I was in the Autumn unit. I went in for a suicide attempt and came out better then ever. I wanna give a shout out to Mrs Rhonda, Bam, Kaitlyn, tyrek, thomas, Mrs Carol, Mrs Jay Moss, Cam, Shameka, Blake, and mrs yam. They helped me in ways I never thought was possible. They need a raise for sure. They put up with so much bull crap and still worked with a smile and did their jobs to more then their best. They are all wonderful people. Thank yall so much for changing my life.

I absolutely love this place !!The people that work here care it's not just a paycheck for them it's about helping people that society far to often turns there back on,and that is something that makes people want to come back they are a positive support system...they make sure you get your medicine, if the pharmacy is out of your medicine they will find another that's close to you.Its always a calm environment and they have a great sense of humor 😉 I believe that's important in their line of work Shout out to Jinie(not sure if I spelled that correctly lol)and our amazing counselor! Yall are killin it on a daily basis....BTW my son also goes here we love yall 💙

Between the ups and downs of being an addict and all the places I've tried to get help and the Drs I've been to. This place and staff in Conway Arkansas have helped in every way without judgment. I've wanted to give up so many times but thanks to the wonderful counselors to the reception desk to the Lady running the show they have helped get me back on track and it's not always about the medicine sometimes it's just being able to talk to the right people

Came here with my husband and our son for my husband’s appointment. I usually don’t leave reviews but I wanted to say that I love this place. They are so nice and friendly and good and understanding with kids. I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about the people here. They actually care about your sobriety. And they don't stop there.Whatever problem you're having they'll go above and beyond to help with the situation and also help you feel better. They helped save my life. And I'll be forever grateful to them all.❤

They probably saved my life, they have given and are still giving me useful insights. They need to charge enough to make it worth doing the job without losing money, so prices are justified in my opinion. This is the first step in getting help, they care for your well being

My name is Casey Green and I just love my Dr and the ladies in the office here. Including Sam in group. I guess the people saying they are rude must have been rude to them first because they have always been kind and very understanding to me. I've been going there almost 5 years and they probably saved my life and I thank them so much for the help they have given and are still giving me. A lil pricey but each Dr. Can only have a certain amount of patients so they have to charge enough to make it worth doing without losing money!!!

I was here about a year ago for 7 days and it was honestly a good experience for me. I made good friends and i ended up leaving with a good state of mind. The bad parts of it is I only did group therapy once and seen my therapist twice the whole time. The food isn’t the best but if you let them know they can put you on a special diet. The rooms can get super hot at night. That was the worst part for sure. Mrs Val is the absolute best teacher there.

I was pregnant and 17 and my mom brought me here in 1993 and I made some good friends. I am glad I got to come because now I am connected to God and share my testimony on social media and everywhere I go. This ministry is reaching girls and not judging but accepting them as they are the way Jesus does.

I was there for 8 months.its tough.but the structure they teach, and the help of the staff to keep me out of prison,was the help I needed.tough love,is what some people need.thanks gyst house.

On 3W we had the best staff!! RN Lorie and RN Randy were professional, friendly and went above and beyond. CSA Destaney was the sweetest and always smiling. A jewel! Dr Reely and Dr Heigle were amazing! So caring and willing to listen. Thank you Unity!!

Service was quite fast and the workers were nice. They weren’t very patient though and I felt like a test subject because I went in due to an allergic reaction.

I adopted my son from foster care in 2021, after fostering him for some time. From the very beginning, it was clear that he carried a significant amount of trauma from his early childhood experiences. Over the years, we’ve faced many challenges together, and he has spent time in and out of several local facilities across Idaho in an effort to find the support he needed. This is the second residential treatment center he’s been placed in, and the difference we’ve seen has been remarkable. For the first time in a long time, my son is truly thriving. His confidence is growing, he’s finding stability, and he’s beginning to rediscover joy—and for that, I am beyond thankful. The work your team does may not always be easy or fully seen, but please know it matters deeply. You’ve given my son more than care—you’ve helped give him a foundation for a better future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being there for him and for families like ours. Hi, my name is Raya Lewis I am from West Virginia and was a past patient at mill creek behavioral health, my cottage was flamingo hall. I was admitted 3/16/23 I discharged 6/16/23. Some of these reviews are interesting to read but everyone’s opinion is respected. Mill creek being my first facility ever wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Some staff have their own personalities like every human would, but some staff really did care for me in this facility. I put my head down did my treatment and learned some things and was discharged on my 3rd month mark while being an out of state kid. It’s not so much that the staff are jus upfront rude to you, it’s are you being respectful? If you really jus focus on yourself and don’t worry about other kids opinions it’ll make your stay 10x better my therapist ms deedra was awesome as well as my case manager ms brittney this place was difficult sometimes being distracted by home life and the 19 girls I had on my unit, but it also made me realize there is alot more good in life than being caged inside of 4 walls everyday. Overall the education system was great the teachers were willing to help. The days were scheduled accordingly. The place was fairly clean and staff tried their hardest to find activities for us kids to do. This was just my experience, I’m aware everyone’s is different. Shoutout to Ms Leslie brown, ms Mona, Ms Zee, Ms nia, ms Kimberly dawn, and ms Christina. Y’all staff most definitely made my stay 100% better.
