOV ID card holder only. As I found out you MUST keep windows rolled up when going through the gate.

The Multicultural Clinic Center I was there for me and my son in our worst moments. My son was suicidal and I was referred by his school counselor. His therapist was a great Professional who help my son to be the same happy child as before he was bullied .He is enjoying life again and Iam as well Thanks to them for all your help. I have to agree with the lady who wrote the last comment, regarding her experience with the Multicultural clinical Center. When I read the two negative comments about this center, I thought there were  mistakes. In fact I  have received treatment with them,  as well as relative and son I recommended , and both of us could not be more satisfied with their services. They have been providing therapy for the past 32 years, and  this in itself proves its competency and reputation. Their therapists  are very efficient professionals, caring and supportive.  I know as a professional myself,  that there are unethical  competitors trying to make other companies look bad for their benefit , or  angry clients who are court involved, and got in trouble for not being  complying with  their treatment.  I felt I needed  to write this comment as I know this agency well.  I am an inmigration attorney and I recommend this clinic as a very satisfied patient myself.

I don't write many reviews but I wanted to share this one because of the positive experience I've had with Multicultural Clinical Center. Investing in treatment, especially after these challenging past two years with the pandemic, was the best decision I have ever made for myself and my wellbeing. I'm so grateful for the professional, empathetic, and welcoming staff at MCC. If you're like me, asking for help can feel scary at times, but I would encourage anyone looking to change their life around to reach out to MCC for support.

It's been almost two years. I saw a video circulating with a woman in labor in a Texas hospital and she was completely ignored. This got me thinking , how do Black women know where to go? How do we know where is safe for us and our babies? Well I had my Twin girls at Sibley. Their MFM department were overall phenomenal my entire pregnancy. We were gifted the craziest goodies in a nice duffle bag. They called one of my twins the "Big one" and the other twin was IUGR. Well after my last MFM appointment I was scheduled for induction the next day. Instead of risking it they sent me straight to labor and delivery or semi- emergent c-section. It wasnt the birth plan. But our lives were in their hands and they did well. That "big one" lived up to the reputation at over 7 lbs and her sister at 4. I am glad they kept an eye on my Twin B and brought her earth side healthy and whole. No NICU stay for my girls. Bless the hands of those doctor and the MFM department. I type this as my kids run about , happy , healthy and strong. Sibley is MARKED SAFE from this Black Mom.

Modern and clean Hospital . Good Doctors and Nurses . Friendly staff . Has a cafeteria with good food . The only negative is that the parking rates are high .

My family and I have been coming here for years and they’ve done so much for us collectively and individually. Personally, I’m a retired veteran and Jon Oliver is the best therapist on multiple levels.

My daughter was there this past summer and they really worked with her and helped her through group and one on one therapy. I’m really glad/happy that I was able to get her admitted to this facility as it has been a life saver for our family. The staff worked with us to get her to a good place- and even after discharge they made sure she had a post residential treatment plan. I’m so glad this facility exists and all of its wonderful staff. I’ll be forever grateful for Leland house!

This place had been wonderful the staff is so nice and helpful. Dr fuller in particular is by far one the better or best professionals I've seen in a long time. The medical system is messed up this place has been a breath of fresh air for me. a few hiccups but it's 100 better than what I'm used to. Just want to say thank you
