Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT's. Everyone is so supportive. The facility is great, very clean, and lots of things to do here. I would recommend to a friend.

I just want to take a moment to thank Arrowwood and their entire team. I’ve had several friends—and even family members—go through their program, and every single one of them has had nothing but great things to say. They always mention how beautiful the facility is, but more importantly, how genuinely kind, caring, and supportive the staff are on a personal level. Thank you all for the amazing work you do—please keep it up!

I've been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There's a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don't agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn't make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I've had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that's so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I've had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. "It works if you work it"

Tuckers saved my life twice. I was treated with respect by everyone and some of the staff showed me empathy when I needed it. The techs were especially awesome and I know they are doing it to help people because the pay isn't amazing or anything. I also had coexisting substance abuse issues and they made arrangements for me to goto treatment when I got out, both times.

Linda literally keeps me sane and alive. I swear I have never been treated more like a human being than at this place under Linda’s Care. She listens to me and actually cares. Over the years I’ve grown used to being treated like the next inconvenience or crazy person to deal with. Silenced, unheard, unhelped. Just slapped with another diagnosis and told to take these pills and like it. Not here. Here I feel safe and seen. I’ve dropped half the meds I use to be on and she actually activity helps treat my symptoms and even took away bogus diagnoses. I feel like a human being with her. Not that one crazy girl everyone pushes away. I am seen. She is the best Psychologist I have ever had.

The staff(counselors) is amazing, they are always willing to help you. Some even takes their personal time, off work, to help you knowing that they are not getting paid. I can honestly say, from my personal experience, that many of these counselors really wants to help you do better for yourself. They really want to see you succeed in life. I can say that I am not an easy person to deal with sometimes and they have not nor will not give up on me, and they won t give up on you!! I really consider some of them as family. Recently I have been going through a really tough time, personal and financial crisis, and they have been there for me every step of the way. This one counselor even went out of their way and paid my phone and light bill to relieve me of some stress and she told me not to pay her back. She took her own money to help me out something that she didn t have to do at all. Also every since that day she has paid my phone bill to help me provide and take care of my nieces and nephews. Basically what I m trying to say is that I appreciate and thankful for this place. I also wanted to let everyone know how amazing this particular clinic is and to tell everyone that they will stand behind you all the way through this program and anything else that you need help with.

I have over 3 years in recovery and through some of my most difficult times, Spero has been my saving grace. Alva K (counselor) and Val J (nurse practitioner) have been the BIGGEST blessings to my life. I ve attended several IOPs in the past and have been successful but Spero Petersburg has given me the tools I was lacking. Alva provides the BEST groups and one on ones I have ever been apart of in my 19 years of addiction. She is by far, one of the most talented and truly inspiring women I have had the pleasure of knowing. To be able to know her is a blessing. Val is a beautiful soul who continues to seek knowledge of addiction treatment daily. She will take care of you like no other doctor will ever try. You will feel entirely embraced in love and understanding as long as you are there for the RIGHT reasons. I have to agree with some past reviews, there have been lots of changes but our new case manager, Amber, is amazing. She will help you with ANYTHING you want to conquer (jobs, social services, training) Toya is also someone I can not say enough good things about. If you have a problem with medicine or appointments, she responds in good timing and truly cares. She will work with whatever issues you have going on or that pop up, no worries, Toyas got your back! The entire office is bar none. If you are in need of addiction therapy, MAT meds, call Spero!

This past week, we had scheduled an intervention for one of our family members. While I was not the one who coordinated it, Sam still showed what a true professional is and guided everyone in the right direction. Not only did he educate us on how to interact, but he advised us to use certain words/phrases which was a tremendous amount of help. He stays with you through the entire process and is always there if you need. Even though the family member was tough on Sam, he kept his professionalism and was able to guide him to treatment. When we arrived to the facility, the family member actually thanked and gave Sam a hug for what he had done. 10/5 I highly highly encourage you to hire Sam for the help of your loved one.

Sam saved my uncles life, who was given a year to live and refused to get help until we had an intervention. Sam s 93% success rate is no joke. If you have a family member struggling with addiction don t look anywhere else, bring Sam in to help.We got in touch with Sam and he was willing to come hold an intervention the next day. As a family, we decided to wait a week so that we could coordinate everything and find a bed. Sam, let us know the process, met with our family the night before the intervention and had my uncle into rehab the same day.Sam took the time to understand the situation, provide empathy to our family but most importantly told us and my uncle the truth even if it was hard for us to hear. He will also support the family and addict until the treatment program is completed in full. With Sam s help, my uncle has taken the first step to get healthy and there is now hope for his future.

I went in so broken. I felt like there was nothing left for me. After almost two weeks at poplar springs I felt I had a purpose and a reason to live. The staff are so nice in the military unit. Very clean and cozy. The best healing environment I have seen in a behavioral health ward yet

One of the best clinics I have been to in the area. They have gone through some recent changes and it has made it even better. Probably one of the nicest and most compassionate staffs I have worked with. When they say they will do everything to meet you were you are at they mean it. They all treat you with dignity and respect, and not as a number. I ve been to other clinics, and I can truly say Applegate is the best. If you are debating starting treatment I highly recommend you check them out!

I ve been visiting this practice for years and cannot speak highly enough about their service. The staff is expedient, accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and kind. Rescheduling is always easy, and they are more than happy to work with you if you re running a bit late. Through sublocade I have been able to regain confidence, security, and stability in my life, making me feel whole for the first time since childhood. I can t encourage those in need of and ready for help to contact the Coleman Institute (AppleGate Recovery) enough.
