Arrowwood has been a great experience. The people here make all the difference. Jamie is EXCELLENT at what he does as an alumni coordinator. He does amazing peer support work. Keegan, Jess, Ms. T, and Ajai are phenomenal group facilitators. Uschell, Joel, Suge, Quan, Claud, Crystal, and Tracy are amazing BHT’s. Everyone is so supportive. I’ve been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There’s a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don’t agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn’t make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I’ve had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that’s so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I’ve had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. We recently had an experience at Virginia Hospital that I feel compelled to share, especially given the circumstances surrounding my 91-year-old father’s procedure. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated a level of care and understanding that was truly remarkable.The process started with our ability to check him in the night before the procedure, which eased a lot of our worries. The nurses on the 6th floor, particularly Annabelle and Shoriyah, provided exceptional care on the first day. Their kindness and attentiveness made a significant difference during a stressful time.On the second day, after my father’s procedure, we found ourselves in the ICU, where the nurses, doctors, and staff continued to impress us with their professionalism and compassion. We are not bad people just as cancer is a disease so is addiction! I was never warned by my doctor that the medication he was given me would turn my life upside down and when it did my doctor cut me loose. Coming from a family with addiction problems I then knew I had to get help. This treatment center is great compared to others! They help you with EVERYTHING from your addiction to your transportation needs. Be prepared for friends and family to turn their back on you because it will happen. Narrow minded people think this isn t getting help it s replacing on addiction with another. If that s the case then almost everyone in the world are addicts. If you get the flu and take medication for it same thing, you get poison ivy you get medicine for it same thing. Yes I know it s not 100% exact but hopefully some of you get my point here! Please stop knocking us down when we are doing everything we can to fix the problem. I promise you if you take treatment seriously and friends and family support you and even get involved in your treatment you will find yourself again. Addicted to opiates pills for years which led to heroin/fentanyl addiction for 8 years. Finally took the step to become a patient here for methadone almost 2 years ago now and haven’t had a craving or relapse since then. Everyones path is different and treatment options vary as to what works for other people but this has definitely saved my life changes for the better in more than just one way. Nurses, staff and counselors are very genuine and caring, respectful and professional.

What a great community resource. Staff (administration and clinical) are attentive, compassionate and really embrace community service models. Case management for when you have children with complex medical histories has proven to be an great foundation for care. I recommend for any parent whose child needs general counseling. Mental Heath is just as important as physical healthcare.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at the Wytheville office. I’ve been coming to this office for a little over a yr now and can truly say they have been a major part of my positive recovery. The ladies at front desk are the best. They have gone out of there way to address any and all issues I throw at them, thank yall for that. Like the other post said, it’s not your standard cash and grab rehab station. And I’ve had my experience with a few of them. I really look forward to going to the office. I just want to say that for the past 10 years I have been a patient with Revida not just here in Virginia. Also, I was a patient in Tennessee. We have here in Virginia the most respectful, loving, caring employees Rebecca, Miss Teresa their like two mother Hens . They worry about me as a patient if I miss an appointment , They call and check on me. They always ask you if I need anything . They got complementary coffee for the patients. They take care for their patients. There the most loving and caring generous people I have ever met. I drank everyday for 17 years following my return from service overseas. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs as well as the others I met in residential treatment. They definitely were able to reach the root of my alcohol addiction and help put forth a plan for my continued success. I am almost 3 months sober and truly haven’t felt better in my life. I believe God put these people in my path to help guide me. Thank you Sagebrush staff. If you do happen to go there, there is a program assistant that is ok at ping pong. I hope anyone searching for helps reads this review and knows this treatment center is awesome. The facility may not be 5 star but you will get help and compassion and No judgement.It saddens me to see the bad reviews of this facility. My husband just started treatment there and we both were impressed. We utilized the online contact chat then were contaced by the 1800# to get his first appointment scheduled and had no issues. I’m not sure how it is to reach them directly but seeing the amount of people in there while their open I can see they are busy from the moment the doors open. The staff was kind, compassionate and light-years ahead of the care you would have received in our previous home state of Colorado. I think what they offer is saving lives and can’t be an easy job. They treated my husband like a real person not just another dollar sign. Granted he’s new in his venture to get clean but so far so good. From the front desk, nurses, doctor and counselor he received respect, compassion and felt supported.

Opioid use disorder treatment is a specialized, evidence-based approach targeting the physical, psychological, and behavioral aspects of opioid addiction.
