    I’ve been going here for 6months and before that I was at the VA. There’s a few differences between them both but most of all I can tell the Care. I have had 2 Counselors which is understandable considering the work load they have. Since the begining I have been happy and impressed how easy they made my transferring. I started just where I left off at the VA.The only thing I don’t agree with or understand is when getting an increase u have to pick up for 3days before getting ur tak homes. I can understand this policy when u a starting out. But it doesn’t make much sense after that. I can also say when there was a problem with my pick up (ther Mistake) my councler fixed and had all my bottles in 30mins. All I can say is If u work the program it works. Thank you

    I love my counselor here at Pinnacle treatment center FCCR Radford. I feely counselor Lauren is amazing she’s does everything she can possibly do for. Shes supplies me with wonderful advice, wonderful resources and everything else a counselor should do. My panic attacks got to such a bad point that she gave me her cell phone number in case I need to message or call when I need her. FCCR RADFORD SAVED MY LIFE!!!

    This is the only MAT program clinicnive ever been to but they have been amazing. If you are serious about your recovery they most definitely are going to help you. I’ve had a couple friends go to other clinics and from what was said FCCR is more strict and that’s so important. Especially if you are serious about your recovery and do really want to better yourself and your life. The office staff is amazing there. The nurses are wonderful. I’ve had 3 different counselors due to 2 of them moving on to better their lives, but every counselor I have had has been wonderful. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you FCCR for being there and helping me better myself and my life. “It works if you work it”

    Suffolk brightview is awesome. The doctor she is so personalabel and nice and understanding keeps uplifted and always wants to know how your recoveryis going and what exactlycan she do to help and , the counselor Kenny is helpful and nice and listens to you. Katrina and receptionist are so nice and we have the best directors Kensley ever. Plus we have one nurse that’s sweet funny and they all talk to you and it’s like a family in there.     My journey started there. Many great counselors. A couple of them really should find another career, but nobody is perfect. I still believe they do there best.     I would like to thank Desiree Garland a kind, patient sonographer at the ER at VHC . She took her time and was patient with me during my test. Ultra sounds on your legs at least for me hurt very badly. But she took the time to press gently and thoughtfully. I was scared to come back as last time I was screaming in pain from the last sonographer so I wanted to point out I had a great experience this time around. Which shows that Desiree is experienced but most importantly cared for her patient/me. So thank you Desire! Also Dr Sverha in the ER was very nice and answered all my questions.

    About Opiate Rehab Programs

    I am truly grateful and overwhelmed with happiness. I've haven't laughed so much in a very long time , the staff are very understanding and genuinely care about your recovery. Not everyday is going to be perfect but it's what you make it , some days I wanted to quit and I saw people come and go but if you can stick through it the first 30days it gets better at the next stage . The paired me with the right housemates in PHP , we grilled on the 4th and had a lot of fun on outings ... Seems like all of the staff goes out their way to help you ... They may be a little disorganized at times but other than that everything I've experienced was great... The food is hit or miss , they told me it was jerk chicken but I don't know what the hell they had going on with that . 😂 ..... But being sober and doing these activities showed me I don't need any type of substance to have a good time. Thank you to all the staff, once again I'm am truly grateful .. love y'all ...
