I've been going to We Care for close to 14 yrs. and I've also was at Open Door facility. We Care has been great for me and mainly due to they listen to me not like the other place that had everyone there basically doing the same procedures as everyone else. That didn't work for me and I believe in whatever works for each individual to stay clean and focused is what is best for them. After all if it works why change it. I don't feel like I have as they say liquid handcuffs at We Care. As long as you follow policies and their guidelines all is great. That's why I'm still here at We Care and I respect the counselors and nurses there and I feel I also get respect from them. Brett who is responsible for all going there is very easy to talk to which makes any issues easier to deal with though I've had none. I appreciate all that everyone has done for me while I'm there and it has worked for me after all I'm still alive.

Let me start by saying i was pretty much a lost cause. Everyone and treatment place wrote me off,until i found WeCare Health Services they helped me finally curb for good, my addiction to pain pills and herion the staff was amazing and they truly care. Robin ,Susan ,Kathy to name a few were kind and compassionate the head nurse Diane is a genuis,she made my detox aslmost none existant.I SWEAR!! Tranquility Woods is an exceptional rehab facility that truly cares about their clients and wants to see them succeed. The staff are very friendly and the facility is beautiful. I am not sure if I was just lucky but the group of people that were also clients at the time of my stay have become close friends of mine after treatment and many, including myself, have remained sober. I know that all the counselors were generally well liked by the clients and almost everyone says that theirs was the best. But I would have to say mine was the best (thank you, Luke). He helped open my eyes to AA and I am well on my way to 90+ meetings in 90 days and having a lot of fun doing it. That is hard to believe given that a month and a half ago I was completely against the idea of going to AA for various reasons. Those reasons have since been debunked.
I also want to add that the food is excellent. The chefs know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge with you.

you have to to know what you’re getting into in order to get the most out of this program. It’s long, but I knew that going in and it was something I was personally ready for after years of struggling with addiction. Obviously it’s not going to be fun lol, but this program had a huge impact on my recovery and I will always be greatful. Also all the TAs rock!

Residence sucked and a lot of the rules and regulations were pretty stupid and petty. Group punishment was a big thing and that didn't really help simulate the "real world". But overall the experience even with the rules held me accountable and kept me sober long enough that I actually wanted to stay sober. Also the emphasis on growing a network really helped.

Program is better than what people tell you. You don’t realize how could you have it until you transfer to a different program. If you looking to get clean and get your life in order and become the best version of yourself. this is the place for you. Staff are down to earth and the counselors are very helpful and the program director is a reflection of the men in treatment. He been where we are at in life and fought like hell to become a better man. But don’t with him because he will call you on your shit. Only problem I have is the food. It’s not the greatest but it’s edible lol you’ll be fine

I will rate Chrysalis House based on when I was there and when it was being ran by different staff and Mrs Carisaa was there. Other than that I can not speak for the program after Mrs. Carissa left. When I was there it was tough but it is what i needed. I have never been to a program that actually cared and literally internally got to me dug up some buried issues and I worked on them. Mrs. MELVINA was my counselor, she was amazing. Most of the staff had went through addiction. Mrs Denise was amazzziiinnggg i never felt uncomfortable, leaving my son with them during the day. The whole staff at that time was amazing. Yes, it was very strict, but they did it in a loving way because they did not want us to die. I know countless women
That graduated the Chrysalis House and are still clean. I have ten fifteen, close lifelong friends that I had met at Chrysalis and that are still clean to this day. I have never went to a treatment that had this much success. Like I said, I cannot speak for the new staff, but it sounds like it is still a great program.While I was there and before I left, they were building on the new addition which was beautiful.It was finished before I left but was not open yet. A woman and children's program is needed and I hope that this one is ran as good as it was when I was there.I'm sure it is. I felt so safe with my children. I'll forever be grateful for Mrs. Carissa and all the staff.

I was someone who stayed here for so time almost a year. I know you can't please everyone but they did try to. Most of the residential staff was wonderful very attentive to the clients needs. The two that I felt that went beyond their job was Simone and Melissa I felt very safe and comfortable w them and they are some of the most compassionate, caring staff I have come across I truly believe they are at their job not only for a paycheck but to help. Thank you to all the residential staff. The clinical team here is beyond amazing I am actually lost for words how much the team does. They are all very passionate about their job and they make u feel welcomed and safe . I honestly believe if you are willing to chose recovery Chrysalis House will and can help 💯

From the moment I got on the phone with them, I felt like someone actually heard me . They didn’t push me or judge me—just straight up helped me figure out what I needed. The place had a super chill energy, kind of like a breath of fresh air after all the chaos I’d been through .What hit different was the way they blended structure with real understanding.
