The H.O.P.E. parenting class was excellent. The course was very informative and my instructor was great and had a wealth of knowledge on all topics covered. I would recommend anyone who needs to complete parenting courses to complete them here. The fee is not that bad either and their customer service a great as well. If you ever need help with your course and information for it their call center is very helpful.

I’m shocked at the other reviews that say they only care about money. We did have an insurance/ billing issue but not only did they not hound us about payment, I had to keep calling back to make sure it was paid! I would have given 5 starts but the registration process failed. My father it's a cardiac patient and had fainted/shaking/shivering when we arrived. No one was at the ER door to help get my father out of the car. Security came to PUSH THE WHEELCHAIR, Told Security the severity of the case while I went to park. When I walked in my father was literally kissing his belly button and the front desk asking WHATS YOUR DATE OF BIRTH? I ALMOST LOST IT. Front desk need to be train to differiante between emergencies. Other than that, Dr Teng, Nurse Daniela, Nurse Alejandra Nurse Sianna, Dr Adnan were amazing. My father was very happy with the care. He had to stay 2 days. Thank you for the team! But please work on the ER check in. The triage machine in the lobby was just there lonely.

Lactation team for my wife's postpartum care was amazing. We were so stressed about feeding our new baby and were having so much trouble....then this angel by the name of Andri came into our room. She was so patient and understanding she was quick to assess the situation and gave us so much support. Our feedings went smoothly after that. What an amazing experience!

I don't understand all the bad reviews I've never had a bad experience here. We've been here for two ER visits for my dad when he was critical, my wife and I had our 2nd baby here, and been in and out for labs and tests many times. We've always had a great experience here and really impressed with the nurses!

Personally I like the people who work here and haven't had any bad experiences with them but some of the other clients have made me uncomfortable many times. I'm aware it's a clinic for addiction but that shouldn't give anybody an excuse to treat others horribly. If you come here and do what you're supposed to do then it'll be a good experience overall.

WMTC is a great place and they provide a great service. If you can get past some of the stupidity of some program statements/practices you will do great. An example is I had 5 take homes per week which meant I only had to go in 2 days a week, but when I started to taper down by 3 mgs a week (my dose was only adjust once a week) they took my take homes....it was clear they wanted to keep me strung out on methadone! I went down to 10 mgs and quit and have been doing great for over a year...….so I appreciate them getting me off heroin but it is clear places like this want to keep your payment coming in !!!

WMTC is the best treatment center I have attended, the way the staff treat patients is incredible, I don't have enough words to express how good they are with the people and the quality of service they provide to the community. Thanks to them I was able to recover my life and live happily next to my loved ones.
